Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, You do not fight as the world fights. You do not build Your kingdom through force, but through faith and obedience. We confess how easily we are intimidated by what looks powerful, fortified, and unmovable. Yet You are the God who works beneath the surface, who dismantles strongholds through truth, righteousness, and surrender. Teach us to stop trusting our own strength and strategies, and to rely fully on You. When we are tempted to grasp for control or secure our future by force, remind us to kneel instead. Give us courage to trust You in the dark places, to believe that unseen obedience carries divine power. Tear down the walls within us—fear, pride, and self-reliance—and lead us forward by faith. We place our confidence in You alone. Amen.
