Today’s prayer
Written prayerWhat a joy for the Israelites to obtain their inheritance in the Promised Land. After the years of wandering in the wilderness, and fighting the enemies to secure the land the Lord promised; they received their land and rested from war. No matter where I am in my journey to your promises, you will be faithful to sustain me, and I am assured of a victorious outcome if I do not falter in my faith or give up. When I don't know how long it will take, or when it will happen, I trust you to bring my promise to fulfillment in your timing. I will rest in the promises of my inheritance in you. Amen.
