Today’s prayer
Written prayerMy good works are not enough to please you, Lord. My belief in your reality is what you are looking for in me. You created me for an intimate love relationship with you. You desire to fellowship with me and have honest communion with me. As I diligently seek you in your word and through prayer, you will reveal yourself to me. Out of the overflow of my love for you, good works with naturally spring forth. They will be born from my faith in you and not the pride of my flesh. What is born of the spirit of love has eternal value. Amen.
