Written prayerDear Lord, Thank you that you care for me with the tender affections of a good shepherd toward his sheep. You are mindful of all my needs, and I am confident you will provide for them. You protect me from harm in the night, provide my daily nourishment, and tend to the wounds life inflicts. You know what is best and necessary for my growth. You are the skillful, watchful, and tender shepherd of my soul. Thank you for your loving compassion and guidance. What a comfort it is to know I am safe under your care, and I have no anxious thoughts since I know you are providing for my every need. Amen.
