Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, you created this world to rejoice and praise you: the sea will roar its praise, the fields flowers dance in the breeze, and the trees of the forest will exult you with songs of joy. If your children will not praise you the rocks will. Lord, I don’t want any inanimate object to have more sense than me. Praise you, Lord, I exult your holy name for giving me a new life of joy to live in your presence. Praise you for going before me to make a way and being my rear guard to protect me from the enemy. I will praise you day and night for all your goodness to me. Amen.
