Today’s prayer
Written prayerFather, Jesus knows what is in the hearts of man. He knows how hard it is to rise above our own doubts and fears. I believe that’s why he said, “If thou canst believe,” knowing that some of us might find it difficult to fully believe. But I love the fact that all things are possible if we can believe. Faith is what pleases you the most, without faith it is impossible to please you. The more we trust in you and believe that nothing is impossible for you the more we will see the impossible happen. Every time I chose to believe, in spite of my unbelief, the more my faith grows when I see you honor my choice. You have never let me down and I see how faithful you are when I can believe. Take away whatever doubt I have and any remaining unbelief. Increase and strengthen my faith when I am weak so I might always be pleasing in your sight. I want to bless you Lord, and believe with every ounce of my being in the truth of your sovereignty and power. You are real and your words are truth and life. In Jesus name, amen.
