Dear Lord, We come to You humbled by what we have forgotten and the ways we have strayed. We confess how easily we fill silence with substitutes—comfort, control, pride—calling them necessary while they quietly replace You. Forgive us for making peace with idols that cost more than we are willing to admit. Cleanse what we have distorted and restore what we have neglected. Teach us to hear Your voice again, even when it comes gently and not with force. Shape us into people who respond with repentance, not resistance, and who remember what true worship requires. Let Your mercy redefine us and become the legacy we leave behind. Amen.
