Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, You are not contained by walls or shaped by human hands. You spoke creation into being and still draw near to the humble heart. We confess how easily we confuse effort with devotion and ambition with worship. Forgive us for trying to contain You instead of yielding to You. Remind us that holiness is not found in what we build, but in Your presence with us. Form us again as Your dwelling—hearts open, surrendered, and attentive to Your voice. Let our lives reflect a glory that heals, not corrupts, and a peace that endures. Make us the quiet place where You are pleased to dwell. Amen.
