Dear Lord, We come to You honest and worn, carrying the dust of disappointment and the memory of what once burned bright. You remain faithful when we let go, steady when we grow impatient. We confess how often we reach for comfort instead of calling, building quickly when You invite us to bow. Open our eyes to see when what we’ve built is empty and when pride has made our crowns too heavy. Stir the embers within us again. Remind us that You never abandon the ashes and that Your Word still speaks, even when the fire feels distant. Find us listening, humble, and ready to respond. Amen.
