Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, I thank you that when your kingdom rules there is peace in the land. When those who rebel against you are brought into subjection and removed from the land freedom and joy return, help me chose godly friends and associates. Help me discern those the enemy would send to infiltrate and corrupt my life and steal my peace. Help me realize that my joy and peace are the umpires of my Spirit, and when they are disturbed, I need to search for the cause and root it out. I delight in your rest and savor every moment of each new day you allow me to enjoy. I love you, Lord. Amen.
