  1. 2173984 Set the Tempo of Your LifeYou don't have to like where you are. Maybe your life feels stuck in a loop you didn't sign up for. Maybe your step feels heavy or your spirit's been whispering for a shift you haven't dared to make. Wait though! You're not trapped. Not by your past, your mistakes, or the weight of what isn't working. You get to decide how you show up each day. You get to set the tempo of your life—from what you hold onto to what you courageously let go. This is the wellspring of real well-being: the space inside where choice lives. It's not about pretending you're perfect or faking a smile. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about peeling back the layers and facing your reflection with honesty—not through the lens of selfish pride, but with the quiet strength of who you're becoming. Think about Jesus, not in the way you're used to hearing about Him, but as the purest example of someone who lived fully aligned with a divine heartbeat. He didn't show up arrogantly, demanding attention or clinging to ego. Instead, His reflection mirrored a love so deep, so unshakeable, it moved mountains. It was the reflection of a heart connected to something greater—a heart that invites us to lean in, not because we have to, but because something inside knows it's life-giving. As Lent unfolds—the season of peeling back distractions and readying our hearts—we're called to hold a mirror up to ourselves. But the question isn't "Do I look good enough?" or "Am I enough?" It's far more profound: "Am I loving myself in a way that reflects the Father's heart?" This isn't about puffing up the ego; this is about resting in the truth that you are deeply known and loved, even when the edges of your life feel jagged. The K.I.S.S. ~ Set the tempo of your life! This season is a chance to press pause and listen: What thoughts, beliefs, or patterns are running the show in you? Which ones are truly serving you? Which ones need to be rewritten or released? What does it look like for you to step into the posture of strength and surrender—choosing daily to align with love over fear, grace over judgment? You don't have to stay where you are. Even if you don't love your reflection today, there's a promise you can hold onto: love itself doesn't abandon the imperfect, the broken, or the weary. God invites you to lean in, to soften, and to become a reflection of something holy and hopeful. So as you walk through these next 40 days, dare to change the rhythm of your life. Set the tempo for what's working and bravely redefine what needs to shift. Look in the mirror and dare to love that reflection—not because it's flawless, but because it's marked by growth, grace, gratitude, and the presence of a Father who's always near. You get to choose. And that's where true well-being begins. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 2. 2183983 Live Like It's Christmas! It's almost springtime, and right now, the last thing on your mind might be Christmas. But there's a powerful kind of energy that Christmas brings, one that doesn't just come from tinsel or twinkling lights. It's that deep-down, can't-keep-you-down spark of happiness and purpose that ignites even when you're running on empty. Live like it's Christmas! Remember those Christmas nights? The ones where you stayed up late, exhausted but joyful, wrapping gifts, assembling toys, or setting up big surprises for your kids? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You did it all with a smile—even in the tiredness—because it mattered. Because giving, creating, and loving felt bigger than your fatigue. Now think about where you are: maybe it's cold, with snow keeping you inside, and the hope of spring feels distant. It's easy to get stuck in the blah-blah-blah-blah-blah of the "I'm so tired" and "when will this end?" routine. But here's the honest truth: You don't have to stay there. You get to choose—right now—how you want to feel, how you want to show up. You're stronger and more capable than you give yourself credit for. Sitting around feeling sorry or stuck only guarantees you more of the same. You get to choose. You get to create your now. The K.I.S.S. ~ Live like it's Christmas! So why not live every day like it's Christmas? Not for the presents, the parties, or the decorations—but for the gifts you deliver to the world. Your talents, your knowledge, your kindness—they're the real treasures. People around you need what you have, even if you don't realize it right now. And if you're waiting around for "happy" to knock on your door, you might be waiting a LONG time, especially when you're in one of those tough seasons. Instead, be the reason someone smiles. Invest your unique gifts. Be generous with your time, your heart, and your energy. Because Christmas isn't a date—it's a mindset. It's choosing to show up fully, even when the world feels cold and gray. Live Like It's Christmas by Kristianne Wargo When winter drapes its heavy cloak, And days stretch long in muted cold, Remember those late-night wrapping hours, Hands tired, heart wide and bold. The quiet hum of purpose near, A sparkle in the midnight air— Not gifts alone made spirits bright, But giving wrapped with love and care. So when the world feels dull and gray, And hope's a whisper on the breeze, Don't wait for joy to find your door— Give it first, and set it free. Live like it's Christmas every day, Not bound by season, date, or place, The best of life is found in gifts You give with courage, warmth, and grace. Your talent, kindness, shining light— These treasures no frost can tame, They warm the coldest rooms you know, And fan the brightest flame. So rise beyond the tired sighs, Choose joy despite your wear and tear, For in the giving, in the heart, You'll find your Christmas there. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3. 2193982 The Walls of ComparisonWe build walls around ourselves, thinking they're shields—to keep others out, to guard our weaknesses and doubts. But what happens when walls don't protect you, the walls of comparison that keep you locked in? When a dream or goal demands stepping outside your comfort zone, you face more than fear or uncertainty. You face the trap of comparison. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We can peer at what everyone else is doing and forget what we alone bring to the table. Our gifts, talents, and unique value get left behind because we're too busy measuring ourselves against shadows, not our own path. Why do we get so stuck on what others are doing? More than we admit, it's a way to dodge accountability. When you're locked into looking at someone else's scorecards, you can blame your own stall on "not being as lucky" or "not having as many resources." It's a built-in excuse, a safety net woven from envy and doubt. Who locks the doors from the inside and throws away the key? Those who aren't satisfied with their own direction. So they focus elsewhere, and when they don't succeed, the excuse is already waiting. Worse yet, they start modeling their own attempts on someone else's timeline—never realizing that by watching others too closely, they've given up their own shot. Are you ready to stop giving up? Then unlock your walls of comparison. The K.I.S.S. ~ Unlock your walls of comparison! Breaking Free: 3 Moves To Unlock Your Walls of Comparison 1. Zero in on Your Own Scorecard. Forget everyone else's stats, timelines, or "success hacks." What does progress look like for you? And be specific with your thoughts. Be sure to celebrate the smaller wins, too, because they become your real markers. Example: Instead of scrolling through Instagram comparing your life to others', jot down three ways you've moved forward today. Own that momentum. 2. Reframe Envy into Inspiration, not Imitation. When you catch yourself thinking, "They have it all, and I don't," pause and ask: What specifically inspires me here? What purpose does this serve? Use that to fuel your own creativity, not direct you toward copying someone else's path. Example: Admire a competitor's marketing style? Take what works for you, but add your own voice and perspective. A bold tweak beats a bland copy every time. 3. Embrace the Discomfort of being "a little nervous." Nervousness means growth; uncertainty means you are stepping up. Sit with that feeling instead of retreating into comparison, which masquerades as safety but only leaves you stagnant. Example: If you're scared to pitch your offer to a client, do it anyway. The actions that scare you are often the ones that propel you forward. What Can We Learn From the Winter Olympics? Take a look at the 2026 Winter Olympics. The USA Men's Hockey Team had not won a Gold medal for 46 years. For nearly five decades, they had more silver and near misses than victories. If they had stayed stuck replaying every loss, every past failure, they would never have broken through. But they didn't! They stayed focused on each game, the day, and the goal—not the ghosts of past performance or the looming shadow of their opponent. And when it mattered most, the USA beat Canada 2-1 in overtime. Now, you might be thinking, what does this have to do with me? What's the real lesson? If athletes locked themselves inside the walls of comparison, they would never make history. Your life works the same way. You either stay imprisoned by what others have done—or you push forward, no matter the fear. Be Honest with Yourself Look honestly at your own walls of comparison. Are they holding you captive? Or are you willing to be a little nervous, shift your focus inward, and move beyond standing still? Change isn't comfortable. But comfort zones never made an Olympic Gold medalist. They made you locked inside a prison you built yourself. So tear down those walls of comparison and let your light shine! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4. 2203981 Seek the LordToo much of our lives are spent running our own race—scaling mountains, crossing rugged terrains we've never faced before—chasing after answers and strength as if we must do it all alone. We push ourselves to find solutions, to prove our worth, to reach the other side on our own terms. But what if you were to seek the Lord? What if the breakthrough isn't found in our striving or in the distant horizon? What if the source of hope and peace is much closer than we realize? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Isaiah 55:6 reminds us: "Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on him while he is near."  This isn't some random statement; it's a life-giving truth for now. No matter the storms raging in your heart—doubts swirling, fears tightening their grip, shame whispering you're not enough—God isn't far off. He is near. Ready, waiting, drawing close to those who reach out with a willing heart. Maybe you feel stuck on a side of the mountain shadowed by past mistakes or present struggles. Maybe the climb is too steep, and the way forward isn't clear.  The K.I.S.S. ~ Seek the Lord! God's nearness means you don't have to carry that burden alone. Call to Him. Seek Him. It's not about having all the answers or perfect faith; it's about taking that first step toward Him—even if it's just a whisper, a quiet hope, or a shaky prayer. God's presence brings more than comfort—it brings strength to keep going, freedom from fear, and fresh courage to face another day. God meets us in our brokenness and lifts us up with unwavering love. When you seek the Lord, you open the door to grace that changes the story you thought you were stuck in. So, stop running the race alone. Stop wrestling with doubts that make you want to hide. God's invitation stands strong: Seek Him. Call on Him. You're closer to Him than you think—and that nearness is the hope and help you need to create your now. God's got you. Always. "Be present. Be incredible. 5. 2213980 Love with Tethered HeartsDiscomfort in a relationship is often seen as a warning sign or a problem to be avoided. But what if those uncomfortable moments, like disagreements, frustrations, and misunderstandings, are actually the very gateways to a deeper connection and more rewarding marriage? Strip away the noise and love with tethered hearts. When you strip away the noise of everyday life and the tiny irritations that pull you apart, what remains is an opportunity: a chance to grow side by side, tethered heart to heart. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Most couples don't realize that navigating discomfort together isn't just about surviving the storm; it's about discovering new dimensions of love, trust, and respect that weren't visible before. A love tethered to your partner's heart isn't a fairy tale—it's an achievable, powerful reality. "Love with tethered hearts" means being deeply and unwaveringly connected to your partner—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—in a way that keeps you linked even when life gets messy or difficult. Think of it like two hearts tied together with a strong, flexible cord that stretches and moves but never breaks or lets you drift apart. It's different from the easy, surface-level love that fades at the first sign of conflict or discomfort. Instead, tethered hearts are bound by conscious commitment, trust, and understanding. You're not just living side by side; you're intentionally anchored to each other through every challenge, disagreement, and season of change. This kind of love means: Showing up fully, even when it's hard Holding space for vulnerability without judgment Choosing connection over convenience, time and again Feeling understood and accepted, not despite flaws but because of them When your hearts are tethered, discomfort isn't a wedge but a thread weaving you closer together. It's the love that outlasts passion and infatuation because it's built on something deeper and far more resilient—a bond that no storm can sever. Think about how you see your marriage now. What stands out to you?  The arguments The intimacy (or lack thereof) The separation of presence The ears to hear The heart to love What if you were to stop long enough to care about your spouse like you did when you wanted to go on that first date or as you planned your dream wedding? Don't let your marriage fail because life throws everything at you. Love deeper than the ocean. The K.I.S.S. ~ Love deeper than the ocean! Love does not happen by accident. It takes a determined mind and heart to connect to another's. Yet, it's not impossible. You can have that love with tethered hearts. Here are three actions any spouse can take to deepen that tether and tap into a relationship depth like never before: Lean Into Listening (Not Fixing) When discomfort strikes, the natural reaction is to jump in with solutions, advice, or defenses. But forging a true emotional tether demands something different. It requires full, undistracted listening. Let your partner's words wash over you without planning your rebuttal or trying to "fix" things. In those moments, you communicate that their feelings matter more than the outcome. Listen to understand the heart behind the complaint or disagreement—and you'll discover truths about your partner and yourself that you never expected. Embrace Vulnerability Over Victory Too often, arguments become contests to prove who's right. But tethered hearts aren't about winning; they're about showing up authentically, even when it feels risky. Be brave enough to share your fears, doubts, and pain amidst the discomfort. Vulnerability is the bridge built with sweat and courage—cross it together and you break down walls that keep you isolated. When you can reveal your true self without fear of judgment, the bond you share strengthens and deepens. Prioritize Connection Over Convenience Life throws challenges—work stress, family demands, schedules that never stop. It's easy to get tangled in all the "stuff" and lose sight of the relationship's foundation. To tether yourself to your partner's heart, you must prioritize your connection deliberately. This means carving out moments to be fully present, to engage in rituals that remind you both why you chose each other, and to hold steady during rough patches instead of retreating or tuning out. Connection requires fuel—don't let it run on fumes. Love with tethered hearts isn't born from ease but forged in the heat of challenge and discomfort. When you commit to listening deeply, embracing vulnerability, and prioritizing your connection over convenience, you unlock a depth in your marriage few couples dare to reach. That depth becomes a sanctuary where love isn't just an emotion, but a resilient force that holds you both steady—no matter what life throws your way. You want that kind of love? Then start welcoming discomfort as the unpolished chance to grow together, not the threat that pulls you apart. The deeper your tether, the more unbreakable your bond. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 6. 2223979 How to Win Your Parenting ConversationsParenting isn't about having the loudest voice in the room or the last word every time. It's about precision, strategy, and understanding how every move impacts the next. You may be the expert, but be careful how you share the wisdom. Whether you want to admit it or not, you can learn how to win your parenting conversations better. In honor of the Olympics, I want you to think of your parenting conversations like the sport of Curling—where every stone you throw changes the "game," and success isn't guaranteed just because you have the advantage. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com In curling, players slide heavy stones across the ice towards a target. But it's not just about strength; it's about angle, speed, timing, and subtle adjustments. If you throw a stone too hard or at the wrong angle, it can miss the target, or worse, give your opponents the chance to steal points. Parenting conversations are like those curling stones. The words you choose, the tone, and the timing all influence the outcomes in your child's mind and heart. You may have the authority, just like holding the hammer in curling gives you the last shot, but your kids can "steal" the moment, either aligning with you or pushing back, based on what you say and how you say it. Every conversation leaves a mark on the heart. You're either building trust and confidence or chipping away at their self-worth.  The pressure is real, but the possibility of you winning the conversation is much greater. Take the risk, take A.I.M.! The K.I.S.S. ~ Win the conversation! The Three Moves Every Parent Can Master to Win the Conversation Game Aim With Empathy, Not Just Authority When you speak, think about the angle of your words. Are you sliding them gently to meet your child's feelings, or are you crashing the stone recklessly, ignoring what they're going through? Instead of commands or criticism, start conversations by tuning in to what your child needs emotionally. This sets a better trajectory for openness and connection, making it easier for them to engage rather than resist. Control Your Speed and Tone Curling stones require just the right velocity — too fast, and you miss; too slow, and you never get close. Likewise, your tone can either accelerate conflict or slow it down thoughtfully. Speak calmly, clearly, and with intention. Fast, harsh words might rattle your child and push them away, while steady, kind words invite them to listen and respond positively. Practice Your Release — Choose Words That Build, Not Break How you release the stone defines its path. In parenting, your word choice is your release. Positive, encouraging language can "curl" the conversation toward cooperation and trust, while negative or careless words can leave wounds that linger long after. Challenge yourself to speak in ways that affirm your child's worth, even when correcting or setting boundaries. Your Child's Heart Is the House — Protect It Like Your Last Stone Remember, parenting isn't about winning every debate or "having the last say." Your kids can and will "steal" the conversation's momentum if they feel understood and valued—or slam the door if they don't. Like curling, the best players know how to work with the ice, not just overpower it. Every chat with your child is a chance to slide a stone that builds their confidence and your relationship. When you take control of your words like a skilled curler with a perfect release, you don't just play the game — you win the hearts. You're not just throwing stones in the dark. Start aiming your words with empathy, control your tone like the speed of the slide, and release with positive intention. Your conversations will stop being battles and start becoming breakthroughs. 7. 2233978 Gain a Heart of WisdomIn the rush of modern life, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. So much of our energy flows toward chasing someone else's dream, trying to fit into others' expectations, or simply surviving the relentless pace of day-to-day routines. Consider the timeless words from Psalm 90:12 ~ "Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." What does it mean to number our days? It's not some grim countdown or morbid fixation. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's an invitation to live each day with intention—awareness that our time isn't infinite and should not be wasted on autopilot. Numbering our days means recognizing the value of each moment and choosing to learn the kind of wisdom that changes our hearts and shapes our lives. Why is this important? Because without intentional reflection, it's easy to drift. We slip into habits that keep us so busy, so distracted, we miss out on deeper understanding and genuine growth. We become skilled at activity but flawed in purpose. Wisdom comes not from more tasks checked off but from insightful living—a kind of maturity that flows from knowing where we've been and where we want to go. The K.I.S.S. ~ Gain a heart of wisdom! So how can we begin to number our days and open ourselves to this heart of wisdom? 1. Step out of autopilot Pause today and ask yourself: Am I present for this day, or just going through the motions? Awareness is the doorway to change. Don't wait for a crisis or a wake-up call. Lean into the discomfort of slowing down, and ask yourself what your life is teaching you right now. 2. Reflect honestly on your priorities Look at where your time goes—not just what you say is important, but the reality of your daily habits. Are you living for someone else's definition of success? Is busyness masking a deeper emptiness? When we number our days, we see clearly where to cut the clutter and make room for what truly fuels us. 3. Seek wisdom from your own experiences Every day brings lessons if we're paying attention. Don't dismiss setbacks or challenges—they are often the best teachers. Journal your thoughts, meditate on your choices, and be curious about what your life is nudging you toward. Wisdom isn't a sudden download; it's earned through reflection and learning. 4. Cultivate a heart that welcomes growth Wisdom requires humility—the willingness to admit what we don't know and to embrace new perspectives. Practice gratitude for lessons learned, even when they're tough. Be open to changing old beliefs or habits that no longer serve you. This is an invitation, not an obligation. Numbering your days isn't about guilt or pressure; it's about reclaiming your time and stepping fully into your own journey. It's about building a heart that understands what matters beneath the surface noise and fleeting distractions. 8. 2243977 Plant Your PatienceIn the relentless rush of daily life, it's easy to feel like we're sprinting on a treadmill set to max speed, chasing the next goal, the next move, the next achievement—only to end up overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a loop of what we didn't get done. That constant hurry doesn't just steal time; it steals clarity, joy, and the chance to grow something meaningful. What if, instead of rushing, you plant your patience? What if you slowed down, dug deep, and gave yourself the permission to nurture progress with care—not speed? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The truth is simple but often ignored: anything worth having or becoming takes time. Success. Mastery. Healing. Connection. All these start as small seeds—fragile and tentative. They need watering, sunlight, and time to sprout and grow strong. Life gets confusing when we let the chaos of busyness control us. The tangled mess we often find ourselves in is rarely due to external forces but rather to our letting impatience lead, pushing us into frantic motion that scatters our focus and energy. Here's a new perspective: patience is not passive waiting. It's an active, powerful choice to nurture your goals thoughtfully, to respect the natural pace of growth, and to stay present in the process instead of racing toward the finish line. The K.I.S.S. ~ Plant your patience! Ready to grow your patience and watch your progress blossom? Start with these three things: Plant Belief as Your Seed Every change begins with belief—the conviction that what you want is possible and worth the time it takes. Without this foundation, patience feels like a frustrating wait. With belief, it becomes a hopeful planting, a promise to yourself that you're investing in your future. Nourish with Consistent Action, Not Instant Results Patience isn't about sitting still; it's about steady, deliberate care. Small, purposeful steps compound over time to produce growth. Celebrate the daily efforts—even when results aren't immediate—to build momentum and faith in the process. Create Space to Reflect and Adjust Growth doesn't happen in chaos. Carve out moments away from distractions to observe your progress, adjust your approach, and quiet the noise of doubt. Mindful reflection refuels patience and keeps your vision grounded. Remember: patience is a muscle you build with practice, not a fixed trait you either have or don't. The more you cultivate it, the more your progress expands naturally and powerfully. To honor this journey, here's an original poem by Kristianne Wargo that captures the magic of planting patience and believing in the impossible: Planting Patience by Kristianne Wargo Plant the seed, though the soil is bare, though the days feel slow, though no bloom is there. Water it with belief, sunlight of quiet grace, roots grow beneath— in their own time and place. Storms may come, and winds may bend, but patience is the promise that growth has no end. So slow your hurry, tend with care, great things take time— they blossom where You dare to plant patience there. Patience planted is progress made. When you root your actions in belief and nurture them with steady care, the impossible shifts closer to inevitable. It's time to stop rushing. Start planting. Watch your growth surprise you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 9. 2253976 Come Back to CenterThere's no shortage of promises out there, like tools, trends, gurus, and hacks, where each one claims they can flip your life upside down or side-step you straight to success. But just because something is out there flashing like a neon sign does not mean you should use it, follow it, or whatever with it. It's not necessarily meant for you. However, the real power lies in peeling back all that noise and coming back to what is true; come back to center. This isn't about swallowing the half-truths that momentarily trick you into thinking you know what's next or forcing yourself into a mold that doesn't fit. It's about being brutally real and raw with yourself, knowing who you are and who you are becoming. No fluff. No distractions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The endless scramble for what's next breeds a sneaky fear—the fear of missing out. Who wants to feel like they're getting left behind? No one. But here's a little secret you've got to laugh at: you're not missing out by messing up. Yes, messing up! Sometimes the chaos is exactly where the lessons are hiding. So go ahead—giggle a little at the mess, because that's how you know you're showing up, fully present and alive. That's what coming back to center feels like. Stop chasing the next shiny object, sprinting from one distraction to another. Instead, look at where you are right now and where you want to be. Life's too short to miss the messy moments that carry the biggest treasures. The K.I.S.S. ~ Come back to center! Some of the most precious blessings don't come wrapped in perfection. They come through the cracks in the chaos. The sweet spots in the struggle. Come back to center and see them clearly. Take the time to ground yourself. Get honest about your current reality and what's possible from here. Because only when you're truly centered can you make the next move with clarity and confidence. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo So stop spinning. Stop chasing. Come back to center. That's where everything real begins. "Be present. Be incredible. 10. 2263975 The Power of SilenceOur lives are flooded with noise—incessant messages screaming for attention, endless notifications begging for a glance, countless demands pulling us in every direction. It's no wonder we feel confused and disoriented, overwhelmed by the mass of distractions that invade even a single hour. Take a moment and absorb the power of silence. Now it's hard to be still in silence. Think about how many alerts, emails, texts, and tasks are stacking up in that tiny slice of time? Usually, we bite off more than we can chew—and then get choked up by the pressure of what's next. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So, imagine what would happen if you intentionally stepped back and embraced silence—not the kind of silence where you're idle or checked out, but a powerful, purposeful silence where your mind clears and your focus sharpens. The real power of silence is in the intentional pause.  It's choosing to step away from the chaos, the scrambling, and the noise so you can regain control and clarity. This kind of silence fuels concentration—not distraction. It tunes your mindset toward precision rather than panic. It demands intentionality from every decision rather than letting your choices be hijacked by whatever shouts loudest. It ignites focus, determination, and hope, rather than fatigue and confusion. When you harness the power of silence, you're not running from life—you're engaging with it on your own terms. You're setting your own rhythm instead of reacting to the world's frantic speed. The K.I.S.S. ~ Engage with intentional silence every day! So, what are three ways you can embrace and engage this intentional silence every day? Schedule Silence Like a Meeting If you want silence to work for you, you have to treat it seriously. Block a consistent time on your calendar—a span long enough to think, reflect, or strategize without distraction. Guard this time as fiercely as you would a doctor's appointment or an important deadline. Create a Distraction-Free Zone Silence doesn't just mean shutting your lips. It means shutting down the constant digital noise too. Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs, and put your phone in another room if you have to. Your environment must support your purpose. Use Silence to Guide Action, Not Avoid It Intentional silence isn't procrastination dressed up as meditation. It's a tool to sharpen your clarity and set your direction. Use the space to prioritize what truly matters and craft your next move with conviction. The point isn't to escape the mess of daily demands—it's to find the quiet space where your mind recalibrates and your will grows strong. When you own this silence, you walk forward with purpose, not reaction. You act with confidence, not hesitation. You decide with courage, not confusion. Silence isn't empty. It's full of power. It gives you the chance to rewrite your story with clarity instead of contradiction. It lights a path through the noise and leads you to where your focus, determination, and hope reside. So don't wait for silence to find you. Seize it. Own it. Use it. Your next level begins when you choose to turn down the volume and tune in to what really matters. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 11. 2273974 Love On PurposeValentine's weekend invites us to think about love—the kind that fills our hearts and shapes our relationships. But far too often, we get stuck in the world's limited view of love: conditional, transactional, and filtered through our own failures and insecurities. God's love, however, breaks every mold. His love is unconditional, relentless, and sees beyond our flaws. And then, He calls us to love others the same way. Love on purpose. Yet as we know, it's easy to judge others based on our own shortcomings. We carry unhealed wounds, past hurts, and false beliefs about how people should be, often measuring love by performance or appearance. But God doesn't work that way.  "For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7). Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com God loves us fully—quirks, warts, mistakes, and all—and asks us to do the same for others.  "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32). When we love on purpose, we love past the surface and beyond judgment. Take Off the Mask What if, this Valentine's weekend, we stopped putting conditions on who deserves our love? What if we stopped expecting others to look or act a certain way before we show them kindness?  "Judge not, that you be not judged" (Matthew 7:1) challenges us to remove those filters and biases. So, take off the mask and see people as God sees them: beloved, valuable, broken, and in need of grace. "Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8). This isn't cheap love; it's a deliberate choice to meet others where they are, not where we think they should be. How Would Loving Like God Change Us? When we love unconditionally, our hearts shift. We become more patient, more compassionate, and less reactive. We stop guarding against disappointment and start embracing acceptance.  "Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another" (Ephesians 4:31-32). The K.I.S.S. ~ Love on purpose! This kind of love transforms your daily interactions. Instead of reacting from a place of frustration or fear, you get to respond with generosity and hope—because God's love has already covered you, and me. Love Elevated: Beyond a Holiday With it being Valentine's Day weekend, we often focus on romantic love, but God's love reaches far wider and deeper. It invites us to love on purpose—not only those closest to us but also the overlooked, the difficult, and the imperfect. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another" (John 13:34). Loving like God is the highest calling and the truest gift we can give. Your Next Move Challenge yourself to love without the conditions you normally set. See beyond the mask. Show up for people not because they meet your standards, but because God's love compels you. When you love on purpose, you don't just mirror God's heart—you bring His kingdom here on earth, in the way you live and love every single day. "Be present. Be incredible. 12. 2283973 The Sweetness that Melts the HeartWhen you hear "sweetness" in love, your mind probably jumps straight to chocolates, flowers, and sparkly gifts. That's the story commercials love to tell us—the more you spend, the brighter your love shines. But the sweetness that melts the heart isn't wrapped in paper or tagged with a price. It's something far rarer, deeper, and more powerful. The real sweetness comes from that raw, vulnerable place inside—the one that says, "I see you. I choose you. I cherish what's only ours." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's not about matching the world's expectations or outdoing the latest Instagram couple. It's about turning your attention from the noise, the flashy gestures, and the "should-dos" to what genuinely feeds your connection. Imagine what would happen if, instead of chasing the next big thing, you created moments only the two of you understand, moments that become a private treasure no one else can touch. The K.I.S.S. ~ Craft a private treasure! Here are three ways a spouse can craft that kind of treasure: Listen Like It's the Easiest Thing in the World Forget multitasking or half-hearing. True sweetness is showing up fully—hearing the unsaid, noticing the small shifts in tone and energy. When you listen deeply, your partner feels seen and safe. That's the kind of richness no store can provide. Create Private Rituals That Echo Your Story Instead of mimicking a checklist of date ideas, build rituals that speak to your history together. Maybe it's a Sunday morning coffee made exactly how your spouse loves it, or a secret handshake that makes only the two of you smile. These seemingly small acts become emotional investments that grow sweeter every time you share them. Speak Your Heart, Even When It's Scary Vulnerability isn't weakness—it's the ultimate form of strength. Sharing your fears, hopes, or a simple "I appreciate you" with no expectation attached builds trust and closeness. That honest connection dissolves walls and melts hearts deeper than any diamond. Life doesn't wait. Every moment you spend chasing the shiny and predictable is a moment you're not deepening the one thing money can't buy: a heart that keeps learning to love your person better. So drop the script everyone else is reading and rewrite your own. Celebrate your love with a sweetness that's not a costume or decoration, but a living, breathing bond only you two can share. That's the sweetness that melts the heart. Sweetness Beyond the Gift by Kristianne Wargo Not in wrapped boxes, ribbons tight, Nor priced tags gleaming in the light. Sweetness blooms where silence speaks, In quiet moments, between heartbeats. It's in the look, the knowing glance, The secret laugh, the stolen dance. Not found in what the world demands, But held within your trembling hands. To listen—truly, deep and slow, Where whispered truths like rivers flow. A ritual shaped by just two souls, A love that mends and quietly holds. Vulnerability, the bravest art, The naked sharing of your heart. Beyond the flash, the grand parade, In simple grace, a bond is made. So turn your eyes from worldly show, Find what only you both know— A sweetness rich, none can divide, The treasure of love found deep inside. "Be present. Be incredible. 13. 2293972 You Make My Heart So Happy!Valentine's Day comes around each year like clockwork, bringing with it the usual swirl of red hearts, chocolates, and flowers. But for a mom, these symbols of love can sometimes feel surface-level, like they're missing the real heartbeat beneath all the glitter and sugar. Because the truth is, the kind of love that fills a mother's chest isn't wrapped up neatly in a box or tied with a bow. It's messy, wild, tender, and deeply personal. It's found in late-night cuddles, scraped knees comforted, and whispered "I love you's" that echo long after bedtime—you make my heart so happy! Your child is not just a recipient of love—they are love in motion. Every giggle, every fierce try, every moment of curiosity is a thread woven into the fabric of your heart. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com They carry a collection of unique gifts and talents that make them who they are, and these gifts deserve more than just a nod on Valentine's Day. They deserve to be seen, celebrated, and nourished in ways that build confidence and joy well beyond this single day. As a mom, you know the fierce pride that rises when you watch your child try something new or stand tall despite their fears. You feel it in the small moments—when they share their dreams, offer kindness, or reveal a spark of creativity you didn't see before. This Valentine's Day, lean into that fierce love with intention. Celebrate your child not with candy or flowers but with words and actions that honor the bouquet of talents and heartbeats they bring into your world. The kind of celebration that serves them long term, planting seeds of self-worth and happiness they'll carry through every year to come. The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate your child! Here's how you can honor your child's unique light this Valentine's Day—and make their heart just as happy as yours. 1. Write a Love Letter That Speaks Their Language No generic Valentine's card can compare to a letter from you that names exactly what makes your child shine. Write down the moments you saw their courage, kindness, or creativity in action. Be specific: "I loved how you stood up for your friend today," or "Your drawing made me smile because it's so full of imagination." This focused attention tells your child, "I see you—truly and deeply," and that kind of love sticks with them long term. 2. Fill a Love Jar With Affirmations They Can Reach For Anytime Every child needs a reminder they're extraordinary, especially when days feel tough. Fill a jar with little notes of praise, favorite memories, or fun challenges tied to their passions. Whether they pull out a note before a test or on a gloomy day, these bites of encouragement become a portable pep talk from their biggest fan—you. It's an ongoing celebration that keeps on giving. 3. Create a Mini Celebration Around What Makes Them Glow What activities make your child's eyes light up and their smile widen? Maybe solving puzzles, dancing, or helping around the house? Dedicate Valentine's afternoon to that passion. This choice says, "I notice what you love, and you deserve time to do it." When children feel their interests are valued, it builds confidence that outlasts any sweet treat. Valentine's Day is the perfect moment to trade the expected for the exceptional—to tell your child with actions and words that they are deeply loved for exactly who they are and what they bring into the world. Because when you celebrate your child's true gifts, you're planting seeds of pride and joy they'll carry for life. And that's when you say—you make your heart so happy. "Be present. Be incredible. 15. 2313970 How You Create Your Now Shapes Every TomorrowNobody's perfect. You won't nail everything every single day, and you sure won't do it perfectly every hour. But perfection isn't the point. Intentionality is. How you create your now shapes every tomorrow. Your "now," the way you choose to spend your minutes and moments, is the wellspring of your entire life. You build your everyday out of small, consistent decisions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Some move you closer to where you want to be. Others hold you back, even if you don't realize it. Good habits don't appear overnight. They start as tiny actions that seem almost invisible at first, but over time, they compound. And the best part? When you lean into small daily wins, those good habits become your foundation. The bad habits lose their grip, fading into the background like static noise. This isn't about chasing an impossible, perfect life. It's about crafting YOUR life—step by step—so that light always breaks through, even when the darkness threatens to swallow you whole. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your now! This happens as good habits become great habits, and the bad ones fade into the past. This opens up the possibilities and opportunities where you can always see the light even though darkness looms. This is not about who you are, but whose you are. There is a bigger picture of who God created you to become. When you walk in your everyday God's way, life looks and feels different. It's never perfect, but there is always a reflection of hope on the other side. So, as we begin to look at the wellspring of your life, what can you do to build simple, intentional actions into your everyday? Own Your Morning Start How you begin your day isn't just how you wake up—it sets the tone for every single thing afterward. Taking 5 minutes to breathe, journal, or study God's Word beats scrolling on your phone first thing. Let all that craziness go. This is your chance to decide how you want to show up: Am I stepping into intentionality, or am I handing it over to distractions? You decide. Make One Choice With Purpose Each hour, ask yourself, "What choice right now moves me forward?" Maybe it's replying to that email, stepping away from distractions to focus, or drinking a glass of water instead of grabbing junk food. These small, purposeful choices build mental muscle. You gain momentum. Your results reflect your intentional actions. Reflect and Adjust Nightly Don't sleep on reflection—it's the secret weapon most miss. Spend a couple of minutes reviewing your day. What worked? What didn't? What will you drop tomorrow? This simple habit keeps you honest and agile. It wins the war on autopilot living and creates space to course correct before mistakes repeat. Here's what you need to know: You don't have to conquer the world today. But in every moment, you get to decide what you create. That adds up. Good becomes great. The past's shadows fade. And what remains is your light—steady and real. The joy that begins to grow is no longer based on your circumstances. The peace that surpasses all understanding is not because of what you've done.  Create your now every day God's way. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 16. 2323969 Reframe the FrameLife is a relentless challenge. Sometimes it feels like waves crashing one after another—without a pause. If you pile on extra weight from how you see those waves crashing, you don't just face the storm; you drown in it before your day even begins. Look at your life differently; reframe the frame. Your mind doesn't just observe your reality, it creates it. The frame you choose to see your life through either traps you in frustration or frees you to act with clarity. When everything feels impossible, the difference between sinking and swimming is rewriting that frame. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You're not some helpless victim to circumstance. Bit by bit, moment by moment, you get to reshape the lens through which you view the chaos. Reframing isn't about denying the struggle—it's about refusing to be defined by it. It's about asking, "What is truly happening here, and what can I choose to see differently right now?" Maybe your project failed, but what did it teach you? Maybe your relationships are fractured, but what part of yourself are you discovering? Maybe your energy is low, but where else can you find a spark to keep going? The K.I.S.S. ~ Reframe the frame! The masterpiece of your life unfolds every day. You hold the brush. Choose your lenses intentionally—whether they highlight wounds or windows, barriers or breakthroughs. Adjust your angle just enough to spot the silver threads hidden in the tangled mess. That's how you find the unexpected beauty buried beneath the struggle. Stop letting your default narrative write itself in misery. Reframe the frame, and suddenly, the chaos looks less like an enemy and more like your raw material. A canvas screaming for your perspective. You don't need a new life. You need a new way of seeing this one. Your move. What frame will you pick today? "Be present. Be incredible. 17. 2333968 When Life Doesn't Go As PlannedHave you ever paused to ask yourself why the goals you once set remain out of reach? Why the plans you carefully crafted seem to unravel, leaving you stuck somewhere between disappointment and confusion? When life doesn't go as planned, the fallout can feel like a long, harsh fall—so disorienting that figuring out the next step seems impossible. And yet, we cling to that single burning desire: to push through and reclaim the path we envisioned. Life rarely bends to our will. Our decisions set a chain of actions in motion, but outcomes depend on factors both within and beyond our control. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Success or failure isn't just about the choices you make—it's about how you respond when those choices don't deliver the results you aimed for. So, what do you do when things don't pan out? Do you stew in frustration, letting the weight of unmet expectations crush your momentum? Do you quit and move on, chalking the experience up as a loss? Or do you pause long enough to reflect, recalibrate, and then lean back in with fresh resolve? Urgency and looming deadlines can pressure us into rushing through setbacks. It's tempting to sweep failures under the rug and act like they never happened. But life is too short—and your dreams too important—for surface-level fixes. Sometimes, you need to stop right there. Take time to rest. To think. To shift your mindset away from obsessing over the outcome and toward valuing your efforts. Why efforts? Because results can feel like fickle markers of worth. They don't always reflect your hustle, learning, or growth. When you hold tight to your efforts rather than clutching desperately to a specific result, you build resilience. You turn failure into fuel. The K.I.S.S. ~ Turn failure into fuel! And you know that isn't done by quitting. You must hold on to determination and diligence. Here are three straightforward strategies to hold onto determination and diligence—no matter what life throws at you: Pause and Assess: Take a deliberate breath. Acknowledge what went wrong without judgment. This moment of clarity helps you understand your decisions and their impact, so your next action is smarter, not just reactionary. Reframe Failure: Look at failure as a signpost, not a dead-end. It's feedback—valuable data on what didn't work, where the gaps are, and what you can do differently. This mindset reduces fear and opens room for growth. Commit to Consistent Action: Show up every day and chip away at your goals, regardless of setbacks. Determination isn't about giant leaps; it's about faithful persistence. No one reaches greatness overnight. Remember, success isn't a straight line. It's a messy path filled with choices that sometimes lead to stumbles. But those stumbles don't have to define you or your journey. They can teach you, sharpen you, and set you up for an even stronger comeback. So hang tight. Stay focused on the effort you pour in daily, not just the scoreboard. Your next move is ready and waiting—one step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." — Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 18. 2343967 The Game Isn't Over YetThe final quarter of any game is the ultimate test—the moment when hope and pressure collide. The scoreboard might look grim, and it's tempting to feel worn down or defeated. But true faith pushes past what our eyes see and clings to what God's Word promises. Faith is that quiet, persistent voice inside that says, "The game isn't over yet." When life overwhelms or uncertainty creeps in, anchoring yourself in belief brings endurance and courage. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Romans 12:12 says, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." This verse reminds us that faith is not passive—it's active trust even when the outcome isn't clear. Today, renew your faith as the ultimate comeback play. Faith requires full surrender. Ask yourself: Where are you holding too tightly? Proverbs 3:5-6 commands, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths." The K.I.S.S. ~ Faith in the fourth quarter! What would happen if you opened your hands and let God take control? The peace described in Philippians 4:7 might just flood your heart: "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Too often, we clutch life through control—our plans, outcomes, and timing. But God's invitation is clear: "You do not need to carry this alone." Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Walking by faith means stepping into the water where God holds you up (Isaiah 43:2). That's where peace lives, beyond circumstances or scores. So, what would your Super Bowl life look like if you truly gave it to God? When you surrender control and trust His plan, you're always on the winning team. Romans 8:28 promises, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Even when things don't go as you expect, God's got you. In the fourth quarter of your story, faith refuses defeat. It fuels a fierce resilience and a confident hope. The game isn't over yet—because God holds the final play, and with Him, victory is always within reach. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 19. 2353966 Build an Unbeatable MarriageMarriage isn't a solo journey—it's a coordinated team effort that wins or loses together. Like a quarterback reading his receiver's movements or a pair of dancers moving in perfect harmony, successful marriages require sharp communication, unwavering trust, and an instinctive understanding of each other's needs. When both partners learn to anticipate, adapt, and align their moves toward shared goals, they build an unbeatable marriage—on and off the field. This kind of partnership doesn't happen by accident. It takes practice, commitment, and a game plan that both partners buy into. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Too often, couples play on different teams or worse, sit out the game altogether because facing reality feels harder than staying on the sidelines. But settling for "not broken enough" means settling for far less than the Super Bowl-caliber marriage you deserve. So, how do you get back in the game and play on the same team again? Here's the truth: it starts with one person willing to make the first move. Since marriage is a team sport, it takes both players to cross the finish line—but the kickoff begins with you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Recommit and win together! Three Action Steps to Recommit and Win Together Spend Meaningful Time Together Put distractions on pause and carve out 30 minutes this weekend for a focused conversation about what matters most—your shared priorities, your feelings, your goals. This isn't small talk, it's game strategy. Listen Deeply Don't just hear words; tune into the unspoken. Pay attention to tone, pauses, and body language. When you listen beyond the surface, you understand your partner's playbook in a way that changes the whole game. Celebrate the Micro Moments Winning isn't just about the big touchdowns. Find and celebrate small wins—a thoughtful gesture, a shared meal, or even a simple "I'm thinking of you" text. Those moments build momentum and remind you you're on the same team. Imagine if more marriages approached their partnership like a team sport—with clear roles, mutual respect, and a shared mission. Families would see less chaos and more cohesiveness because everyone is aligned and playing together. Remember this: It takes one to start, but two to finish. Step onto the field, take the snap, and recommit to playing this game side by side. Your best season yet awaits. "Be present. Be incredible. 20. 2363965 Red Zone ParentingParenting is like running a red zone play in football — the stakes are sky-high, the pressure's crushing, and every move matters more than usual. You're tired, stretched thin, and the margin for error feels paper-thin. It's that relentless zone where kids need you most, but sometimes in red zone parenting, you just want to drop the playbook and cry. No one often says: being a great parent doesn't mean you have to be perfect. The real power comes from showing up as you are—flawed, vulnerable, exhausted—and still choosing love and presence.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you admit "I'm overwhelmed" or "I don't have it all figured out," you're not falling apart. You're teaching your kids resilience, authenticity, and unconditional love. That honesty is the kind of strength that sticks. If you've been holding it together with duct tape and sheer willpower, this is your permission slip to be real with yourself. Embrace the messiness and give yourself grace in the chaos. The K.I.S.S. ~ Give yourself grace in the chaos! Because ultimately, parenting's toughest moments aren't failures; they're the red zone plays where character is built. Action Steps to Own Your Red Zone Journal Honestly Reflect on a moment recently when the pressure hit hard and you felt ready to lose it. Now, right next to it, write an unshakable truth about how your love, patience, or strength showed up—even if it felt small. This isn't about spinning a sad story—it's about recognizing that in the toughest moments, you still brought something valuable. Set Boundaries Identify one parenting or household responsibility that's bleeding you dry and say "no" or delegate it guilt-free. When you are in that red zone, take away some of the pressure. Notice how just shifting that one thing can lighten your load. Boundaries aren't selfish; they're survival. Say Yes to You Carve out 15 minutes on your calendar for yourself—read, breathe, stretch, or step outside. No apologies and no multitasking. Treat this appointment as non-negotiable. Because if you don't refill your own well, every red zone moment will feel impossible. When the red zone hits—and trust me, it will—remember you aren't alone, and you don't have to be perfect.  Your willingness to show up authentically, test your limits, and ask for what you need is the play that wins every time. 21. 2373964 Find Strength in Your TeamToo often, we're sold the myth that success means shouldering everything solo. You're told to grind, hustle, and prove yourself by pushing harder—alone. But here's the truth: you're not less for needing help. You're smart and strong for building a team you can rely on; find strength in your team. 22. 2383963 Fuel Like A ChampionDo you want to play like a champion? Then start by treating your mind and body like they actually matter. Because if you're honest with yourself, talent and hustle can only carry you so far when your fuel tank is running on empty, your brain is fogged, and your body is begging for rest. The power of peak performance is not just for the field. So fuel like a champion. The elite football players of the Super Bowl. They don't just show up to practice—they obsess over how they eat, sleep, and recover. That's their secret weapon.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the thing: It's not all about the plays on the field. Yes, it helps you score points, but you have to be able score for it to matter! If your body cannot do it, you will not win! So what if you took the same approach? This isn't about turning your life upside down overnight. It's about making smart, deliberate choices that build your foundation. Health isn't a bonus or something you just get to have. It's the bedrock of everything you want to conquer, whether on the field, in the office, or at home. All the more reason why you must fuel like a champion. The K.I.S.S. ~ Fuel like a champion! First off, I want you to think about what you are currently doing. Are you trying to win the game of life with minimal energy, little rest, and lots of sugar? Or are you being strategic in the manner in which you care for your mind and body? Now I get that there are some grand events happening this week. You've got the start of the Olympics and the Super Bowl.  Who doesn't want to celebrate with good food and drinks?  Do so, but in a manner that won't tear apart your insides or your outsides. Right?!? I mean, come on! Give yourself permission, though, to celebrate with kindness. This week, real commitment means small but strategic shifts that unlock your strength, focus, and resilience. It's your move—are you ready? Action Steps to Fuel Like a Champion Sleep Audit: Start tracking your sleep for a few nights. Use an app, a journal, whatever works—but be honest. Then commit to getting at least 7 hours a night this week. Don't settle for less. Optimal sleep is where recovery begins—it's when your muscles rebuild, your brain clears out mental cobwebs, and your energy tanks refill. "Sleep is the carwash for your body!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Nutrition Swap: Identify one processed or sugary item you grab daily, and replace it with a nutrient-dense alternative. Swap that candy bar for a handful of nuts. Replace soda with infused water or herbal tea. These might seem small, but they add up fast. Your body and brain will reward you with more stamina, sharper focus, and steadier mood swings. Mindful Moments: Dedicate 10 minutes each morning or evening to reset. Try deep breathing, meditation, or gentle stretching. This isn't about zen mastery—it's about clearing your nervous system so stress doesn't pile up and cloud your performance. 23. 2393962 More Than Just WordsIt's simple to say "thank you" on autopilot or offer gratitude as a social nicety while rushing through life. But when was the last time you really felt it? When did you pause long enough to notice how gratitude reshapes your heart? Gratitude is more than just words. Gratitude isn't just a polite exchange. It's a profound internal shift. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It softens the rough edges inside—the bitterness, the brokenness—that build up from stress, disappointment, or the grind of daily struggle. Gratitude creates a crack in the wall you've built around yourself, allowing light and connection to flow in. This opening isn't just for others—it's a gift you give yourself. Think about your cup when it's empty. No energy, no hope, no joy. Gratitude is like a quiet refill, no flashy fireworks but an undeniable boost. It doesn't just fill the cup; it strengthens the walls, making you more resilient, more peaceful, more present. The K.I.S.S. ~ More than just words! Finding gratitude every day doesn't need to be complicated. It can be a small moment—a breath, a smile, a thank you whisper to your own soul. But done consistently, it rewires your perspective, turning what once felt heavy into something lighter, more manageable. The invitation is simple: Don't wait for a perfect reason to be grateful. Find the cracks where light can come in today. Let gratitude do the hard work of healing—and watch what happens to your heart. Gratitude's Gift by Kristianne Wargo Gratitude unclenches fists once tight, Soften edges carved by fight or flight. It's a quiet key, no grand parade, That opens locked doors where shadows stayed. A cup once empty, parched, and dry, Receives this gift, a wellspring high. Not just for others, but for your soul— Gratitude fills and makes you whole. It's the grace in a simple "thank you" said, The light that brightens where doubt once tread. A balm for hearts weathered and worn— In daily thanks, a new dawn is born. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 24. 2403961 Master Your Mental GameHave you ever pondered what's your game plan for greatness in life? When the pressure mounts and the stakes skyrocket, only one thing separates champions from the rest: your mindset. We can see this in real time by observing athletes. Imagine yourself as a Super Bowl quarterback, the clock ticking down with a roaring crowd watching your every move. Your ability to lead in that moment isn't about talent alone—it's about how to master your mental game.  The mindset to stay calm, strategic, and decisive under pressure is like a muscle you can train and strengthen every day. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Staying calm when the noise is deafening, thinking strategically when every second counts, and making decisive moves when hesitation could cost everything—that's not luck, that's training a mindset like a muscle. It takes dedication. It takes intentionality. It takes reading. It takes breathing. It takes rest. It takes you! You saying "YES" to your miles of greatness. So here's the challenge: What's your game plan for greatness—not sometime down the road, but right now? If you're tired of chaos driving your decisions and want to lead yourself like a pro in your own arena, you must master your mental game. The K.I.S.S. ~ Master your mental game! That means it starts in the mind! You have got to control what you let into your mind, what you hang out with in your mind, and where you let your mind wander. Here are three strategic moves to make today. Own Your Mindset Daily Like training muscles, sharpening your mental strength takes intention every single day. That means carving out time to center yourself—whether through journaling, meditation, or simply reviewing your goals before diving into the day. Build a habit of noticing when fear, doubt, or distractions creep in—and practice switching gears quickly. Craft Clear, Non-Negotiable Priorities Greatness isn't about doing more—it's about focusing fiercely on what moves the needle. Get crystal clear on the few things that genuinely matter in your life. When decisions come at warp speed, these priorities become your playbook. No wasted energy, no confusion. Visualize the Win, Own the Process Imagine that winning moment in vivid detail—the breakthrough call, the sold-out launch, the hard-earned celebration. But don't stop there. Own the grind it takes to get there. That mental rehearsal primes your brain for success and instills the confidence to take massive action without hesitation. Remember, success isn't a lightning strike or a lucky break. It's the result of mastering your mind to lead your life. When you connect what's in your head with what's in your heart, your actions align—and greatness becomes inevitable. What's your next move? Sam Darnold will start for the Seattle Seahawks and Drake Maye will start for the New England Patriots this coming Super Bowl 2026. They must put in the mental work, or they will be beaten before they even set foot on the field. This week, don't just react to the chaos. Step into the driver's seat of your mindset and lead like the champion you are and the better champion you're becoming. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo What mindset muscle will you train today? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
