The prayer
Written prayerThank you Lord, that we are partakers of the divine nature. How wonderful that you appeared to a woman first, and she was not your mother. What an honor for Mary Magdalene, a woman, to be the first to see the risen Christ. Thank you Lord that you are not biased and you love all equally. There is no Jew, gentile, and man or woman that has preferential treatment in your kingdom. You don’t look at gender or skin color you look at the heart of a person. That heart beats red blood no matter in whose body it is placed. I wish people would realize that truth instead of causing so much division on the basis of race and gender. You came to heal and bring peace to all mankind through your unconditional love. You shed your blood on that cross so we could live in joy and harmony and freedom. You broke the power of death and destruction and want to teach us to love. You are love and through my surrender to your Lordship I can learn to love like you do. Politics can’t regulate compassion and laws won’t change the human heart. Only you can. In Jesus name, amen.
