Dear Lord, We come before You with humility, knowing that all wisdom and strength come from You alone. We confess how often our passion outruns our obedience, and how easily we confuse reaction with righteousness. Teach us to know You—not just Your power, but Your heart for kindness, justice, and righteousness. Shape our zeal into love and our convictions into faithfulness. When we are tempted to act from pride or anger, remind us that You alone are the Judge. Help us walk in Your light with discernment, carrying the cross when You ask instead of the sword we prefer. Thank you for being so patient with us as we learn and grow. We trust that You are good, just, and kind in all Your ways. Amen.
