Today’s prayer
Written prayerMy sin nature was crucified on that cross along with You, Lord Jesus. You took the punishment I deserved. You were sinless and innocent and I was the rebel living in the lusts of my flesh, selfishness, and pride. But, it is no longer me who lives in this earthly body, but you living through me by faith. You loved me and sacrificed your life for me. You came to set me free from the bondage of sin and eternal separation from God. You are my glorious Lord who has proved his love to me through dying in my place and taking my punishment. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude. I will follow you forever. Amen.
