- 1214080 The Quiet Work that Creates Loud SuccessIt's a story as old as ambition itself. Everyone wants to get ahead, accomplish big things, and build the life they crave. Yet, the truth is simple, profound, and often the most challenging: What makes the biggest difference is the quiet work that creates loud success. It's the progress that happens in the quiet spaces where no one else is looking. It's the grind that goes unseen—the early mornings you're not tweeting about, the late nights where the world is asleep, and you're wide awake pushing past limits. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you want to move ahead, you can't rely on moments of public glory and applause alone. Real momentum comes from the whispered work in the shadows. The little things you do consistently when no one is watching add up to the breakthroughs that change the game. What have you done in the past to get ahead? Think about your career, your relationships, your community, or your church. What jumps off the page? And if nothing does, maybe you got a little lucky because your responsibilities were different than now. Really give yourself permission to notice what you did or didn't do. Maybe you weren't even married. That in itself is challenging. If you want to break free from the norm, elevate your day-to-day so you can impact the world that you touch, you must build that invisible routine. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build your invisible routine! This is all about what you need to do that no one else will see. And believe it or not, that usually is more than what we think. How do you build that invisible routine, the one that fuels massive progress quietly but relentlessly? Here are three moves that matter: 1. Own Your First Hour and Last Hour How you start and end your day sets the tone for every minute in between. Get ruthless with distractions and make your first waking hour a ritual of focused progress. It could be writing, planning, reading, or exercising—whatever pushes your goals forward. Same for the last hour: use it to wrap up what counts, reflect, and prepare mentally for the next day. This bookends your day with intentional action that compounds over time. 2. Block Time for "Small" Wins Massive breakthroughs often come from a thousand small wins. Set aside 15–30 minutes twice a day for no-fluff focus on micro-tasks that build your foundation. Could be refining your pitch, learning a skill, or answering the hard questions about your strategy. These whisper moments aren't flashy but when they pile up, they create a tidal wave of progress that outpaces anyone waiting for inspiration or motivation. 3. Build a No-Excuses Environment It's easy to do when the coast is clear. The real test is when life gets noisy. Build systems that force you into your whisper-time, whether it's setting alarms, clearing your workspace, or block-scheduling days with no distractions. Guard these periods fiercely—no phone scrolling, no meetings, no social distractions. Your future self depends on your uncompromising self-discipline to protect this sacred time. REAL LIFE APPLICATION: Joao Fonseca defeated Novak Djokovic at the French Open a few days ago, stopping Djokovic's run for his 25th Grand Slam in the 3rd Round. What Fonseca needed to do during this match did not happen in front of everyone. He had to pay his dues behind the scenes, so when opportunity arose, he was ready to strike. Reaching your dream does not come from empty wishes or hopeful thoughts. It requires quiet work to create loud success with greater impact. THOUGHTS: Everyone wants overnight success, but what happens in the unseen hours determines whether you get there or not. The late nights, early mornings, and quiet choices when no one is checking in are the real engines of achievement. You can talk a big game publicly and still get stuck standing still. Or you can do the hard, silent work that no one yells about—and end up miles ahead. You've got the chance to choose which story you tell. Will it be one of empty promises or one of consistent, unglamorous action that leads to undeniable success? Start with the silent routines—the ones you build away from the spotlight—and watch how far they take you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday#CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1224079 Walk in the OverflowIn a world obsessed with control, hustle, and having all the answers, it's easy to feel drained, inadequate, or endlessly chasing something just out of reach. Everywhere you turn, the message screams: "You must figure it out. You have to have a plan. You need to produce or you'll be left behind." But if you're tired of spinning your wheels, worn out by pressure, and desperate for a life that isn't fueled by stress and striving, there's a deeper invitation waiting for you. It's an invitation to walk in the overflow that only God can provide. John 15:5 (NIV): "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It highlights how our life, joy, and strength flow directly from Jesus—the true vine—to us as branches, sustaining and producing fruit when we remain connected to Him. And if we stay connected to Him, that's when we are walking in the overflow. It all comes down to what God provides, not what we think we can do ourselves. What Does Only God Provide? Peace that surpasses understanding – Philippians 4:6-7 tells us: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." When the world demands certainty and solutions, only God grants a peace that holds you steady even when your circumstances don't make sense. Strength for the weary – Isaiah 40:29-31 promises: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength." The overflow God provides is not about your hustle or grit. It's the supernatural ability to keep going when human energy fails. Joy in the journey – Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us: "The joy of the LORD is your strength." When overwhelm threatens to steal your joy, God's overflow returns it to you, so you face life not as a burden but as a dance—even in hard seasons. Wisdom beyond your own – James 1:5 invites: "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." No need to fake knowing it all. God's overflow includes insight and direction exactly when you need it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Walk in the overflow! When you walk in the overflow, you are letting go and letting God. It's tempting to try to manufacture answers, fix every flaw, and wrestle control back whenever uncertainty hits. But spiritual overflow isn't something you can hustle for or fake. It's a release—a yielding to God's capacity to fill the gaps where you fall short. The overflow happens when you stop striving to be enough on your own and step into the abundance that Jesus offers freely. Invite God's love and grace to drown out the noise of doubt and fear. You don't have to hold it all together. You can lean in and say: "I don't have all the answers, but I trust the One who holds my tomorrow." Real overflow means showing up with your messy doubts and questions, yet still walking forward. It means your value, strength, and hope don't come from your performance but from grace. So if you're tired of chasing, worn down by expectation, or feeling small in a big world, breathe this in: You can walk in the overflow that only God can provide. You don't have to have every answer. You don't have to know how it all works out. You just have to ask, receive, and walk forward—filled up and overflowing. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1234078 The Reality of Exhaustion in MarriageMarriage is no walk in the park or a gentle stroll. It can become a constant grind that can wear you down until you're barely holding on. Maybe you've experienced moments when you look at your spouse and wonder: How do I keep showing up for them when I feel completely tapped out? When life's demands have drained your energy and the reality of exhaustion in marriage has struck, how do you find that next gear to love better and support deeper? Between work pressures, household responsibilities, parenting, managing bills, and trying to maintain some semblance of personal sanity, marriage can get buried under the weight of constant "have-tos." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The irony is, in those very moments when our spouse may need us most, we're worn down just as much—sometimes more. When exhaustion sets in, it's easy to slip into frustration or withdrawal rather than connection. One spouse struggling can quickly ripple into tension: missed expectations, misunderstandings, irritability, or feeling invisible. Maybe your partner is fighting a health challenge, career setback, or an emotional low. You want to be their rock—but your reservoir feels dry. Real Struggles Couples Face When One is Struggling Emotional Distance: When one partner is overwhelmed, honest communication falters, replaced by guarded words or silence. Role Overload: The non-struggling spouse may feel forced to carry extra weight without complaint, breeding resentment. Loneliness in Togetherness: Both partners can feel isolated—one in their struggle, the other in their exhaustion. Conflicted Loyalties: You want to give support but also crave rest and self-care, leaving you torn. Misaligned Expectations: You need support too, but there's little bandwidth to ask for it. It's a minefield. The question isn't whether you want to help—because you do. It's how do you answer that call when your personal fuel tank is flashing empty? You must find your second gear! The K.I.S.S. ~ Find your second G.E.A.R.! When you're tired and worn out, finding a second gear to support your spouse isn't about your own strength. It's about being smart and having intentional moves that keep your relationship moving forward, even when your energy is low. Here's how to shift into G.E.A.R. and keep showing up for your spouse without burning yourself out. G – Give Micro-Moments You don't need to plan a big dinner or deep heart-to-heart to make a real impact. Small, consistent moments add up. A quick text saying "I'm thinking of you," a brief touch on their arm, or sharing a quiet cup of coffee together can remind your spouse that you see them. These tiny acts break through fatigue and frustration—they say, "I'm here, even when it's hard." When your tank feels empty, these little sparks of connection make all the difference. E – Establish Boundaries Supporting your spouse doesn't mean losing yourself. If anything, it means the opposite. When you're drained, it's critical to be honest about what you can give, not what you think you should. Setting clear boundaries protects both your energy and your relationship. Saying "I need a 10-minute break" or "I can't take on that extra task today" isn't weakness; it's smart care. Boundaries guard your capacity to keep showing up consistently, not sporadically. A – Ask for Help Here's a truth many miss: You don't have to go it alone. Trying to carry every burden yourself only deepens exhaustion and frustration. Reach out to trusted friends, family, or professionals who can step in. It might feel vulnerable or uncomfortable at first, but asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. Bringing others into your circle doesn't dilute your support—it amplifies it. Delegating what you can frees you up to be more present where it truly counts. R – Rest and Recharge You've heard it a million times because it's true—rest isn't optional. But it's easy to dismiss when life feels like a list that won't end. Prioritize real rest and downtime that truly refreshes you. This doesn't mean just collapsing on the couch or scrolling your phone. It means carving out time to reset physically, mentally, and emotionally. Take a walk, meditate, or simply breathe deeply for a few moments. When you fill your tank with intentional rest, you'll find the energy you need to love fiercely, even in the toughest season. When marriage gets exhausting, shifting into G.E.A.R. helps you move forward with purpose. It's not about perfection, but persistence—a daily choice to show up in whatever way you can, trusting that even small efforts matter. Remember, you're not just tyring to get through the day on your own terms—you're fighting for the love you promised, one thoughtful gear shift at a time. "Be present. Be incredible. - 1244077 Shift to a No-Schedule ScheduleSummer breaks the school-year routine, tossing schedules and expectations out the window. But if your family is used to clocks, calendars, and carefully mapped days, the shift to a "no-schedule schedule" can feel like chaos. How do you keep your kids grounded and growing when structure seems to vanish? The answer: adaptability. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Adaptability isn't about getting rid of all boundaries. It's about bending them without breaking. It's trust in the unknown and confidence to keep moving forward. This summer, let go of the need to control every moment. Instead, become your family's adaptability coach — nurturing kids who flow with life's changes rather than freeze. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create a schedule-free summer! Teaching your kids to adapt isn't just about surviving summer. It's building a skill they'll use for a lifetime. Here are 3 powerful ways parents can instill adaptability in their children, even in a schedule-free summer landscape. 1. Model Flexibility Yourself Kids watch how you respond when plans change or things fall apart. Instead of frustration or rigidity, show calm acceptance. When you hit a hiccup — like a sudden rain that cancels your park trip — narrate: "Looks like rain changed our plans. That's okay, we'll find something fun indoors instead." Your mindset becomes their playbook. They learn that plans aren't rigid rules but flexible guides that can shift without panic. 2. Create "Anchor Activities" with Loosely Defined Rules Even without strict timing, children benefit from predictable touchstones. Create daily "anchor activities" — like morning creativity time, afternoon reading nook, or evening family walk — that happen without a clock. You're not enforcing a strict timeline. Instead, you're offering a familiar rhythm that adjusts based on the day's flow. This balance of freedom and structure trains kids to flow with change while feeling secure enough to embrace it. 3. Encourage Problem Solving and Choice-Making No schedule means lots of open decisions. Instead of defaulting to decisions for your kids, ask open-ended questions: "What sounds fun right now?" "What could we do if we can't go outside?" Give your kids safe space to weigh options, explore creative solutions, and decide the next step. This builds confidence to face uncertain situations later in life — from tough school transitions to unpredictable career paths to relationships. Your no-schedule schedule might just be your best "lesson plan" yet. "Be present. Be incredible. - 1254076 SimplicityWho would have thought that a single word could stop you dead in your tracks and force you to rethink your next move? Simplicity. It's deceptively powerful—quiet, yet capable of cutting through the noise and chaos that clutter your mind and your day. What you choose to focus on sets the tone for everything that follows. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Feeling overwhelmed or stuck isn't always about external circumstances; often, it's a mindset issue. But here's the catch: it's also about stripping everything down to what's truly essential, to what's easiest to manage, to what actually moves the needle. The K.I.S.S. ~ Simplicity! Imagine what life would feel like if you didn't carry the weight of endless to-dos, extra responsibilities piled high, and a constant barrage of "more" pulling you under. What if, instead, you gave yourself permission to pause? To say no to the stuff that drains energy and yes to the opportunities that breathe life into your soul. You don't need to do everything. You don't have to be everything. Fulfillment doesn't come from stuffing your plate until it's overflowing. It comes from creating space—space to think, to breathe, to let your best work and your true self shine through. Let your hair down. Lighten the load. Give yourself room to breathe and watch how clarity appears. When you simplify, you give breath to what comes next—and that's where real progress lives. "Be present. Be incredible. - 1264075 Come Back to What You KnowWe live in a world that glorifies doing—doing more, faster, better. Yet, when the day ends and the lights dim, many of us lie awake, restless, replaying the endless to-do lists that never seem to shrink. Busyness has a strange way of filling hours while emptying our hearts. The good news? You don't need to keep running. It's time to come back to what you know. Why does life have to feel so complicated? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Truth is, life isn't as tangled as we make it seem. We pile on expectations, swirl in comparison, and drown in fear of missing out or falling behind. But beneath the chaos and confusion, there's a quiet voice—the voice of clarity you've carried all along. It knows exactly what to do. I recently found myself stuck in the middle of a mess with my house and the oak tree incident. But in that moment, where I gave myself permission to feel all the feelings and experience my ups and downs, I realized that I knew what needed to happen. Yes, there are a ton of things, but it's just like anything else. You do it one step at a time. But minutes and hours before that, I was caught in my own web of destruction. Doubt was creeping in, while discouragement led the way with vigor. How am I going to get myself out of this mess? Then it hit me: I already knew. The key was to come back to what I know and take it one step at a time. The K.I.S.S. ~ Come back to what you know! If you're stuck in a similar messy drift of doubt or discouragement, here are three powerful moves that will ground you and give you direction without drowning you in overwhelm: Name the Feelings Without Judgment Stop running from frustration, discouragement, or self-doubt. Give yourself permission to feel those emotions fully. Naming them shrinks their power and clears mental space. Instead of fighting the resistance, acknowledge it: "I'm overwhelmed and unsure right now." That simple act breaks the vicious cycle. It's the starting line of your comeback. Break Your Next Steps Into Tiny Chunks When the to-do list feels like a nightmare, it's a sign that you're looking at it all at once—your brain's worst enemy for focus. Strip your tasks down to the smallest possible steps. Instead of "fix the house," pick one thing like "call a tree removal service" or "clear the living room floor." Celebrate those small wins. Momentum starts with a single step, not a giant leap. Return to Your Core Strengths and Past Wins What have you tackled successfully before? What skills or mindset helped you then? Remind yourself that you have faced challenges and found a way through before. You carry the tools, wisdom, and grit needed right now. Grounding yourself in your own history builds confident forward motion, without the noise of fear. Let go of what if, and look at what now! Nothing about getting unstuck requires reinventing yourself. You're not starting from scratch—you're coming back home to what you already know, stripped of the noise and distraction. It's that simple. It's that real. So, when your mind races and your body aches from busyness, pause. Breathe. Come back to what you know. Step by step, feeling by feeling, you'll find your way out of the mess and into the momentum you've been craving. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1274074 Go With Your GutWe all know that moment when a decision looms, and your mind starts racing with pros, cons, doubts, and second-guessing. Maybe you want permission or confirmation from the outside world. You seek signs, advice, or validation to justify what, deep down, you already know you should do. If this sounds familiar, then stop fumbling and go with your gut. There's something real and raw in that gut feeling. Some call it a divining rod, others name it the Holy Spirit, intuition, or inner compass. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com No matter the label, that "gut" is a source of wisdom sharper than any spreadsheet or endless research. Look back at your own history. Remember the times you had that gut sense about something — relationships, jobs, moves, or risks. Now more often than not, that instinct was right, regardless of whether you acted on it. Your gut isn't some whimsical guess. It's the sum total of your experience, values, and yes, something deeper — a silent voice guiding you, God Himself. The K.I.S.S. ~ Go with your gut! Lean into what you believe God has laid out for you. This isn't about reckless leaps but about trusting the divine design He built for you, a plan that won't steer you wrong. That said, going with your gut doesn't guarantee that the road ahead will be easy or smooth. In fact, it might mean doubling down, doing the hard work, and pushing through resistance. But here's where courage kicks in: you're worth the effort. What's placed in your heart, what's nudging in your gut — it won't betray you. Be alert to the subtle signs, the God winks life throws your way — little confirmations, unexpected doors opening, unexpected peace in chaos. These moments are your map, affirming your direction. In the end, no one else can make the call for you. Your gut is your truth teller. When you tune in, decide boldly, and take A.I.M. — action ignites motivation. - 1284073 It's Supposed To Be HardWe live in a culture that often sells the idea of easy success—work smart, check the boxes, and life will flow effortlessly. But let's be real: that's not how it works. Life is hard. It's supposed to be hard. If it weren't, everyone would be living your exact life. Think about the people you admire. The master craftsman, the devoted mother, the volunteer who gives with heart. You, for goodness sake! Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What if their roles were easy? Would everyone rise to that level of dedication? Absolutely not. The difficulty of these roles is exactly why so few rise to greatness in them. Take a writer or an actor for example. The glittering spotlight covers countless hours of grinding, rejection letters, auditions that go nowhere, self-doubt, and starting over again and again. If becoming excellent were easy, the world would be flooded with best-selling authors and award-winning actors. It's not—so they aren't. Over the weekend, I caught some of the French Open and watched American tennis player Taylor Fritz compete. Fritz is ranked #7 but is battling knee tendinitis and recent heartbreak from a breakup with his long-term girlfriend. I'm not sharing gossip—this is a reminder that no matter how talented, how far you climb, the road doesn't get easier. Fritz fights through his struggles every point. If playing at that level were easy, everyone would be doing it. Look at Novak Djokovic. He lost the first set in his Round 1 match and had to fight to win the next three sets to move to Round 2. Tennis isn't easy. And life isn't supposed to be. Hard work, resilience, and grit separate the champions from the crowd. This applies across the board. Why do people keep complaining about how difficult life is? Because they're forgetting this simple truth: difficulty is the price of entry. On Memorial Day, we remember soldiers who chose a path of sacrifice and courage. It was not an easy path; if it were, everyone would have chosen it. But they didn't. They chose grit, commitment, and the willingness to face hardship when others would not; they took a stand, willing to sacrifice for the freedoms they believed in and the ones we are blessed with today. QUESTION: Knowing it's supposed to be hard, how do you go after your dream anyway? You gotta have the willing heart. The K.I.S.S. ~ Serve with a willing heart! Three things to keep your momentum when the going gets tough: Own the Struggle Accept difficulty as a given, not a detour. When challenges come, remind yourself this is part of the process, not a personal failure. Resistance confirms you're growing. Break It Down When the mountain looks too high, break your goals into actionable, bite-sized steps. Progress is progress—celebrate each small victory as proof you're moving forward. Lean on Purpose When pain and doubt creep in, reconnect with your why. What's the core reason that pushes you, even when it hurts? Purpose is fuel that powers you through the hardest miles. An eagle doesn't try to avoid the storm by fleeing—it faces it head-on. When a storm is approaching and it's flying, the eagle actually soars higher, riding the powerful updrafts and winds that storms bring. Instead of fighting the turbulence, it uses the storm's energy to lift itself above the clouds, gaining altitude and a broader perspective. This is nature's bold lesson: when tough times come, meet them with strength and strategy. Don't run from the storm—rise with it. Remember: if your journey was easy, everyone would be on it. It's supposed to be hard because that's what makes it yours—and that's what makes it worth fighting for. "Be present. Be incredible. - 1294072 Walk in the Light of Your PresencePsalm 89:15 declares, "Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, Lord." At first glance, it sounds like a simple promise: those who praise God and live in His presence are blessed. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But as we break it down, this isn't just about feeling good in church or reciting prayers. This verse is a challenge and a call to a lifestyle. Psalm 89 is attributed to Ethan the Ezrahite, one of the wise men mentioned in the Old Testament (1 Kings 4:31). While many psalms are credited to David, this particular psalm names Ethan as the author. Psalm 89 stands out because it wrestles with a deep tension: it celebrates God's promises in the covenant with King David, then shifts into a heartfelt lament over apparent divine silence or the seeming failure of those promises. Even amid questioning, lament, and uncertainty, the psalmist calls us back to praise and trust in God's presence. The blessing comes not when life is perfect, but when we intentionally choose to walk in His light, God's light, despite the storm. Learning to Acclaim God "Learned to acclaim" implies growth, discipline, and intention. It's not an accidental shout of joy; it's a deliberate daily practice to recognize God's worth. We don't just start cheering for God, expecting things to magically turn out better. Instead, we train ourselves to see His hand in the mundane and the monumental. This acclaim grows from knowing who God is—the unchanging, powerful, loving Lord who deserves our full attention. Walking in the Light of His Presence To "walk in the light of your presence" means more than a casual awareness. It means orienting our lives toward God's ever-present reality. This light isn't just illumination; it's life-giving clarity, protection, and guidance. Walking in this light means choosing, moment by moment, to live in alignment with God's presence rather than in the shadows of distraction, doubt, or worldly noise. The K.I.S.S. ~ Walk in the light of Your presence, Lord! Now, if we aren't careful, the hardest part is that we often lose sight of God's presence. Why? Because the world competes for our attention constantly—social media updates, news alerts, demands from people around us. We get consumed by the presence of others and the noise they make. No amount of scrolling, comparing, or reacting can fill the space that only God's presence can satisfy. No one deserves our focus more than Jesus Christ, risen and active in our lives. He is the light we are called to walk in—the unshakable source of peace amid chaos. So, where do you find God in your every day? Start Intentional Acclaim: Begin your day by intentionally praising God. Make a joyful noise! It could be a short prayer, a worship song, or even a moment of gratitude. This sets your heart to recognize and rejoice in God's presence. Anchor Your Attention: Notice when your mind drifts to distractions. Gently bring it back to God—whether that's through scripture, a quick prayer, or a reminder phrase like, "Lord, I want to walk in Your presence." Practice Presence Before Productivity: Our culture pushes constant doing, but walking in God's light means prioritizing being with Him before doing for Him. Prayer as a Compass: Make the prayer, "Lord, may I walk in the light of Your presence," your daily compass to re-center yourself. The Bottom Line Psalm 89:15 is a call to live a disciplined, focused life where God is your center, your light, and your joy—no matter what crowds, screens, or scenes try to pull you away. Blessed isn't a feeling here; it's the state of those who have learned to acclaim God and live fully in His light. If your heart feels scattered or your prayer life dry, remember this verse. May your prayer always be, "Lord, may I walk in the light of Your presence." When you do, you walk blessed—fully alive in the grace and power of your risen Lord and Savior. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1304071 Avoidance and Aggression are Easy TrapsMarriage isn't about sweeping the tough stuff under the rug or launching into battle every time conflict hits. It hinges on something far tougher and far rarer—reflection. Avoidance and aggression are easy traps, but neither leads to growth or connection. Let's be real. Life is messy. Hard days come; hard moments happen. The question isn't how fast you move past them, but how deeply you understand them. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com In marriage, moving on too quickly without unpacking what just happened is like trying to cross a river without checking if the bridge holds. You might land on shaky ground—and build walls you didn't realize were there. Picture these walls as Lego bricks—each one a barrier made of hurt, disappointment, or silence. Maybe you've built walls because you felt attacked, or maybe you built them because you chose avoidance as the "peaceful" route. Neither is working. Avoidance piles on just as much as aggression. Behind every "I'm not going to deal with this" is a denial of opportunity—for insight, for connection, for healing. DEEP THOUGHTS: Marriage asks you to be one person and yet somehow become a team. Sounds contradictory? It doesn't have to be. You're already who you are. Becoming a team doesn't mean losing yourself—it means being who you were meant to be, with your spouse pushing you to grow, not tearing you down. It's a mutual journey toward better versions of yourselves through honest, sometimes uncomfortable conversations. Now, what happens if all you do is avoid or attack? You don't get a marriage; you get a series of barricades. What kind of partnership can stand on shaky walls crafted from silence or blame? Spoiler alert: it cracks. So if you want a foundation that can withstand any storms, you've gotta bust the walls down. The K.I.S.S. ~ Bust the walls down! And that comes from reflection and understanding, not avoidance and aggression. So how do you stop stacking Legos and start dismantling walls? How do you take the difficult moments and turn them into breakthroughs for your marriage? Here are three game-changers every spouse can start doing right now: Be present without judgment. Drop the urge to jump in with fixes or defenses. Listen to understand—not to respond or react. When your partner feels truly seen and heard, you create a space for vulnerability that's essential for trust and healing. Ask clarifying questions and restate what you heard. This isn't about interrogation—it's about connection. Confirming what you heard reduces assumptions and shows your partner you're engaged and care enough to get it right. Because if they don't get it, you get to repeat it. And if you didn't get it, they get to repeat it. Respond with empathy and a shared goal. Acknowledge the hurt without minimizing it. Share your feelings too, not as attacks but as honest insights. Then focus on moving forward together—because marriage isn't a solo climb; it's a tandem trek. Reflection means facing discomfort. It's easier to avoid or lash out, but neither builds a foundation. If you want a marriage that lasts, one that grows through hard moments rather than collapses under them, make reflection your habit. Walls made from avoidance or aggression keep you apart. Reflection—real listening, real empathy, real teamwork—pulls you closer. That's the difference between a house of bricks and a home of love. So what will you build today? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1314070 What You Tolerate ThrivesParenthood is relentless. Between work, errands, and the endless to-do list, it often feels easier to let certain behaviors slide. You're tired. You're overwhelmed. You tell yourself, "I'll deal with this later," or "It's not worth the fight right now." But here's the truth no one speaks about: what you tolerate thrives. If you let a frustrating behavior go unchecked today, it won't disappear—it will grow. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Giving in to convenience is setting both your child and yourself up for bigger challenges down the road. As a parent, it's tempting to lean into the easy, but real leadership requires the hard work—the firm boundaries and the consistent follow-through that shape your child's future. QUESTION: How do you currently handle the situations where your child is acting out or not doing something they were asked to do? And honestly, most of us don't take half a minute to think about what we are doing. We just do it! But that's where it becomes a bigger problem in how we are raising our children. Let's assume your child has some behaviors you would like changed. What do you do? If you want to stop tolerating behaviors that don't serve your family, you must intentionally address them now. The K.I.S.S. ~ Intentionally think about how you discipline! The good news? You don't have to overhaul your whole parenting style overnight. Here are three powerful steps to take control without losing your mind: 1. Identify and Name the Behavior You Won't Tolerate Clarity is everything. Pinpoint exactly what behavior is problematic. Maybe it's constant arguing at bedtime, refusing to do chores, or disrespect during mealtime. Say it out loud: "I won't ignore yelling," or "Refusing to clean up toys is not okay." Naming it gives you a non-negotiable to work from, rather than vague frustration. 2. Set Clear, Consistent Boundaries Once you know what you're not tolerating, communicate your expectations calmly and clearly. Let your child know the behavior limits and the consequences for crossing them. Consistency is your secret weapon here; wavering only teaches children that boundaries are suggestions, not rules. 3. Follow Through Every Time This is the hardest but most crucial step. To stop tolerating something means acting on it—whether it's enforcing a timeout, withholding a privilege, or just standing firm amid protests. If you fail to follow through just once, the behavior will take that as an opening. You prove your boundaries by sticking to them, even when you're tired, busy, or distracted. How To Apply This In Everyday Chaos Parenting doesn't pause for the messy reality of life—dinner is cooking, dishes pile up, the dog needs a walk, plus the clock is ticking. How do you hold your ground without losing your sanity? It's about weaving these steps into daily routines: During dinner, don't let mealtime chaos slide. If your child refuses to help clear the table or throws a fit about eating veggies, remind them of the expectation: everyone pitches in or dinner ends sooner than they want. Follow through immediately and calmly. When the dog is barking constantly or is ignored, if your child reacts by yelling or withdrawing, set a boundary around respectful behavior toward pets and others in the home. Consistency here teaches empathy and respect, even amid distractions. While doing chores, make teamwork non-negotiable. Say, "I'm handling dishes if you handle the trash." When the task falls on you because of a child's refusal, calmly remind them of their responsibility next time before it escalates. In the end, parenting is about choosing the harder, but higher-value path. If you tolerate behavior because of your low energy or limited time, you're enabling that behavior to grow—and setting up more work tomorrow. What you tolerate thrives. So stop letting tiredness dictate your boundaries. Put your foot down. Follow through. Reinforce what matters—even in the middle of the dinner, dishes, and dogs. You have what it takes to lead your family, even on the hard days. Choose what matters. Because what you tolerate isn't just surviving—it's thriving. Make sure it's the right thing that thrives. - 1334068 Hand Over the Hard ThingsHow many of your days slip by, weighed down by the burden of trying to do it all alone? You try to do more, be more, fix more. You push your own limits until your energy is spent carrying everyone else's load. But life isn't meant for you to be the hero in every story, every single day. The endless expectations, the silent assumptions, and the mounting to-do lists can bury you faster than you can breathe. So why not hand over the hard things? THOUGHTS: What if, instead of tightening your grip, you made a deliberate choice to hand over the hard things? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Not in surrender. Not in defeat. But in a bold, clear-eyed decision to look up. Life's challenges—let's call it life's CRAP (challenges, rejections, adversities, problems)—have a sneaky way of pulling us into isolation. They make us feel abandoned, alone, afraid, not enough, or even left behind. TRUTH: If you spend your life leading from behind, you'll miss what's right in front of you. Stop overwhelming yourself. Stop overdoing it. Stop overplaying the days. Hand over the hard things! The K.I.S.S. ~ Hand over the hard things! You get to decide how you show up in your everyday. You get to say NO or YES to what matters in your everyday. You get to hand over the hard things. So, what exactly does it mean to hand over the hard things—especially to God? And how do you do it without losing control or giving up? Here are three practical moves to start with: Name It Out Loud Stop hiding the hard things in your mind's dark corners. Speak them clearly—in prayer, in journaling, or to someone you trust. When you name the struggle, you take the first step in handing it over. You're not just sharing your burden; you're inviting God into the mess you can't solve alone. "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." —Psalm 55:22 Speaking your struggles out loud is like casting your burden onto God's shoulders. He promises to carry it—not abandon you. Choose to Trust, Not Ignore Handing over the hard things isn't about pretending they don't exist. It's about trusting that there is a plan, even when the path looks unclear. When anxiety spikes or doubts creep in, remind yourself: you don't have to carry this alone. Trust that God is ready and willing to do life with you—every day, no exceptions. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." —Proverbs 3:5 Trust isn't a passive hope. It's an active decision to relinquish control and rely on God's wisdom, even when the path isn't clear. Act in Small Steps of Faith Letting go doesn't mean freezing or running away. It means taking one deliberate action in faith. It could be setting a boundary, asking for help, or simply pausing to breathe and pray. These small acts are powerful. They're the practical ways you hand over the hard things without losing your grip on what matters. "For we walk by faith, not by sight." —2 Corinthians 5:7 Handing over hard things includes stepping forward with faith, even when you can't see the whole road ahead. Small steps rooted in trust change everything. Here's the bottom line: your journey is not meant to be a solo act. God doesn't want you to live life carrying the weight by yourself. He wants to dance with you every day as a duet, to walk with you through every challenge, every doubt, and every hard day. So, what hard things are you holding onto today? What can you realistically let go of right now? Maybe it's the need to control the outcome, the pressure to have all the answers, or the belief that you have to prove your worth every moment. Handing over the hard things isn't weakness—it's wisdom. It's courage in motion. Look up. Reach out. Let God carry what you can't. You don't have to go it alone. It's time for your duet! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1344067 Choose Response Over ReactionCaught in the middle of stress, most of us default to managing what's wrong—what's lacking. Deadlines pile up, relationships strain, plans wobble, and suddenly, something breaks. Instinctively, we react. We snap, we judge, we retreat, or we lash out. Reacting feels fast, even necessary; it's the path of least resistance when pressure mounts. But the better path is to choose response over reaction. Because reacting won't get you where you want to go. Reacting keeps you stuck in the same loop, spinning your wheels on what's failing, what's missing, what's falling short. It's a band-aid, never a solution. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What if the real power lies in responding—not reacting? But not just any response. A response that stems not from fear, deficiency, or shortage, but from a clear, unwavering focus on what you're pursuing. That's the shift no one talks about enough. Reacting is about what you lack. Responding is about what you want. Reaction lets stress control you. It narrows your vision to the crisis at hand, igniting survival mode. That's why the easiest thing to do is react—it's instantaneous, raw, emotional. You fire off an angry email. You cancel plans. You scroll endlessly to numb out. You blame. But responding? Responding makes you the gatekeeper of your own mind. It means you catch that instinct, pause, and ask: "What's my next best move toward my goal? What aligns with the life I want—not the chaos I'm in?" The game-changer: When you respond from what you're pursuing—your mission, your clear outcome—you put yourself back in the driver's seat. You stop losing control to fleeting feelings and immediate frustration. You act from strength, not weakness. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose response over reaction! Why is this so critical in your life? You protect your energy. Reacting is an energy drain that usually feeds the problem. Responding saves your fuel for the long haul. You build respect—for yourself and others. People notice when you manage yourself with intention, when you choose calm over chaos. You stay solution-oriented. Reacting fixes nothing. Responding finds the path forward even in uncertainty. QUESTION: What am I really chasing beneath this pressure? Recognition? Freedom? More time? When you zero in on that prize, it changes everything about how you handle setbacks. Simply put, when you respond to life's curveballs by focusing on what you want, you rise above circumstance. You stop being pulled under by stress and start pulling stress into your bigger vision. If you're honest, reacting is a habit that's cost you opportunities and clarity. It's time to flip the script—not because the chaos will disappear, but because your way out depends on what you're pursuing, not what you're lacking. You're not here to survive the storm. You're here to steer through it with purpose. Respond from that place. Control what you have inside. Keep your eyes on your goal. And then, watch as everything else falls into place as you create your now. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1354066 The Power of EnoughThe world has a relentless way of convincing us there's never enough—never enough success, status, money, or recognition. The narrative is clear: climb to the top at all costs, outpace everyone else, even if it means sacrificing who you are. Cut corners. Hustle harder. Get there faster. The power of enough doesn't come from your achievements, goals, and to-do lists. But here's the truth nobody likes to ask: When you finally get there, will it really be enough? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What if the real power isn't in what you attain, but in who you are and who you are becoming along the way? How have you been living your life? Are you constantly striving to beat out the competition? Maybe you're steamrolling others, chasing elusive status, or trying to go viral by doing all the things the world says you need to do just to be seen. It's exhausting—and it's soul-crushing. QUESTION: Are you a human being or a human doing? The Power of Enough is not about piling more on your plate. It's about recognizing when you have what you need and grounding your identity in something deeper than worldly approval. When you embrace enough, you stop chasing hollow achievements and start living with purpose, peace, and genuine influence and impact. You don't have to be exhausted by goals and to-do lists. You don't have to be everything to everybody. You don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to do all the things. But you do get to decide how you live your everyday life, whether through the world's lens or God's. What if you could step into the power of enough? What do you think that would bring to your life? It brings clarity amid chaos. It invites rest in your restless striving. It redefines success from status to significance. The K.I.S.S. ~ Redefine S.T.A. T.U.S.! In the mess of trying to be everything—to influence and impact the world—what really stands out? What if the status you're chasing isn't a title, a follower count, or a paycheck, but something much deeper? Something God-sized. Let's flip the script on S.T.A.T.U.S. using a Kingdom lens—that is, living and leading God's way: 1. S — SERVE with the heart of Jesus "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45) Jesus came not for glory but to serve others—even to the point of sacrifice. Serving means putting others' needs ahead of your own agenda, even when no one's watching or applauding. Example: Imagine a coach who could demand respect and attention but instead spends early mornings helping a struggling athlete get through injuries. Or a small business owner who chooses ethical suppliers instead of cutting corners to boost profits. Life application: Look for ways to serve in your daily sphere without expecting anything in return. Serve your family with patience, your clients with integrity, your community with generosity. When you lead with a servant's heart, you model real influence that doesn't depend on status or titles—because service is status in God's kingdom. 2. T — TRUST in the Lord's plan, not the world's timeline "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6) The world says, "If you're not there yet, you're behind." But God's timing isn't like ours. Trust means patience when your breakthrough seems late, peace when others race ahead, and perseverance when the path is unclear. Example: Picture an entrepreneur who faces multiple rejections yet keeps refining the product because they trust God's timing, not the pressure to go viral overnight. Or a parent who waits faithfully, trusting God with their child's future instead of rushing achievements for social validation. Life application: When you feel the pressure to hustle and stress about not "measuring up," pause and pray. Take a knee instead of saying, "Look at me!" Remind yourself that trusting God means believing He's working behind the scenes—even if you don't see it now. Align your daily actions with faith, not fear. 3. A — ACT with compassion and love "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32) Compassion isn't just feeling sorry for someone. It's empathy in action—the willingness to step into another's shoes and respond with kindness, forgiveness, and heartfelt care, especially when it's hard. Example: Think of a leader who confronts conflict with grace instead of anger, or a friend who listens deeply without judgment when someone shares their struggles. Loving well means holding space for others' brokenness and offering hope. Life application: Practice listening more than talking. When you disagree, choose understanding over winning. Look for opportunities to extend grace to those around you—a colleague having a hard day, a neighbor in need, or even yourself when you stumble. 4. T — THRIVE in God's purpose, not in people's praise "Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4) Too often, we chase applause, likes, and titles. Thriving in God's purpose means aligning your ambition with His calling, finding fulfillment in obedience and meaning rather than hollow external approval. Example: An artist who creates to reflect God's beauty rather than just trending styles. A coach who measures success not in trophies alone but in how many lives were positively impacted. Life application: Reflect regularly on why you're pursuing your goals. Is it for approval or purpose? Choose projects and commitments that align with your values and calling—even if they're less flashy. Your deepest impact grows from authenticity, not popularity. 5. U — UPLIFT those who need encouragement and hope "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." (1 Thessalonians 5:11) We live in a world that can be discouraging and dark. To uplift means to actively bring light—encouraging, inspiring, and reminding others of their worth and potential, especially when they've forgotten it. Example: A manager who mentors an employee struggling to find confidence. A parent who chooses words of affirmation after a child's failure instead of criticism. Life application: Make it your mission to speak life daily—send that message of hope, give genuine compliments, share stories of overcoming. Be the spark that keeps someone else moving forward when they want to quit. 6. S — SEEK your Heavenly Father above all else "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33) At the foundation is seeking God's kingdom first. Prioritizing your relationship with God means drawing strength, wisdom, and purpose directly from Him instead of from fleeting worldly sources. Example: A business owner who starts and ends the day in prayer, seeking guidance on decisions. A community leader who invests time in Scripture and worship to keep perspective grounded. Life application: Build daily rhythms to connect with God—reading scripture, prayer, worship, or quiet reflection. Let this connection fuel everything you do. When God is central, everything else falls into place. The power of enough isn't measured by the world's flashing lights, standing ovations, or completed checklists. It's recognized by your Creator, who knows your heart intimately, who gifts and grows your talents on His timetable, who gives and takes away with wisdom none of us fully understand. God alone knows the life that's truly right for you. That's the essence—the power of enough. So today, what will you choose? Will you lean into the world's endless demands, trying to prove your worth by numbers and noise? Or will you accept that you are already enough in God's eyes? You don't have to earn His love, impress anyone else, or chase every fleeting trend. God's got you. And that simple truth means— You. Are. Enough. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1364065 Big Faith, Big Heart!Faith isn't a fuzzy feeling or wishful thinking. Faith is a bold conviction rooted deep in what we hope for, anchored firmly in what we cannot yet see. But how can big faith, big heart exist without big hope? Without hope, faith crumbles into empty optimism at best or cynical skepticism at worst. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Life has a way of clouding the truth. Trials, doubts, and the noise of this world often drown out the quiet voice of God's promises. If you claim the Bible is the truth, then the real question is this: how do you move from earthly confusion and questions to heavenly clarity and answers? "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." — Hebrews 11:1 The key lies in shifting the object of your confidence. Real faith doesn't rely on what your circumstances say or what your eyes can verify. It doesn't waver when you don't see immediate results or feel immediate comfort. Instead, faith is anchored in whose you are—God Himself. The K.I.S.S. ~ Big faith, big heart! When your hope is fixed on God's character, promises, and unchanging nature, your faith grows. It learns to stand firm not on fleeting feelings or visible proof, but on the eternal, invisible truths of God's Word. This kind of faith pushes past fear, doubt, and disappointment—it boldly says, "I may not see it now, but I trust Him, and that is enough." Big faith demands a big heart willing to trust beyond the visible, to hope beyond the natural, and to believe beyond the plausible. Big faith refuses to settle for less than God's promises and refuses to be obstructed by reality's temporary setbacks. So, if you're wrestling with doubts or stuck in questions, start by anchoring your hope where it belongs—in God. Let your faith be confidence in Him alone, and watch your heart grow bigger than the challenges you face. Because big faith grows straight out of big hope—and that hope is only found in God who sees what we cannot. You don't need to see it all to believe it. You just need to trust whose it all is. God's got you! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1374064 What If The Problem Isn't Your Spouse? When tensions escalate, and all you feel is defensive, it's easy to point fingers rather than look in the mirror. Marriage takes intentional decisions with love at the root of all actions. But what if the problem isn't your spouse? Maybe what's missing or what's blocking your marriage from thriving is something inside of you. Marriage isn't a passive ride. It's an ongoing, intentional commitment that demands honest work, with love as the foundation for every decision and action. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And that means owning your side of the story. That's uncomfortable. It's hard. You might feel like you're already giving all you've got—loving, forgiving, serving—yet things still stumble. But that gap is often where self-reflection becomes a non-negotiable. THOUGHTS: How do you handle tensions in your marriage now? If you truly want a marriage that holds tight through storms—both the ones raging now and the ones yet to come—you have to be willing to do the toughest work there is: looking in the mirror with an unfiltered gaze and asking, "What role am I playing in this story?" The K.I.S.S. ~ What is your role in the story! Your story is being written every day! And you get to choose what character you play and the role you want to excel in. You could be one who chooses to be the jerk in the relationship and push back on everything with the intention of proving you're right. Or you could be the one who chooses to see all sides, takes in the moment, and accepts ownership for the actions and words to come. Marriage is rough and beautiful all at the same time. Smooth the edges with love that flows from a heart healed, not hurt. Three Steps to See Yourself and Shift Your Marriage Own What You Can Control You can't change your spouse's actions or feelings—but you can control your own. Shift your focus from what's "wrong" with them to what's within your power. This means noticing your reactions, your words, and how you show up emotionally. When frustration rises, ask yourself: Are my expectations realistic? Am I communicating clearly? The moment you take ownership here, you reclaim power and open the door to change. Get Curious About Your Blind Spots We all have them—patterns and behaviors we don't see without an honest, sometimes painful, look. Maybe it's your tone when you speak up, how you handle conflicts, or the way you shut down emotionally. Ask for feedback from your spouse, a trusted friend, or a coach. Listen without defending. That feedback might sting, but it's the kindling for growth and connection. Seeing yourself clearly is the antidote to repeating the same fight over and over. Commit to Consistent Self-Improvement Change isn't a one-time fix; it's a daily commitment. Identify one behavior or mindset that's sabotaging your peace. Then replace it—not just once, but repeatedly until it becomes your new normal. This could mean practicing patience, choosing forgiveness over resentment, or saying "thank you" aloud daily. Small, persistent shifts ripple out into huge transformations for your marriage. Here's the truth nobody else will say: Your marriage is your job. Not 50/50, but 100% ownership of your role in it—no excuses, no deflections. When you lean into that responsibility, you become part of the solution, even if your spouse isn't yet ready to do the same. Your marriage deserves this fight. It's worth every ounce of energy to craft a relationship rooted in connection, respect, and real, true love. Start with you—because the strongest marriages start from the inside out. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1384063 Opening Doors for What Comes NextRaising incredible children means more than just meeting today's needs—it's about paving a path and opening doors for what comes next. When you consistently blend unconditional love sprinkled with discipline and resilience, you're not just shaping behavior; you're cultivating purpose. Think about it: You're opening doors for your child to step confidently into every season of life ahead. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Imagine your child living fully as the person God created them to be. This vision doesn't just happen. It requires your creativity, persistence, and the ability to adapt. Parenting isn't a rigid formula you apply once and forget. It demands distinctiveness—a tailored approach that fits your child's unique temperament and evolving needs. Life will always ebb and flow, and with every shift, new opportunities emerge. Your role is to stretch your child so they are ready for these moments, equipped and eager. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stretch your child! If you don't do it, who will? You have to be willing to see what's good for your child's sake, because they likely won't be mature enough to see it for themselves. So, how do you stretch your child and prepare them to walk through these open doors? Here are three essential actions every parent can take: Nurture Confidence Through Challenge Confidence doesn't come from comfort zones. It develops when your child faces obstacles—and learns to overcome them. Give them age-appropriate challenges that require effort, problem-solving, and persistence. When they stumble, help them see mistakes as stepping stones, not dead ends. The lesson: resilience is built by facing adversity head-on, not by avoiding it. Cultivate Core Values That Stick In the shifting tides of culture and peer pressure, values are your child's compass. Instill a clear sense of integrity, kindness, and responsibility early on. Model these daily. Teaching values isn't about lecturing; it's about living them and having honest conversations about why they matter. When challenges arise, those anchored by strong values can make decisions that keep their path open, rather than closed. Encourage Curiosity and Adaptability The world your child will inherit is full of surprises. Encouraging curiosity helps them remain open to new ideas and experiences. Adaptability lets them pivot when circumstances change. Support their interests, even when they shift. Show that flexibility isn't a weakness—it's a strength. When your child learns to embrace change rather than fear it, no door will ever feel truly closed. In the end, opening doors for what comes next isn't about control—it's about preparation. It's about guiding your child with a steady hand, a brave heart, and eyes fixed on their potential. Each act of love, discipline, and faith you pour in today builds the confidence, values, and curiosity that will keep doors wide open for their future. You're not just raising a child—you're preparing a life ready to step boldly into all that lies ahead. "Be present. Be incredible. - 1394062 Impossible No MoreRarely does life follow the script we write in our heads. Plans derail, obstacles pop up, and sometimes it feels like someone or something is playing a twisted joke just to test how much you can take. But here's the thing: you're letting the challenges tell a story that isn't true. Impossible is just a word, not a fact. Impossible no more. Most days, things won't go the way you planned—and that's exactly where the opportunity lives. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You want to talk blessings? They don't come wrapped in neat, predictable packages. They show up disguised as detours, failures, and "not today" moments. Every setback is a setup in disguise—a chance for you to redirect, rethink, and rally harder than before. If you're waiting for life to hand you the perfect moment, spoiler alert: it won't. Perfect moments happen when someone decides enough is enough. When someone says, "I refuse to quit—no matter how hard it gets." That someone is you. And that's why impossible is obsolete. You've got a fire inside that refuses to quit—even on the days it flickers low. That fire is your proof that you're built for this. You're not here to fold under pressure but to press on until the impossible feels like yesterday's news. The K.I.S.S. ~ Impossible no more! So when life swipes the floor from under you, stand taller. Not someday, not when things get easier—but right now, exactly as you are. Keep pushing, keep fighting, and keep reminding yourself that the impossible has no say here. You're not just surviving. - 1404061 Train Like You Mean ItTake a deep breath. Inhale the new, exhale the old. Don't let what you think you can't do get in the way of what you can do to create your now. Train like you mean it. Most people quit before they even start. The voice in your head whispers limits, fears, and doubts. "You're not strong enough. You don't have enough time. You won't see results." That voice? It's your biggest obstacle. Stop listening. Start doing. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Training—whether it's physical, mental, or emotional—is a commitment. It demands focus, grit, and intention. It isn't a casual pastime you fit in when you "feel like it." Train like you mean it. Own your process every time you show up. Why? Because halfway effort breeds halfway results. Those minor excuses—"I'm too tired today," "I'll start tomorrow"—pile up until your goal feels unreachable. Your biggest competitor isn't someone else. It's you, holding yourself back with weak excuses and half-hearted attempts. You're made for more than excuses. You were built to push boundaries, to break through barriers, and to surprise even yourself with what's possible. So stop selling yourself short. Rise up. Choose discipline over doubt. Choose action over hesitation. When you train like you mean it, every workout, every practice, every step forward becomes a declaration: "I refuse to settle. I am capable. I am here to win." The K.I.S.S. ~ Train like you mean it! Habits forge the future, and your future is shaped by what you do today—not by what you dream about. So get uncomfortable. Increase the weight. Step outside your comfort zone. Meet struggle with force. Your growth starts when you stop playing small. Train like you mean it—when it comes to living the life you're meant to live—is about showing up with fierce intention and zero tolerance for half-measures. Here are three non-negotiable moves to make it happen: Define Your Non-Negotiables and Set Clear Intentions Stop drifting. Get crystal clear on what matters most to you—your values, goals, and the daily habits that will push you forward. When you know exactly what you're training for, distractions lose their power. Write down your priorities and revisit them every morning with purpose. This sharpens your focus and fuels purposeful action. Embrace Consistency Over Motivation Motivation is fickle. You won't always "feel like it" — that's normal. Training like you mean it means committing to the grind even when inspiration dips. Build routines that keep you moving forward no matter what. Accountability tools, scheduled check-ins, or a support system keep you on track. Your future self earns that respect. Lean Into Discomfort and Own Your Growth No growth happens in comfort zones. When fear, doubt, or resistance show up, that's the sign you're doing something worth doing. Push through the discomfort. Experiment with new challenges—even if they intimidate you. Training like you mean it means saying, "I'm here to get stronger, no matter what it takes." Growth is earned in those moments you don't quit. This isn't about perfection—it's about persistence. Some days you'll crush it, some days you'll drag your feet. But if you train like you mean it every day, you'll carve a path to success no one can take away. So, take that deep breath again. Inhale possibility — exhale doubt. Then get to work. Train like you mean it. Because your 'now' is waiting for a you who won't quit. No more excuses. No more limiting beliefs. Only forward motion. Rise up. Show up. Train like you mean it! "Be present. Be incredible. - 1414060 A Little Bit of LoveWe live in a world that often feels like it's spinning too fast, demanding more than we can give, pulling our attention in every direction but inward. It's easy to get stuck reacting to the noise around us, to the pressures and expectations flying at us like relentless waves. But what if the real anchor isn't out there—it's right here, inside you? What if the difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling whole is simply giving yourself a little bit of love? This isn't about knowing everything or having those perfect moments. It's about the quiet practice of compassion toward yourself—the willingness to hold space for who you are right now, with all your flaws and all your scars. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you offer yourself kindness and patience, something essential begins to shift. You stop being your harshest critic and start becoming your own ally. You begin to see that the person you are now and the one you're becoming are not opposing forces but part of the same beautiful, evolving story. Without that focus on self-love, life can feel like a relentless storm. Days blur into an exhausting cycle of "I'm tormenting," "I'm being bombarded," or "I just can't get through the day." When you're caught in that storm, the weight of it can make you lose sight of yourself—your true essence and the direction you're meant to walk. But even in those darkest moments, you don't need a revolutionary change. You just need a little bit of love. The K.I.S.S. ~ A little bit of love! That little bit might mean: Pausing when the world expects you to rush. Speaking to yourself with encouragement instead of judgment. Setting a boundary that protects your energy. Taking a simple moment to breathe deeply without guilt. These small acts of care aren't selfish—they are the foundation for clarifying who you are and where you're headed. When you nurture love for yourself, having compassion for yourself, it creates a ripple effect. Recognize the strengths that have carried you this far. Gain the courage to face challenges without losing yourself in the struggle. Tap into a well of resilience that doesn't depend on external validation but on an honest connection with your own heart. So if today feels heavy or your path feels uncertain, remember this: what you really need is just a little bit of love; a simple choice you can make right now. Give yourself that gift, and honor who you are today and who you are becoming tomorrow. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? - 1424059 Ask the Hard Questions to Get the Honest AnswersLife's noise and distractions are relentless. When you pause, even for a moment, you might notice that your mind is cluttered, not with what truly matters, but with trivial nagging thoughts and surface-level worries. Those persistent little things hammering at your head and heart don't deserve the space. What you really need is to dig deeper and ask the hard questions to get the honest answers. But most people don't want to ask the hard questions because they secretly crave an easy escape. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Think about how you handle your hangups and shortcomings. What keeps stretching and growing you? And if you are one who really has not thought about this at all, no big deal. Start thinking about it today. There are no shortcuts in life. But with preparation and persistence, you can learn what works and what doesn't, making room for who you are becoming. The K.I.S.S. ~ Just ask! If you're ready to face those challenging questions head-on and land on the right answers, just do the following: 1. Get Quiet and Be Honest With Yourself This first step might sound obvious, but it's rare that anyone truly pauses. When was the last time you sat in silence long enough to really hear your thoughts? This is about more than "self-reflection" jargon—it's about creating space so the important questions can breathe. The hard questions don't survive the chaos of scrolling social media or the white noise of constant busyness. Move away from distractions and ask yourself things like: What am I actually avoiding? What truth am I afraid to face right now? If I strip away the noise, what really needs my attention? The honesty part is a non-negotiable. If you lie to yourself—even just a little—you'll never find the real answer. Get quiet. Confront your truths. The clarity you're after is on the other side of brutal honesty. 2. Ask One Hard Question at a Time Your mind is not a cluttered inbox that you can clear by multitasking your way through 50 questions. When you ask too many questions at once, you get overwhelmed—and then you default to easy, surface-level answers just to move on. Prioritize one hard question at a time and focus on it alone. For example: Why am I stuck in this pattern? Who or what is draining my energy? What step do I avoid because it scares me? Don't rush—stay with the question until your gut or head settles into an answer that feels real. This isn't about quick fixes; it's about peeling back layers one at a time. 3. Commit to Action Even If It's Uncomfortable The last piece is where most people fail: they get some answers, but then do nothing because taking real action is hard. If your hard question reveals a limiting belief, your action might be to write it down and say a counter-truth to yourself every morning. If your answer points to a relationship needing boundaries, the action might be a 5-minute conversation. The key here is commitment to small, consistent steps that shift your reality slowly but surely. Remember: The right answers are useless if they stay locked in your head. Action translates clarity into change. Deep Thought The mind's chatter and life's distractions want you locked in trivial loops, but your true power lies in diving deeper. You can learn to ask the hard questions without spiraling into overwhelm or denial. Get quiet and honest, focus on one tough question at a time, and commit to small, real actions daily. No fluff, no easy outs—just clarity and momentum toward the life you want. Ask the questions only you can ask. You'll get the answers only you can own. Now, what's your one hard question today? - 1434058 The Story of Your FamilyWhen you reflect on your life, where does your family fit in the grand story? Is God at the center of your family's narrative by genuine choice, or is His presence more a matter of convenience? The story of your family is not a ledger of right or wrong actions, successes or mistakes. Instead, it's about whose you are—rooted firmly in God's divine connection—and how that shapes the way you show up for each other and for the world around you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Whose Family Are You? The Bible makes it clear that our truest belonging is found in God's family. Romans 8:15 reminds us, "You did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, 'Abba! Father!'" No matter our earthly ties, we are first and foremost God's children. This fact reshapes our understanding of family—not just by blood, but by shared faith and purpose. This divine belonging means that even when family gatherings are messy or relationships are strained, your presence in this story matters more than perfection. The story is about showing up—consistently, lovingly, vulnerably. It's like Jesus before the raising of Lazarus in John 11—He didn't perform His miracle from afar; He arrived, grieved with the family, and then acted, proving that presence before power is what sustains us. Showing Up for God, Family, and Self God's design for family is not about rigid rules or flawless history but about faithful presence. In Deuteronomy 6:6-7, parents are urged: "These words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children." But the teaching isn't only about words; it's about embodied love and daily commitment. Take the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel 1. She was a mother desperate for a child, and when God answered, her story became one of dedication and praise, but also of honest struggle. She brought Samuel back to the temple, surrendering him to God's care. Her story tells us that mothering isn't about control but about trust and faithful handing over. Your presence is the well of love and hope that nourishes your family's story, even in uncertainty. The K.I.S.S. ~ The story of your family! The Power of Your Presence Martha and Mary show us two sides of family presence in Luke 10. Martha was busy with tasks, distracted by responsibilities, while Mary sat with Jesus, fully present to Him. Jesus said Mary had chosen "the better part." This doesn't lessen Martha's service but elevates the power of presence. "Your story and your family's story find life when hearts are together, not just physically, but intentionally." ~ Kristianne Wargo Remember, it's not about having the perfect answer or the flawless family history; it's about the love you bring simply by showing up. Your sacred presence creates the foundation others stand on. A Mother's Day Tribute On this Mother's Day, we honor the mothers who are raising the next generation every day—molding the story of family through love, patience, and presence. You are the wellspring of hope for your family. Let your love be steady, your presence unwavering, and your faith a beacon that leads your family through the challenges and joys ahead. In Psalm 127:3, children are called "a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward." Your role is sacred. Your story, though imperfect, is powerful and needed. When you step back and view your family story through this lens, who you are and whose you are becomes the heartbeat of your living. You don't have to have it all figured out. You only have to show up. Because in the story of your family, your presence makes all the difference. Happy Mother's Day to every mom writing this beautiful, messy, meaningful story every day. - 1444057 Real is Greater Than PerfectMarriage is often painted as the ultimate partnership — two people becoming one, sharing everything, and fully supporting each other. The truth is, too many spouses lose sight of themselves along the way. We start doing everything our partner wants: changing how we dress, altering how we act in public, shelving our own dreams for theirs, meeting their needs while our own are quietly ignored. Somewhere between "I do" and "we," we forget that real > perfect. Dating was different. We were curious, eager to discover everything about our partner, putting our best foot forward. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But after the vows, the natural rhythm shifts. Not because commitment demands it, but because life's messiness and daily demands pull our focus into a thousand directions, especially toward our spouse's needs. Think back: What has happened since you got married? What changed for the better? What changed that you wished didn't? What changed that you never thought you would be there in that season? Supporting your partner is crucial, but not at the expense of losing who you are — your passions, your voice, your growth — who you are becoming! So don't you think it's time to get real? The K.I.S.S. ~ Get real! Here are three ways to keep yourself whole in marriage without turning selfish, because real > perfect: Set Boundaries That Protect You Boundaries aren't walls; they're the lines that keep you healthy and sane. Whether it's carving out time for your hobbies, asking for space to think, or simply saying no when something overwhelms you, boundaries ensure you don't dissolve into your spouse's world completely. It's okay to say, "I need this time to recharge." Real marriage isn't about losing yourself; it's about showing up as your best self. Keep Your Dreams on the Table Marriage isn't an excuse to put your goals on hold. Talk openly about what you want — your career, passions, goals — and work toward them alongside your spouse. Supporting each other's growth makes your bond stronger, not weaker. When you stay committed to your own future, you bring more energy, passion, and authenticity into your relationship. Communicate Honestly — The Good and the Uncomfortable Perfect spouses say only what is expected or what will please. Real spouses talk about how they truly feel — their frustrations, their hopes, their needs. This is how trust deepens. Don't bury who you are under the weight of keeping the peace. Speak your truth gently but firmly, so your spouse comes to know you, not a polished version of who you think they want. Marriage shouldn't ask you to be anything but your real self, even if that self is messy, evolving, and sometimes imperfect. Striving for perfection in your role as spouse is a lose-lose game. You'll exhaust yourself, and your relationship will shrink under the pressure. Instead, choose to be real. Be the messy, human, evolving person worthy of love and respect — who keeps growing, keeps dreaming, and keeps their boundaries. It's not about being perfect; it's about being present, authentic, and whole. Real > perfect! And that's the kind of love that lasts. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
