Midday Prayer on Psalm 121:8

Dear Lord, goodbyes weigh heavily on our hearts, yet we trust that you are present in every parting. Thank you for the moments we’ve shared and the love that remains even when paths separate. As we go in different directions, watch over us and those we leave behind. Give us peace in uncertainty, comfort in our sadness, and hope that distance cannot undo what you have woven together. Remind us that with you, no goodbye is ever final. Hold us close until we meet again, and let your presence span every mile between us. Amen.
