Written prayerDear Lord, You search hearts and weigh intentions, and in Your presence even the wise are made humble. We confess how easily we chase understanding without reverence—knowledge without love, power without restraint. We ask for answers, but forget to ask for discernment. Teach us to fear You rightly, to turn from evil, and to desire wisdom that shapes our character, not just our thoughts. Form in us hearts that listen more than they speak and serve more than they command. Remind us that true greatness is found not in control, but in submission to Your will. Let us walk today in wisdom that honors You and blesses others. Amen.
