Written prayer
Dear Lord, guard my heart from judging those who are not where I am yet. Turn my thoughts toward Your grace when frustration or jealousy rises within me. When others receive mercy I think they have not earned, remind me that You are always working redemption, even in broken places. Teach me humility, knowing I am never far from needing the same grace You freely give. Do not let pride or bitterness erode compassion, or cause me to withhold what You are eager to extend. Help me celebrate Your patience, Your mercy, and Your willingness to give second chances. Shape my heart to reflect Yours—slow to anger, rich in love, and quick to forgive. Thank You for sparing, restoring, and redeeming us all. Amen.
