Today’s prayer
Written prayerHeavenly father, you are the source of all life. There is no life outside of you. You not only created the universe, the animal kingdom, the plant vegetation, you breathed the breath of life into Adam. Each of us who live in this world has the breath of divine life flowing through us. Your life is the true light that leads the way out of darkness. The breath of life contains wisdom, integrity, intelligence, and purity, joy, hope, restoration and so much more. You're not only the source of life for all creation but you are also the source of life for the soul dead in sin. Thank you father that you are the resurrection and the life. You are the fountain of Life both natural and spiritual. I cannot live without your breath within me. Thank you for restoring my soul when I was dead in my sins. You shed your light and opened my blind eyes to reveal your truth so I might find my way home to you. Thank you for delivering me out of my despair and into your loving arms. Help me shine your light wherever I go and bring glory to your name. In Jesus name, amen.
