Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Jesus, You are my Lord, my God, and my Messiah! I long to be pleasing in your sight and not violate your statutes, rules, and ways. Unfortunately, I fall short and do disobey you at times. However, You remind me of your loving kindness and forgive my sin when I turn to you and confess them. You pick me up and cleanse me and restore me to your presence. Your forgiveness gives me renewed strength. I can once again stand sinless before and am able to share your testimony of grace and forgiveness with others. Lord, Your name is excellent above all names and there is power in the name of Jesus. I love to worship you in all your majesty and glory. You are so beautiful, Jesus. As I close my eyes and worship you I see your beautiful face appear and I am drawn into your presence as I gaze into your loving eyes. I pray for you to refresh me daily and bring down any idols in my heart that would distract me from them. You are the only One I seek to serve and bow down before. I worship you in spirit and in truth. When you look at me your grace covers me and you strengthen me to share your truth with all those around me, Help me bring your hope to a lost world. Oh Lord, I worship you with all of my heart, In Jesus name, Amen.
