  1. 5053696 Embrace UncertaintyHow are you writing your story every day? Does it lead you down the Hope Road and Persistent Alley? Or are you stuck in traffic on Control Highway? Bob Goff once said, "Embrace uncertainty. Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives won't have a title until much later." Do you find yourself pondering the path your life is taking? Does the uncertainty of the future lead you down the road of possibilities and opportunities, or are you stuck in the frustrating traffic jam of control and predictability? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Embracing uncertainty does not equate to being lost or lacking direction. It signifies a season of growth where unanswered questions pave the way for unexpected discoveries and newfound purpose. Just because you don't know where you're headed does not mean you are less than, not enough, confused, or stuck. It might be a season where unanswered questions lead to more direction. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace uncertainty! Don't get wrapped up in what you think you should know or what you believe others want you to do. Living a life on purpose requires you to take a chance on life and make changes in the meantime. This is the in-between, the middle, or that gap. You are not going to know everything. But yet, even without knowing, you still know. In a world that often dictates the need for clear-cut plans and defined pathways, it can be liberating to relinquish the need for certainty and embrace the unknown. Life's most profound lessons are often learned in the midst of ambiguity. Embrace uncertainty.   Release yourself from the shackles of perceived expectations and obligations. Your heart beats when you dare to step into unpredictability and chart a course uniquely your own. You may not have all the answers, and that's perfectly acceptable. There is beauty in the unfolding of life's mysteries, in the unwritten chapters that reveal themselves one page at a time. Embrace uncertainty.   Trust who you are and who you are becoming. Let God whisper in your heart and guide you towards unexplored territories. It is within this uncertainty that growth flourishes, and dreams take root. So, as you navigate the twists and turns, the ups and downs, and the all-arounds of your journey, remember to embrace uncertainty. For on the empty pages with little to no words, lies the beauty of the next chapter, with life's most extraordinary possibilities penned on your heart. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 2. 5063695 How Words Shape Your WorldWords have power and influence our daily actions. What we tell ourselves and others becomes sticky in our brains. No wonder you have more problems than you do hope, because of how words shape your world. In our everyday lives, our words play a crucial role in shaping our reality. From how we talk to ourselves to how we communicate with others, language can influence our thoughts, actions, and surroundings. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Let's delve into the profound impact of words on our lives and explore how we can harness this power for positive change. Change your words, change your life! **How Words Shape Your Environment** Our choice of words can create a narrative that informs how we perceive the world around us. Research in neuroscience has shown that the language we use can directly impact our brain's processing, influencing our emotions and behavior. How you feel dictates how you act. By cultivating a vocabulary that is empowering and positive, we can construct a more optimistic and authentic reality for ourselves. **Establishing Credibility Through Language** The words we use not only shape our external environment but also establish credibility and self-perception within ourselves. Studies have indicated that positive self-talk can boost self-esteem and performance, while negative self-talk can hinder progress and create self-doubt. By consciously choosing words that inspire confidence and belief in our abilities, we can enhance our sense of self-worth and accomplishments. **Overcoming Negative Vocabulary** Many individuals struggle with negative self-talk, perpetuating a cycle of self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. By becoming aware of our internal dialogue and challenging negative thoughts, we can begin to reframe our words and beliefs in a more constructive light. This process of cognitive restructuring allows us to replace harmful language patterns with affirming and empowering vocabulary. A good friend of mine, named Marianne Renner, wrote a book called Self-Talk. One that you should pick up. She also shares the SEAR Framework: Story + Emotion + Action + Result. If we slow down enough and really pay attention to what we are saying, maybe we will hear how horribly we treat ourselves with our words. And if you are in that position, maybe you need to take a look and rewire your vocabulary. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rewire your brain! This is where you give yourself different words to use on a daily basis. Now, you might be good with the majority of your words, but there could be a few words or phrases that need to be overhauled.  Three Steps to Wordsmithing Your Life 1. Mindful Awareness: Start by paying attention to the words you use regularly, both in your interactions with others and in your internal dialogue. Notice any recurring negative or self-defeating phrases and make a conscious effort to replace them with more positive and encouraging language. 2. Affirmation Practice: Incorporate daily affirmations into your routine to rewire your brain for positivity and success. Choose affirming statements that align with your goals and values, and repeat them regularly to reinforce a mindset of confidence and resilience. 3. Build With Kindness: Words create the framework of the actions that follow. If you can be honest with kindness, that helps to handle stuff that's hurtful, whether you thought it or someone else said it. It's no longer about what is being said, but rather about what is being heard in your mind that constructs your emotional and behavioral reaction. You want to be kind in your mind; build with kindness. By transforming our vocabulary and aligning our language with our aspirations, we can harness the transformative power of words to shape a more purpose-driven and fulfilling life. Start today by becoming intentional with the language you use and witness the profound impact it can have on your mindset and environment. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3. 5073694 God Does Not Make MistakesThere are times in life when we question why God does what He does. We complain and get into these predicaments, proclaiming that we aren't good enough. But when it comes to moms, God does not make mistakes. Yes, it's Mother's Day, celebrating those moms who have spent tireless hours caring for the family and those closest to them.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Even though this day is to honor our moms and help them feel special, quietly, moms sit in their corners wondering if they've done enough, cleaned enough, and are good enough for the family she has. How unfair are our thoughts of ourselves? So today, instead of writing a letter or reminding moms of their value, let's look at a mom chosen by God to love and care for His Son, Jesus Christ— Mary. Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, stands out in history as a woman of extraordinary faith, grace, and devotion. As we look at her life and example, we can glean insights into how we can embody the qualities of the mom we are called to be. 1. Faith in God's Plan: Despite the uncertainties and challenges she faced, Mary's unwavering faith in God's plan is a powerful reminder of the importance of trusting in God. Like Mary, we are called to surrender our fears and doubts to God, trusting that His purpose for our lives and our children's lives far exceeds our understanding. 2. Unconditional Love: Mary's love for Jesus was unconditional and sacrificial. From the moment she cradled her newborn son in a manger to witnessing His crucifixion on the cross, Mary's love remained steadfast and unwavering. As mothers, we are called to love our children with a love that knows no bounds, a love that endures through trials and triumphs, and a love that mirrors God's unfailing love for us. Moms, we are to be a reflection of God's love. The K.I.S.S. ~ God does not make mistakes! 3. Strength in Adversity: Mary's strength in the face of adversity and suffering exemplifies resilience and perseverance. Despite the hardships and challenges she encountered, Mary faced them with courage, grace, and dignity. As mothers, we too will experience trials and tribulations, but it is in those moments that our strength and character are forged, shaping us into pillars of support and fortitude for our families. 4. Nurturing Guidance: Mary's role as Jesus' mother extended beyond physical care to encompass spiritual guidance and nurturing. She raised Jesus with love, wisdom, and a deep understanding of His divine purpose. As mothers, we are entrusted with the sacred duty of nurturing our children's hearts and souls, instilling in them values, virtues, and a strong foundation of faith. 5. Humility and Obedience: Mary's humility and obedience to God's will are qualities we aspire to emulate in our own lives. Despite the uncertainties and challenges she faced, Mary submitted herself to God's plan with humility, grace, and trust. As mothers, we are called to humbly submit to God's guidance, seeking His wisdom and strength in navigating the joys and trials of motherhood. In following Mary's example, we are reminded of the profound impact a mother's love, faith, and guidance can have on the lives of her children. Let us embrace the Mary Model of Motherhood with faith, love, strength, and humility, knowing that God equips us with the grace and wisdom we need to fulfill our divine calling as mothers. 4. 5083693 Sharing Is My FavoriteIf life came to an abrupt stop, where would you be as a couple? Too much of our time is spent on the things that don't matter, so we forget about what does. Sharing is my favorite. Sharing in a marriage goes beyond splitting chores or responsibilities. It means opening up your heart, your thoughts, your dreams, and your fears to your partner. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about creating a deep sense of intimacy and vulnerability that strengthens the bond between two people. Couples share their joys and sorrows, triumphs and challenges, creating a safe space for each other to be fully themselves without judgment. How are you sharing in your marriage? Communicate Openly: Communication is key in any relationship, but in marriage, it's crucial. Take the time to have meaningful conversations with your partner. Share your thoughts, feelings, and desires openly and honestly. Listen actively and empathetically to what your partner has to say. Shared Experiences: Create memories together by engaging in activities that you both enjoy. Whether it's trying a new hobby, cooking a meal together, or going on an adventure, shared experiences strengthen the connection between partners. It's these moments of togetherness that build a foundation of love and understanding. Support Each Other: In a marriage, it's essential to be each other's biggest cheerleader. Support your partner in their goals and aspirations, be there for them in times of need, and celebrate their successes as if they were your own. Sharing in each other's triumphs and challenges creates a sense of unity and partnership that deepens the love between two people. And if you want more of this, you gotta share exponentially. The K.I.S.S. ~ Share exponentially! This is where you don't put boundaries on the "why, when, how, where, and what" you always need in the marriage. But you open up the interaction with each other, giving you the space to share exponentially. Consider what you are doing now. What's working and what needs more intentionality?  You must start where you are to gain traction to where you want to go. What 3 things can you do as a couple do to create space for sharing? 1. Schedule Quality Time: Set aside dedicated time each day or week to be together without distractions. Whether it's a quiet dinner at home, a walk in the park, or a cozy movie night, creating space for quality time allows for meaningful conversations and shared experiences. 2. Practice Gratitude: Express appreciation for your spouse and the things they do for you. Gratitude fosters a sense of connection and positivity in a relationship, making sharing more natural and fulfilling. Plus, it helps you recognize the goodness in your marriage. Because if you're not looking, you will not find. 3. Embrace Vulnerability: Allow yourselves to be vulnerable with each other. Share your fears, insecurities, and vulnerabilities, creating a deep level of trust and intimacy in your relationship. Vulnerability is the key to authentic sharing and emotional connection. Remember, sharing is not just about dividing responsibilities in the family, like who does what, but also about dividing joys and sorrows, dreams and fears, triumphs and challenges. It's about creating a space of love, trust, this deeper intimacy where two souls can truly connect and grow together; where me becomes we. So, wake up every day ready to move the needle closer to your spouse's heart, embracing the beauty of sharing and the depth of love you will create together. "Be present. Be incredible. 5. 5093692 Stop the SpreadCleaning up after our children is not something parents like to do, especially the messes we helped to create; those generational habits we inherited from our upbringing. At some point, though, it's essential to sift through the tumbleweeds of our past and stop the spread of what is not beneficial in raising our children. Look at the conversations and interactions you've had over this week. How did you discipline your child when something went wrong? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Did you respond out of spite, or were you calm in your approach to understand the situation at hand? Unfortunately, a lot of parents practice reactive parenting and not proactive parenting. We hit the nail on the head when something happens, instead of forecasting how we want our children to grow up in the world, setting them up for success as they enter adulthood. Plus, if you haven't figured it out already, raising kids is not easy! It takes SO MUCH work!! But what happens is when we are in a disagreement or our kiddos have done something wrong or incorrect (in your opinion), that's the only time we jump up and make a declaration. Parents, you need to check how you parent. Do not take their voices from them. Telling your children they cannot tell you "no" only sets them up for many failures to come in the future. You want your child to speak up. Now, the tone they use or their approach might be more of what you want to focus on. But not taking their voice. They, too, need to be heard, just as you do. Maybe you were raised this way, in that no one is to say NO. But how does that serve your purpose in the long run for your child? If your child is being hurt, don't you want them to be strong enough to say NO?  This is only one example. There are so many generational habits for discipline that we could talk about. But what I want today for you, Mom, is to reflect on how you parent, and make sure you are not continuing generational habits that do not support your child's mental, physical, psychological, and emotional development. If you think there might be a few, then all you do is break the cycle. The K.I.S.S. ~ Break the cycle! As a parent, breaking away from generational habits in parenting can be the key to raising well-adjusted and emotionally healthy children. Here are three things you can do to change your parenting approach and break the cycle. 1. Reflect on Your Own Upbringing Take time to reflect on your own upbringing and the parenting style you were exposed to. Consider what worked well and what didn't. Keep in mind that you will remember things differently than what happened as a child, because they are childhood memories. So, your reflection might need to involve your family to understand the specifics of what you're searching for. Recognizing patterns from past generations can help you identify areas for improvement and change. Then, you get to decide how you want to raise your children.  2. Seek Out New Parenting Resources Don't be afraid to seek out new parenting resources and information that align with your values and beliefs. There are so many opportunities for you to gain knowledge, get clarity, and understand your options to best train up your child. For example, attend parenting workshops, read books by experts in child psychology, or join parent support groups to gain fresh perspectives on effective parenting strategies. Remember, just because the resource is mentioned or noted, be sure you do your own research and what's best for your family's values. 3. Practice Present Parenting This is a practice of mindfulness in your parenting approach by staying present and engaged with your child. Actions speak louder than words. So even in the silence, they are watching. Be conscious of your reactions and responses, taking the time to listen actively and empathize with your child's feelings. By being intentional and paying attention, you can break the cycle of reactive parenting and cultivate a more positive and nurturing relationship with your child. By taking proactive steps to break generational habits in parenting, you can create a nurturing and supportive environment for your children to thrive in, fostering strong bonds and healthy emotional development. 6. 5103691 How Can You Not?Life can get you down, and distractions can lead your day. But what matters is you. And not in the sassy "look at me" tone, yet a heart that speaks loudly in facing struggles with resilience and challenging your mind to keep going. Life is a gift. How can you not live life to its fullest? In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to lose sight of our dreams and aspirations. We often find ourselves caught up in the needs and expectations of others, forgetting to prioritize our own well-being and personal growth. But amid the chaos, it's crucial to remember one thing – you matter. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every day is a gift, an opportunity to seize the moment and live life to its fullest. It's not about being self-centered or boastful, but about honoring that God created you and embracing the journey with resilience and determination. Challenges will come your way, but how you respond to them is what truly matters. While it's essential to care for those around you, it's equally important to care for yourself. Don't neglect your own needs in the pursuit of meeting others' expectations. You were intricately designed for a unique purpose, and it's vital to nurture that purpose with love and dedication. Your life is a canvas, waiting for you to paint it with vibrant colors and bold strokes. Embrace who you are now, but don't give up on who you are becoming.  The K.I.S.S. ~ How can you not? Sometimes our headspace is not the best space. It clouds our judgment, where the fires of others become our everyday priorities. Other people do matter in life, but so do you! Don't minimize what you need to maximize. You were created on purpose, for a purpose. You get to show up in the manner that feeds your soul. Now, yes, you still have responsibilities. But that doesn't mean you push yourself to the side and leave behind the calling God has placed on your heart. This is your day to shine. Love who you are. Be the person you are becoming because it's hard to stay the person you are. You got this because God's got you! "Be present. Be incredible. 7. 5113690 Make It Easy to Say YES!Embarking on a journey to lead a healthier life often faces the hurdle of our old habits and routines. We all desire positive change, but making it stick requires one key element: make it easy to say YES! Because, quite frankly, we have so much going on that we get caught up in what everyone else wants and we forget about what we need, especially when it comes to our health. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And for whatever reason, we always seem to be okay with putting ourselves on the back burner and doing what everyone else desires.  At what point are you going to look at yourself in the mirror, with NO condescending comments about how you look or feel, and make a commitment to YOU? "If you don't put yourself in the shoes of where you want to go, you will stay planted where you are now." ~ Kristianne Wargo Nothing will change-- unless you have a 911 moment. You visit with your doctor and get results from a lab test. You get sick enough that other people have to do the basics in life for you and your family. You don't want to wait for a crisis to awaken your soul, to the point where your head has to get in the game of making changes. As I was in line picking up a prescription, I noticed how long the line was and that it wrapped around the building. And the car two vehicles ahead of me had their window cracked, only to have smoke coming out like a chimney. Really?!? Now, of course, I don't know the whole story. But if you are getting a prescription, I don't think smoking should be part of your indulgence. Your body is worth more. You were created on purpose, for a purpose. Regardless of your history and upbringing, you are cherished and called beloved by God. You are not an accident.  You are worthy to be cared for and loved! So instead of making excuses and believing lies you keep repeating to yourself, make it easy to say YES!! The K.I.S.S. ~ Make it easy to say YES! YES-- to who you are and who you are becoming. YES-- to living a life worthy of enriching nutrients that fuel your body. YES-- to intentional activities that keep you moving and physically balanced inside and out. YES-- to hydrating from the inside out with water that will awaken your cells. YES-- to you! But what is your hesitation? What are your excuses in this season? What is holding your YES captive and letting NO lead the way? I want you to really think about where you are today, and if this is where you know you are supposed to be. If there is any question, you know changes need to occur. Don't wait for the cookie to crumble! You are made for more! So, how can we make the transition into a genuine transformation that will stick for longer than 72 hours? Here are three key strategies to help you pave the way towards a healthier lifestyle: 1. Simple Preps:   - Take the time to plan and prepare your meals and snacks in advance. By having healthy options readily available, you are more likely to stay on track and avoid grabbing convenient yet unhealthy choices when hunger strikes. Prep ingredients ahead of time, batch cook meals, and portion out snacks to streamline your eating habits. 2. Simple Swaps:    - Incorporate small changes into your routine that are easy to implement. Replace sugary drinks with water infused with fruit for a refreshing alternative. Swap out unhealthy snacks with nutritious options like nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit to satisfy cravings while nourishing your body. Park your car further away at the store so you get more steps.  3. Simple Grabs:   - Surround yourself with what matters: connection with like-minded individuals who support your journey towards a healthier lifestyle, an easy workout when you didn't sleep well, or water that you can have with no thought needed. The simple grabs help when you are tempted by your old habits. And if you can get a win from a simple grab, you stay motivated for the next moment to create your now.  By following these three steps, you can set yourself up for success and make it easier to say YES to a healthier lifestyle. Remember, change takes time and consistency, so be patient with yourself and celebrate each small victory along the way. With determination and a positive mindset, you can create lasting habits that will benefit your health and well-being in the long run. "Be present. Be incredible. 9. 5133688 Let Go So You Can GrowToo much of our time is spent in the past. Why do you give more hours to something you can't change? What you have is here and now; let go so you can grow.  When we are trying to live out our dreams and discover our purpose in life, somehow we forget that the past matters more than the present, or even the future. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We tie ourselves to all the failures of what didn't work, but forget the few things that worked well. Seriously! You can't live a life on purpose with a divine design if you let your past become your present. Oftentimes, we give hope to the ashes and forget to discover the beauty in the adventure.  Who you are and who you are becoming is a journey of a lifetime. If you want to grow God's way, you have to let go. The K.I.S.S. ~ Let go so you can grow! Because if you continue to hold tight onto the past, you neglect the beauty of the present and the endless possibilities of the future. Letting go is not just a choice; it's a masterpiece in motion where growth, self-discovery, and becoming who you are created to be shine brightly. Here are three transformative steps to release the past and embrace the journey of becoming the person God desires you to be: 1. Practice Forgiveness: Holding onto grudges, resentment, and bitterness only poisons your spirit and hinders your growth. To truly let go and move forward, practice forgiveness – not just toward others but toward yourself as well. Release the burden of past mistakes and choose to forgive, allowing healing and freedom to enter your heart. 2. Cultivate Mindfulness: Embrace the power of mindfulness to anchor yourself in the present moment. By being fully aware of your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings, you can let go of the grip the past has on you. Mindfulness allows you to detach from negative patterns of thinking and open yourself up to new opportunities and possibilities. Change is a constant, and growth is a choice. 3. Embrace Surrender: Surrendering control and trusting in what God has for you can be very freeing. Letting go of the need to micromanage every aspect of your life and instead surrendering to God's plan can lead to immense growth and transformation. Trust in the journey laid out before you, have faith that all things work together for your good, and release the need to constantly fight against the current. When you give yourself permission to practice forgiveness, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace surrender, you pave the way for personal growth, spiritual awakening, and alignment with God's divine purpose designed for you. Letting go is not a sign of weakness but a demonstration of strength and faith in the journey ahead. Release the past, embrace the present, and watch yourself grow into the person you are becoming in the future. This is your day to shine brightly! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 10. 5143687 Will You Live While You Wait?Waiting has become a lost art in a world that values speed and efficiency. Yet, as believers and Christians, waiting on the Lord is not passive but a powerful act of trust and surrender. Are you one who will stay lost, or will you live while you wait? Most of the time, we work for the results and not the relationship. But as people of faith, it's about anchoring your identity in God's promises and embracing each moment with purpose, hope, and courage regardless of the outcomes. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about anchoring our identity in God's promises and embracing each moment with purpose, hope, and courage. But we know that's easier said than done. Because why not cling to the results and outcomes? Why not live for what we want? In the waiting, it's not about our junk. It's about remembering whose you are. As Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Our waiting is not in vain, as you renew your spirit and trust in the unwavering love of your Heavenly Father. The only choice that makes sense is to live while you wait. The K.I.S.S. ~ Live while you wait! The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? ~ Psalm 27:1 (KJV) When do you want to grow up and be honest with yourself? You can't keep doing what you are doing if you want the life God has designed for you. That means your trust has to be greater than your fears. Your hope has to be in God, who controls all, not in your own strength. "For we walk by faith, not by sight." ~ 2 Corinthians 5:7 Other translations  for 2 Corinthians 5:7 say, "For we live by faith, not by sight." Whether you walk or live by faith, you need to do it God's way. Our way only gets in His way. So as you are waiting for what God has for you, have a willing mind, body, and spirit to take the next step closest to you. One decision leads to the next step. And when you are building your relationship with God, the earthly results you are searching for are not important.  Will you live while you wait? Hopefully, by being willing to take the next step, you will trust more and more that walking by faith does not have all the answers, but trusting that God's always got you, regardless of the results. Nothing is impossible! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 11. 5153686 Nurturing Your Spouse's Mental HealthIn the hustle and bustle of daily life, it's easy to get caught up in our priorities and forget to check in on our partner's mental health and well-being. While supporting each other's dreams and aspirations is essential, nurturing your spouse's mental health is equally vital for a thriving marriage. We tend to forget that a marriage takes two to tango. And that means, when your spouse hurts, you hurt. But if all we do is focus on ourselves and don't really "see" our spouse, we can miss what's right in front of us. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com There are so many things that come up in marriage that directly or indirectly affect our mental well-being. But if we don't stop to recognize or take mental note, we keep loading the trucks and living our habits. Couples may struggle to openly communicate their feelings and thoughts, leading to misunderstandings and emotional distance. And if you are hiding emotions, they are not the good ones that hang around. It's the destructive emotions that keep you on the ground.  Then, you interject the fear of how your spouse sees you, like being judged or criticized, which in itself hinders them from sharing their innermost thoughts or emotions. It can get a little bit wacky! And we're not finished yet. What about all that past baggage that you and your spouse are carrying. Past experience or unresolved issues can create barriers to honest and open communication, leading to a mix of realities. That's destructive to a person and to the marriage.  Just because life is crazy and the chaos has more of our attention, doesn't mean that you discount your sweetheart! You must stay in tune with where your spouse is emotionally, or you will have a totally different situation to deal with.  Don't let the demands of work, family, and daily responsibilities create a wedge or even a mountain that you all can't overcome. It's time to be intentionally on the marriage you really desire and that comes with the mental health of your spouse. When you create mindful moments to prioritize mental well-being in your marriage, you can then strengthen your emotional bond and promote a deeper sense of connection, a stronger marriage. So if you want a thriving marriage, take time and look at the mind. The K.I.S.S. ~ Take time and look at the mind! If your excuses are all about how busy you are, what you still have to do, and what the kids need, you are missing the most important person: your spouse. Take the time and look at the mind. And that's their mind, and yours. What does it look like to foster a supportive environment for your partner's mental health? 1. Sit 'n Listen: Set aside regular time to sit and truly listen to your spouse without judgment or distractions. Show empathy and validation for their feelings and experiences. The goal needs to be to create a safe space for honest conversations about how they are feeling. Encourage your partner to share their thoughts, concerns, and needs without fear of criticism. You need to be there to hold them up, not keep score of their wrongs! 2. Be Intentional in the Silence: You have a greater effect on your spouse with what is not shared, and what your body and looks say. If you are mad, watch out how your face shows it. Your spouse sees more than what you say. And the same goes for you, right? You see more than what your spouse says. So be intentional in the silence and be kind to those who are in front of you! 3. Wrap Your Spouse in Gratitude: Think of it as the grateful hug. Express your gratitude for your sweetheart's support and care, and acknowledge the effort they put into maintaining their mental health. Small gestures of appreciation can go a long way in strengthening your bond. Remember, creating mindful moments for mental well-being in your marriage is an ongoing process that requires patience, understanding, and love. By prioritizing each other's mental health and well-being, you can build a resilient and supportive relationship that stands the test of time. "Be present. Be incredible. 12. 5163685 Your YES Makes All the DifferenceAs parents, navigating the many decisions that shape our children's lives is a constant challenge. From setting boundaries to granting permissions, we carry the weight of molding our children into responsible, compassionate individuals. But amidst the sea of no's, your yes makes all the difference. For every moment we have to say no – whether it's to a request for a late-night sleepover or an extra scoop of ice cream – there is an opportunity to say yes in a different way. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about more than just the answer; it's about the attention we pay to our children. In a world where our children are surrounded by friends, teachers, and mentors, our yes holds a unique power. It signifies that we see them, that we hear them, and that we value their wants and needs. It's about being present in their lives in a way that goes beyond permission or denial. So, how can we as parents ensure that our yes is truly impactful, beyond the words themselves? See, so they achieve! The K.I.S.S. ~ See, so they achieve! Keep in mind: This has nothing to do with being the best or perfect, or having received awards and recognition in life, for example, at school. It's all about how you recognize their presence so they know you are present. Here are three key things: 1. Be Present: Put down the phone, step away from the screen, and give your child your full attention. Engage in meaningful conversations, look in their eyes, listen actively, and show that you are there for them in mind, body, and spirit. Your body language speaks more than your words. Don't pretend that you are paying attention when you might be drifting off into another iCloud. 2. Empathize: Understand that your child's requests, no matter how small or trivial they may seem, are important to them. Empathize with their feelings, validate their experiences, and show that you care about what matters to them. Ensure your child knows that you understand how they feel. 3. Connect: Look for opportunities to bond with your child, whether it's through shared activities, quality time together, or simply being there when they need you. Establish a solid foundation of trust and understanding that extends beyond mere responses and resonates on a deeper level. Ultimately, it's not about always saying yes, but about making your yes meaningful. By recognizing the power of attention over answers, you can truly make a difference in your children's lives. So, the next time you're faced with a request, remember that your 'yes' makes all the difference — a powerful tool for connection, compassion, and an extension of your love. "Be present. 13. 5173684 The Art of DoingMaybe you find yourself sitting around, wondering why you can't seem to get things done? It's a feeling many of us experience, especially as we navigate the challenges of a busy work and personal life. But here's the thing – it's not about your age or how fast time seems to be slipping away. It's about mastering the art of doing that can truly change the game. Think back to when you were younger. Remember how you conquered challenges with unwavering determination and limitless energy? You just kept going. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That same spirit still resides within you, waiting to be rekindled. The key lies in understanding that time is constant; it's our approach to tasks and goals that evolves with experience. Consider the analogy of renovating a house. You start with a clear vision and a set budget, only to encounter unexpected obstacles and additional work along the way. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and tempted to slow down, but that's precisely when your persistence is put to the test. The truth is, the journey of accomplishment is not always a linear path. It's about adapting to unforeseen circumstances, staying agile in the face of challenges, and most importantly, never losing sight of your destination, where you are headed. Yes, there may be more to do than when you first began, but that doesn't mean you should waver in your resolve. The K.I.S.S. ~ The art of doing! It's time to shift your mindset and embrace the art of doing. Rein in those self-defeating thoughts and excuses that hold you back. Don't let them temper your enthusiasm today. Remember, nothing worth achieving comes easily, but with perseverance and a focused mindset, even the most daunting tasks become achievable. Stop feeding yourself lies that undermine your capabilities. You have the strength and resilience to tackle whatever comes your way. Trust in your abilities, stay true to your goals, and forge ahead with unwavering determination. You've got this – believe in yourself, stay the course, and watch as you rise to the top. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Embrace the challenges, celebrate the victories, and keep moving forward. The art of doing is not just about reaching the finish line; it's about the journey of growth, self-discovery, and the adventures along the way. 14. 5183683 How Can You Clear the Clutter to Change Your Body? Many things sound good in our heads. We convince ourselves how this or that can work for the better. However, once you examine the facts, the season you're in, and what you need, the thoughts in your head do not always make sense. How can you clear the clutter to change your body? In a world filled with distractions and noise, it's easy to fall into the trap of believing that what sounds good in our minds will automatically lead to positive outcomes for our bodies. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com However, the truth is far more complex. Our bodies have their language, their needs, and their unique way of communicating with us. To truly make lasting changes and achieve optimal health, it's essential to tune in and listen to what our bodies are telling us. However, you must first decide to clear the clutter. The K.I.S.S. ~ Clear the clutter! And it's not any clutter. It's all the stuff that you keep gathering year after year; all the failures and successes. There you find an overwhelming amount of stuff that holds you back. You are weighed down, not by a number, but by the stuff that claims your heart and attention. So, how do you escape the mess you put yourself in? Here are three practical steps to help you clear the clutter and start making mindful choices for your body: 1. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to how your body reacts to different foods, activities, and environments. Keep a journal to track your energy levels, digestion, mood, and other vital signs. For example, if you notice that you feel sluggish after eating a particular type of food, consider cutting it out or reducing your intake. By fine-tuning your diet and lifestyle based on your body's feedback, you can create a tailored approach that works best for you. 2. Prioritize You: You must take care of yourself. Make self-care a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. This could include activities such as meditation, journaling, exercise, spending time in nature, or simply taking a break to relax and recharge. By investing in yourself, you not only foster a deeper connection with your body but also reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well-being. Remember, you taking care of you is not selfish; it's a vital component of maintaining a healthy body and mind. 3. Establish Healthy Habits: Instead of following fleeting trends or quick fixes, focus on creating sustainable and healthy habits that support your long-term well-being. This could involve meal prepping, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and finding ways to stay active that you genuinely enjoy. By integrating these habits into your daily life, you create a solid foundation for a healthier body and a happier you. In the end, remember that change takes time, patience, and a willingness to listen to your body's wisdom. Embrace the journey, trust the process, and honor your body. Clear the Clutter to Change Your Body by Kristianne Wargo In the whispers of our bodies, lies the key, To unlock the secrets of health and harmony. Listen closely to its gentle plea, For true wellness is found when we let it be. Clear the clutter, let your body speak, In its messages, the answers you seek. Nurture it with care, strong and meek, A partnership of love, pure and unique. So as you journey through each passing day, Remember, your body has much to say. Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com For those of us standing on the edge of a new adventure, feeling the tug of something exciting and an unknown calling our name, fear can be a formidable barrier. It whispers doubts in our ears, paints worst-case scenarios in our minds, and fills us with a sense of unease. But what if, instead of retreating in the face of fear, we were to step forward with courage and conviction, knowing that fear is simply a companion on our journey, not a hindrance? It's true that stepping into the unknown can be daunting. The outcomes may be uncertain, the challenges may be humongous, and the road ahead may be filled with twists and turns. But in those moments of doubt and hesitation, remember this: you have what it takes. You are resilient, capable, and strong. You are created for such a time as this, for this adventure of a lifetime that beckons you forward. The K.I.S.S. ~ Fear is your friend! As you navigate the path ahead, remember that fear is not a sign of weakness, but a reminder of your humanity. It is a natural response to the unfamiliar, a signal that you are stepping outside of your comfort zone and into uncharted territory. Embrace fear as a companion on your journey, a reminder that you are alive, that you are taking risks, that your breath is worth living. Believe in who you are and who you are becoming. Trust in your instincts, in your intuition, in your strength. Make fear your friend, not your foe. Lean into it, acknowledge it, but do not let it hold you back. For on the other side of fear lies a world of possibilities, of adventures, of vibrant, joy-filled experiences that are waiting for you to embrace them. So, take that leap. Dive into the unknown. Embrace change with open arms and a fearless heart. And remember, fear is your friend.  Fear is Your Friend by Kristianne Wargo In the stillness of the night, when doubt clouds your mind, And the path ahead seems daunting, uncertain, undefined, Remember this truth, let it resonate deep inside, Nothing is impossible, unless you decide. Fear is your friend, a companion on the way, Guiding you through darkness into the light of day, It whispers of challenges, of what could go wrong, But ignore its deception, and instead, be strong. Hold on for the ride, let courage be your guide, Step into the unknown, where dreams coincide, With every heartbeat, with every breath you take, Embrace the fear within you, let it keep you awake. For on the other side of fear lies endless possibility, Where growth and transformation meet resilience and humility, Trust in yourself, in your journey, in your inner light, And watch as fear transforms into a beacon burning bright. So, dance with fear, embrace its fiery glow, Let it fuel your passions, let it help you grow, For in the face of uncertainty, in the midst of the tide, Remember, fear is your friend—it's time to hold on for the ride. 16. 5203681 Build the Foundation FirstIn the journey of pursuing our goals and dreams, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement and rush to the finish line without laying a solid foundation. However, just like a house needs a sturdy base to stand strong, our aspirations require a stable groundwork to support our growth and success; build the foundation first. A house cannot serve you well if there is no foundation to keep everything stable. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Imagine what it would be like to build your house on sand versus on solid rock. It would be a little awkward to have your house shift as you cook your dinner, eventually having one side five inches lower than the other part of the house. Sometimes we bite off more than we can chew. We expect things to fall into place, but that's not going to happen. Life doesn't work that way. We continue to work diligently to get things done. But with the pile up, there you have it. The shift occurs, the foundation is shaken, and the fall begins. At some point, you have to make a decision to make some changes that build the foundation first. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build the foundation first! Here are three essential steps to prioritize building the foundation first, in both identity and personal growth: 1. Self-Reflection and Clarity: Take the time to reflect on who you are, your values, strengths, and weaknesses. Understanding yourself on a deeper level provides clarity on where you want to go and what steps you need to take to get there. By knowing your foundation, you can confidently navigate towards your aspirations. 2. Set S.M.A.R.T Goals: Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals that align with your vision. Building a foundation involves setting the right framework for your ambitions. Break down your goals into actionable steps, creating a roadmap that guides you towards your desired destination. 3. Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Growth is a dynamic process that requires ongoing learning and adaptation. Embrace challenges as opportunities for learning, and be open to adjusting your strategies along the way. Building a strong foundation means being resilient, adaptable, and willing to evolve as you progress towards your goals. Remember, nothing is impossible when you commit to building your foundation first. By taking intentional steps towards self-discovery, goal setting, and continual growth, you pave the way for your dreams to flourish and stand the test of time. "Be present. Be incredible. 17. 5213680 God's Grace Is SufficientIn 2 Corinthians 12:9, it says— "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'" No matter where you are in the rumblings of your life, God's grace is sufficient. You don't have to be perfect to be seen or heard. God's got you! Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But why do we feel so empty and torn that we don't even understand how we can rise up when we fall? My friend, it's not about your strength, but about God's. Your failures do not define how God sees or hears you! You don't have to prove anything for love. God gives it unconditionally because He loved us first. Now, when you say it out loud, it really does sound a little strange. If you're married, you know what it's like to have your spouse be mad at you and not pay attention to or want to be around you. Your mistakes and mishaps do not slam the door of God's heart in your face, as they can with your spouse. Instead, God leans in a little closer. He says, Come as you are! The K.I.S.S. ~ God's grace is sufficient! So why do you think you have to prove something? Seriously? What is keeping you from understanding the importance of accepting the grace that God gives, and stop pretending you have to do it right? Perfection does not get you closer to God. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, we are reminded that His provision exceeds our understanding, and His power is made perfect in our weakness. By placing our trust in Him, we can find the strength to persevere, knowing that He is our ultimate source of comfort and support. You are not alone. You do not have to live a life in fear, doubt, and shame thinking that God looks at your differently. He loves you for who you are and who you are becoming. So stop running and closing the door to your heart.  Take a bold step and pause for a moment. Let time be on your side to have chit-chat with God and share with Him what you are concerned about.  Yes, God knows all, but He wants to do life with you. So— let Him and begin again. There are new mercies every morning.  "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24 "Be present. Be incredible. 18. 5223679 What If You're Not Number One?Being married is a challenge in itself. You must wake up every morning ready to say "I do" today. Love is a verb and requires you to choose daily. But what if you're not number one to your spouse? Life has cycles and seasons. Some are good and some are bad. But most are lived without intention unless it's required of you. We put out the fires of others, and the seasons prompt us to shift accordingly. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Life isn't supposed to be fair, but when it comes to your marriage, most hope they are number one and a priority.  However, let's be real. There are those times when you can't be number one. And you've gotta remember that it goes both ways. When life presents challenges and responsibilities, it's easy to lose sight of each other's needs and priorities. Plus,it may not be so much that your spouse doesn't care, but more so the responsibilities in the season. Consider the birth of a new child, building or changing your career, medical diagnoses, extended family situations, and the child's various stages of life. There are many variations of what can become a priority or a necessity to "make it through" difficult circumstances, but that doesn't mean your spouse, or even you, doesn't love you. But in reality, that's just what you feel. And it's important to honor and recognize those feelings; however, don't hang out with them in a manner that can foster bitterness and begin the downward spiral in your marriage. If you find yourself experiencing a lack of priority from your spouse, or maybe you are not prioritizing your spouse, then take a moment to intentionally turn things around. The K.I.S.S. ~ Turn things around! That's what you have to remember: you have a choice to make a decision about how you show up every day in your marriage. If you want to navigate these treacherous waters in your marriage, hang on, because you can turn things around. Here are three actionable steps to help turn things around when you're not feeling like you're number one in your spouse's life: 1. Love Language Exploration: Discover each other's love languages and actively incorporate them into your daily interactions. Whether it's acts of service, quality time, words of affirmation, physical touch, or receiving gifts, understanding and catering to each other's love language can deepen emotional connections and reignite intimacy. The book by Gary Chapman, The Five Love Languages, is a great resource. 2. Adventure Together: Step out of your comfort zone and try new experiences together. Whether it's exploring a new hobby, embarking on a spontaneous road trip, or taking a cooking class, shared adventures can create lasting memories and strengthen the bond between partners. 3. Gratitude Practice: Cultivate a habit of gratitude within your relationship. Take time each day to express appreciation for each other's efforts, qualities, and presence in your life. A gratitude journal, daily affirmations, or simply verbal expressions of thankfulness can foster a sense of mutual respect and admiration. 4. Couples Counseling: Consider seeking the guidance of a professional couples therapist to navigate through challenges and improve communication. Therapy sessions can provide a safe space for both partners to express their feelings, work through conflicts, and gain valuable insights into improving the relationship dynamics. 5. Physical Touch Rituals: Create rituals of physical touch that foster intimacy and connection. Whether it's holding hands during evening walks, cuddling before bed, or sharing regular hugs throughout the day, physical touch can communicate love and support non-verbally, strengthening the emotional bond between partners. 6. Surprise Gestures: Surprise your partner with thoughtful gestures that show your love and appreciation. It could be leaving a heartfelt note in their bag, preparing their favorite meal, or organizing a surprise date night. Small acts of kindness and thoughtfulness can make your partner feel valued and cherished. 7. Shared Goals and Dreams: Align your visions for the future and set shared goals as a couple. Whether it's planning a travel adventure, saving for a common financial goal, or pursuing a joint passion project, working together towards a shared vision can foster a sense of unity and purpose in your relationship. 8. Mindfulness Practice: Incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily routine as a couple. Whether it's meditating together, practicing deep breathing exercises, or simply being present in the moment during shared activities like eating dinner together, mindfulness can enhance emotional awareness, reduce stress, and improve communication within the relationship. Be creative in your marriage by approaching life's challenges in innovative ways. Think outside the box and do what works for you all as a couple and as a family. You can make it through these, what feels like, obtrusive seasons in your marriage, so long as you are intentional, kind, and serve with forgiveness. "Be present. Be incredible. 19. 5233678 There Are No ShortcutsIn life, we think that if we cut through the grass, we'll get to the other side faster. But when it comes to raising kids, there are no shortcuts. You have to be in the long game to get to the other side. Each step, each stumble, each small victory, all contribute to the complex tapestry of nurturing and guiding young minds towards adulthood. You want them to be productive adults ready to impact the world they touch. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com In the face of societal pressures and the looming presence of technology, the challenges facing today's parents seem more daunting than ever before. You're exhausted before your feet even hit the floor. However, embracing the ethos of the long game and deliberately avoiding the allure of quick fixes is key to cultivating resilient, confident children. Stick to the long game. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stick to the long game! Not sure if you know, but Round 1 of the NFL Draft was last night. Did you know that the kids who play high school football, only .023% make it to the NFL. Of college players, only 1.6% make it. It's a sliver of a sliver of a sliver. If you want to play in the NFL, there are no shortcuts, and same goes for parenting. It's a marathon and you have to be willing to run it day after day. There are no guarantees of success, but by staying committed to the long game, you are laying the groundwork for your kids' future success and well-being.  Here are three essential strategies to help parents stay the course and resist the temptation of rushing through the moments of growth and understanding: 1. Embrace Learning Moments: Just like a football player doesn't become a star overnight, children need time to develop and grow. Every mistake, every failure, and every triumph is a valuable learning opportunity. Encourage curiosity, exploration, and resilience in your children, knowing that these experiences are shaping their character and providing them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. 2. Nurture Consistency: Consistency is the cornerstone of effective parenting. Setting clear boundaries, enforcing rules, and offering a predictable routine can provide children with a sense of security and stability. By being consistent in your actions and expectations, you are building a foundation of trust and reliability that will carry your children through the ups and downs of life. 3. Celebrate Progress, Not Perfection: In a world where perfection is often glorified, it's important to remember that progress, no matter how small, is worth celebrating. Parenting is a journey filled with ebbs and flows, and it's essential to acknowledge and appreciate the incremental steps forward. By focusing on the growth and development of your children, rather than fixating on the end goal, you can instill in them a sense of resilience and determination that will serve them well in the long run. Remember, there are no shortcuts when it comes to raising kids, but the rewards of patience, perseverance, and love are immeasurable. That's what you want for your family! "Be present. Be incredible. 20. 5243677 Stillness Is StrengthEveryone needs a moment where they have permission to slow down in order to speed up. Our lives are consumed by busyness, and much is missed every day because of our lack of presence. Stillness is strength. We live in a world that glorifies busyness and constant movement; the concept of stillness is often overlooked. Living in a society where being busy is worn as a badge of honor and taking a moment to pause and breathe is seen as a luxury, it's vital to pay attention to what is really missing. We fail to realize that in the midst of our chaos, it is in stillness that true strength is found. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? But what if you shifted your perspective and embraced the power of stillness? What if you allowed yourself the grace to slow down, to be fully present in each moment, and to savor the simple joys of life? The K.I.S.S. ~ Stillness is strength! Stillness is not a sign of laziness or weakness, as some may believe. On the contrary, stillness is a source of immense power and resilience. It is in the moments of silence and reflection that we find clarity, creativity, and connectivity; it's peaceful inspiration. And in these moments of stillness, you recharge your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to show up as your best selfie in everything you do. So, next time you feel overwhelmed by the demands of life, give yourself permission to pause. Take a deep breath, feel the ground beneath your feet, and reconnect with the present moment. Allow yourself the gift of stillness, and witness how it transforms your perspective, your productivity, and your overall well-being.   Think about sitting on a park bench and taking it all in. Beauty and rest require your attention! Life is too precious to be lived in a constant state of frenzy. Stillness is strength! "Be present. Be incredible. 21. 5253676 Keep It SweetLiving a healthy lifestyle is often associated with restrictions, rules, and sacrifices, but it doesn't have to be that way. When your days are full of stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm, keep it sweet. It's essential to shift the focus from what you can't have to what you can do. Healthy living can be simple and sweet if approached with the right mindset. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Unfortunately, we don't always have the luxury of simple and sweet. We complicate everything. In my opinion, we are so busy that we can't see what's happening when it's happening, and we don't know how to slow down to speed up. We just keep running a crazy life like the Energizer Bunny™️.  How is that living? Maybe you're actually living a slow death instead of a vibrant life. Let's get real to make a change! You can't play small when you want to change it all! At some point, you have to admit the real struggles you face when trying to live a healthy life. Hiding behind your excuses only puts you deeper in the dark dungeon of bad habits. You might be experiencing stuff like: 1. Overwhelming Information: The abundance of health advice, diet trends, health trackers, fitness routines, and even ChatGPT can lead to confusion and decision fatigue. What do you do? 2. Social Pressures: Navigating social gatherings, peer influences, and societal norms that may not align with your health goals. 3. Time Constraints: Balancing work, family, and personal commitments can make it challenging to prioritize healthy habits and self-care.  Eventually, time and money can't be your go-to!! You've gotta bury the hatchet of excuses and rise up for what is possible. The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep it sweet and simple! Keep it sweet— it makes it doable. No more hardcore restrictions to hold you back. Instead, do what you can because you can. And keep it sweet and simple. 1. Focus on Seasonal REAL Foods: Instead of fixating on restrictions and counting calories, prioritize nourishing your body with whole, nutrient-dense foods. Opt for colorful fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins that add to your muscle mass, not your fat _**. Keep your meals simple yet flavorful by experimenting with herbs, spices, and wholesome ingredients. Flavor and presentation is everything. Become your 5-star restaurant that favors your body's health. 2. Move Your Body Joyfully: Physical activity doesn't have to feel like a chore. Find activities that bring you joy, whether it's dancing, hiking, yoga, or simply taking a walk in nature. Incorporate movement into your daily routine in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable, rather than forcing yourself into rigorous workouts that drain your energy. What brings your heartbeat to life? 3. Practice Presence: Manage stress and overwhelm by being present in your everyday. Don't jump to conclusion before the outcome occurs. Incorporating mindfulness practices like taking moments to pause, breathe, and check in with yourself. Truly, feel your heart beat. Prioritize adequate sleep, hydration, and self-care activities that rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. When you lead with gratitude, compassion, and grace, it opens your heart to connect with your head, accepting what is and doing what you can control.  Remember, healthy living is not about perfection but progress. 23. 5273674 When the Lie is No Longer the TruthDo you find yourself stuck in a rut, going through the motions day in and day out, all the while believing in a reality you've created for yourself? It's a common trap to fall into, but what happens when the lie is no longer the truth? This is the moment where the transformation meets opportunity. You get a chance to change your life with the choice you make. And that makes room for you to create your now. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Living life on autopilot can lead to a sense of stagnation and dissatisfaction. If you wake up every day doing the same things and expecting different results, something must change. It may be time to shake things up and make a conscious effort to change your mindset and course of action. If you keep believing the lie you tell yourself, it will become the truth. Our perceived reality has a way of confusing our minds, making us think we are doing what we should be. Well, think again. What reality are you living in— the truth or the lies you keep telling yourself? Remember, if you continue to believe the lies you tell yourself, they will eventually become your reality. It's essential to differentiate between the truth and the stories you've woven to break free from the cycle of limiting beliefs and embrace a new, empowering story for your life. You get to write your story every day and create your now! The K.I.S.S. ~ Write your story! Here are three key steps to help you break free from the cycle of complacency and embrace a new reality: 1. Challenge What You See: Take a critical look at the stories you tell yourself, what you believe, and question whether they are serving your best interests. Identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and replace them with empowering thoughts that align with your goals and aspirations. Be specific in what you want. In other words, stop beating around the bush. Be a true truthteller! 2. Step Out of the Norm: Growth and transformation often occur outside of your comfort zone. You have permission to be abnormal! Embrace new experiences, take risks, and try things that scare you. By pushing past your self-imposed boundaries and your own limitations where you say you can't do something, that's when you open yourself up to a world of possibilities and opportunities for growth. 3. Set Clear Goals and Take A.I.M.: Define what you want to achieve and create a daily roadmap to get there. Break down your goals into daily bite-sized steps and take consistent action towards them. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Celebrate small wins along the way and stay focused on your vision for the future. and what God has divinely planned for you! Challenge yourself to live authentically, embrace change, and strive for a reality that aligns with your true desires and aspirations, the heart palpitation moments.  The moment you dare to question the lies you've accepted as truth is the moment you pave the way for a transformation that can lead to a fulfilling and purpose-driven life. Go and create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 24. 5283673 This. Changes. Everything. In the midst of life's trials and tribulations, Easter offers a welcome respite from our everyday routines, reminding us that Jesus has risen. He is risen, He is risen indeed. This. Changes. Everything. This brings hope and renewal to all who believe and to those who question. When Jesus was on the cross, He was not alone. He bore the weight of the world's sins, offering redemption and salvation to all who seek Him. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? This verse encapsulates the transformative power of Easter, showing that even in the face of death, there is resurrection and new life. Just as Jesus triumphed over the grave because of the Divine plan, we too can overcome our struggles and emerge stronger than before. You are not your sins. And that's why— This. Changes. Everything. The K.I.S.S. ~ This. Changes. Everything! In times of uncertainty and despair, it can be easy to lose sight of God's plan for us. However, Romans 8:28 reminds us that "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."  We don't always see what God is doing in the meantime, but God's meantime is better than our darkest corner moment. The enemy may tempt us with doubt, fear, and despair, but we can take comfort in the promise of God's redemption. 1 Corinthians 10:13 assures us that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." "Satan's temptations are never greater than God's redemption." ~ Kristianne Wargo Today, as we reflect on the significance of Easter, we have the opportunity to choose the direction of our lives. Whether we are facing challenges or celebrating victories, the resurrection of Jesus reminds us that this. changes. everything. Let us walk in faith, hope, and love, knowing that we are never alone on this journey of life. God never left Jesus alone on the cross. He was there at the end, and He was there at the beginning. "He is risen, He is risen indeed." "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #HappyEaster 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
