Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, I delight in the joy of the Lord, for it is my strength. Without joy, I am weakened in my ability to do your will. My light grows dim, and it is difficult to reflect your love. Lord, please restore the joy of thy salvation unto me. If I'm harboring unforgiveness in my heart show me who I need to forgive. I want a clean spirit and not be bogged down with residual resentment toward anyone in my life. I know unforgiveness clogs up my soul and makes a place for the enemy to slip in with his lies. Help me focus on your word and your loving truth that washes me clean. Amen.
