Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, thank you for refreshing me with a good nights sleep. When I open my eyes, I want to be excited about starting my day. Each new day is an opportunity to watch you work both in me and through me and around me. Keep me sensitive to your Holy Spirit. Thank you for blessing the work of my hands that I might find satisfaction in my accomplishments and enjoy the provision that comes from my efforts. Keep me balanced, so I have the right amount of rest, work, and enjoyment. Life is short, and I seek your wisdom above all else. Teach me your ways my Lord so my joy might be full. Amen.
