Today’s prayer
Written prayerFather, it is only through your grace that men can love their wives as Christ loved the church. The church is certainly not perfect and is filled with flaws and immaturity. Christ gave himself for her while she was far off in sin. The church is the bride of Christ and you adore her with all her imperfections. Lord, help your men understand how to love their wives like Christ. Help them be patient and kind, forgiving freely and often. Teach them how to be the high priest of their household and reflect your love and protection over them. Give strength to your men to be a husband after your own heart. Amen.
