Today’s prayer
Written prayerLord, there are times when I have felt like doubting Thomas. He had a hard time believing you rose from the grave after he saw you crucified, That truth takes a great deal more faith than my finite little brain can comprehend. But, you understood his unbelief, and offered your scared flesh for him to touch so he would believe. You had a purpose for his life and wanted to rid him any doubts he had. You have a purpose for my life too, and you want to erase any doubts I have as well. I want to touch you, Lord, I don’t want to waver in unbelief. I want to serve you with my whole heart. Amen.
