745: The Rise & Decline of "Christianity Today"

November 4, 2026 · 1 hr 16 min

They also discuss a new book arguing that Democrats and secular Americans need to recapture the moral language and categories of good and evil, but some are worried that it may be a slippery slope back toward embracing religion. Plus, a news quiz that nobody wins, and Phil's ukulele is back!   Holy Post Plus: Bonus Q&A Segment: https://holypost.substack.com/p/6a07a36a-840f-43e6-b6c9-78d315b18a9b?postPreview=free&updated=2026-11-03T22%3A23%3A12.190Z&audience=only_paid&free_preview=true&freemail=true   Ad-Free Version of This Episode: https://holypost.substack.com/p/a9970db1-dfc1-4d13-b418-4f57f036e175?postPreview=free&updated=2026-11-03T23%3A01%3A27.415Z&audience=only_paid&free_preview=true&freemail=true 0:00 - Show Starts   0:45 - Theme Song   3:40 - Sponsor - Rocket Money - Find and cancel your old subscriptions with Rocket Money at https://www.rocketmoney.com/HOLYPOST   4:40 - Sponsor - Sundays Dog Food - Get 40% off your first order of Sundays.
