Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, Thank you for your word that teaches me how to praise you even in the darkest hour of my life. If Paul and Silas could praise you when they were in prison, I can undoubtedly praise you when my problems seem to overwhelm me. Their praise brought forth their deliverance, and they were set free. Your presence inhabits the praises of your people, and praise is the atmosphere that brings forth your miracle-working power. Help me sing during my troubles and trust in your ability to deliver me from any oppression that's trying to come against me. Your love for me is bigger than any problem that I confront. Amen.
