Today’s prayer
Written prayerFather, there are times when I would love to sleep in on Sunday morning but I’d miss so much if I did. I enjoy the fellowship of believers. Joining them in worship clears away the dullness that life smeared on me to blunt my vision. As I look around this world I see chaos and confusion and I know the day of your return is not far off. Help me motivate my brothers and sisters to join in regular fellowship, and continue to do good as we grow in unity. Teach me how to encourage myself and others to keep on track with you and not fall into sin. The days are short. Amen.
