Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, as I lay here in the quiet of the night, I lift my voice in prayer to the Almighty One. O God, Your righteousness reaches the high heavens, and Your greatness is beyond measure. You who have done great things, who is like You? Your power and wisdom are unfathomable, and I am grateful to be granted another day of life by Your divine mercy. As I close my eyes and let my mind drift away, I ask for Your protection and guidance throughout the night. May Your Holy Spirit envelop me as I rest, guarding me against the darkness and negativity of this world. May Your love and light shine upon me, illuminating my mind and heart, filling me with peace and comfort. Grant me a sweet and restful slumber. May my soul be nourished by Your grace and my heart be filled with joy. Thank You, O God, for Your mercy, love, and grace. In the name of Jesus, I offer this prayer. Amen.
