Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, It’s taken me some time to consider trails an opportunity for joy. But I’ve learned to find the value in being tested. My faith is tried in the furnace of affection and teaches me patience. Each trial makes me stronger as I depend on you. At first I wanted the trials to be removed but now I pray for the wisdom and strength to learn from the experience. As I turn each trial over to you I wait expectantly for you to show up and turn the situation around for your glory and my good. When I watch you intervein in my trials I learn to love you more and it deepens my faith in you. Amen.
