Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, I can’t confess my faults to just anyone. I need someone I can trust who won’t judge me for my sins. Someone who will understand my need for forgiveness, and not lecture or shame me. Only a mature Christian will cover my sins with grace and not use them to gossip about me afterwards. I wish to be healed and I know the prayers of the righteous have power. Lead me to the right person I can trust to share my failings with. Someone who will pray for my healing and not hold them against me. Cause me to be a safe person to others when they come to me with their sins. Amen.
