  2. 4343767 Choose Discipline Over TemptationLife is full of tough decisions, especially when it comes to our health. Every day, you're faced with a choice: give in to temptation or stand firm with discipline. The difference between these paths isn't just about what you do in the moment—it shapes your entire future. Choose discipline over temptation. Think about your everyday choices. What do you choose normally when it comes to healthy living? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Temptations feel easier because they come with built-in familiarity. You know the comfort of that junk food, the immediate relief of skipping a workout, or the ease of letting your health slide just one more day. There are no surprises. It's passive, almost automatic. Discipline, on the other hand, demands intention. It means pushing yourself when you don't want to, saying no when everything inside screams yes, and choosing the long game over immediate pleasure. Discipline isn't cozy or easy, but it's powerful—and it's the only way to truly change your health. So why do so many people fall into the trap of temptation? Because it's easier, faster, and doesn't require fighting the voice inside their head. But that ease comes with a price: chronic fatigue, illness, low self-esteem, and days, months, or years lost to bad habits. Now, imagine locking in discipline where it really counts and leaving temptations behind for good. Picture your life energized, your body strong, your mind clear—and all because you chose what matters over what feels easy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose what matters over what feels easy! Cause easy is too easy!! Anything worth having takes work and dedication. You have one body and you need to take care of it. Otherwise, it can't take care of you. You'll be saying bye faster than you realize it. So, what can you do to choose what matters over what feels easy? Here are three concrete steps to build that discipline and reclaim your health: Anchor Your Why Discipline isn't just about willpower—it's about meaning. Get crystal clear on why healthy living matters to you. Write it down. Maybe it's having energy to play with your kids, or avoiding chronic disease, or simply waking up feeling proud. "When your 'why' is strong, discipline turns from a chore into your compass. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Design Your Environment to Win Temptations thrive when they're easy to access. So make discipline automatic by controlling your surroundings. Clear out junk food from your kitchen. Set out workout clothes the night before. Schedule your workouts like appointments. When your environment nudges you towards discipline, choosing healthy gets easier—even on your worst days. Build Tiny Consistent Habits Discipline isn't about drastic changes; it's about daily wins stacking up. Start with small, achievable steps—drink an extra glass of water, take a 10-minute walk, or swap soda for sparkling water. "These tiny choices build momentum, proving to yourself that you're in control. Over time, discipline becomes a habit, not a battle. ~ Kristianne Wargo" The truth? If you want a healthy life, you have to be ready to outwork your temptations. No one bats a thousand every day, but every time you choose discipline, you send a message—to your body, your mind, and your future self—that your health is non-negotiable. Stop waiting for motivation. Stop making excuses. Your health depends on what you decide today. Will you let temptation dictate your life, or will discipline lead you to the body and energy you deserve? Your move—choose discipline. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3. 4353766 Stand in VictoryLife rarely unfolds exactly the way you plan. You'll face moments when the bitter outweighs the sweet, when the lemons piled in front of you seem endless and your lemonade is nowhere to be found. But your circumstances don't define you. No matter how hard it hits, stand in victory. Don't carry your mistakes like weights dragging you down. Stand on them. Let your failures be the stepping stones that elevate you, not the burdens you lug around. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every misstep is an opportunity – a lesson carved from hard experience that builds your path forward. Own your story, scars and all. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness."  Progress isn't about giant leaps, but steady movement. Keep putting one foot in front of the other, and you'll break through barriers you once thought immovable. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stand in victory! Be cautious about regret, as it can be a trap. It shackles your mind to past failures and stalls your future. Instead of sinking into "what ifs," commit to standing in victory. Rise when you fall. Every stumble sharpens your resilience—makes you tougher, smarter, more prepared for what's next. Remember this: never regret. If it's good, it's a blessing. If it's bad, it's a lesson. Either way, you're moving forward. So when life comes crashing with its chaos, when the easy path disappears and doubt creeps in, choose to stand tall. Stand loud. Stand victorious. Your power lies not in avoiding setbacks, but in how you rise from them. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4. 4363765 Is Your Schedule Stealing Your Purpose? It's hard living a life without purpose; in fact, we are happier because we have purpose. But unfortunately, all that life offers us can lead us down "Distraction Boulevard." Is your schedule stealing your purpose? Purpose isn't just a feel-good buzzword—it's the fuel that drives the passion from within. When you wake up knowing why you do what you do, life suddenly feels worth living. But here's the blunt truth: your schedule might be stealing your purpose right under your nose. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We live in a world overflowing with distractions, must-dos, and must-haves. The constant ping of notifications, endless tasks, and meetings can trap you to the point where your calendar fills up faster than you can blink. Before you know it, you're sprinting through your days like a hamster on a wheel, yet somehow missing the very things that give your life meaning. Life isn't perfect—far from it. It throws curveballs that shift your path in unexpected directions, some good, some bad, some ugly. But no matter what chaos life tosses your way, losing your purpose isn't mandatory. What does get stolen, though, is your time—your most valuable asset. Without time carved out for what truly matters, purpose falls by the wayside. Don't let your schedule steal your purpose; carve out intentional time. The K.I.S.S. ~ Carve out intentional time! That intentional time is specific to your dreams, goals, and purpose. What you do with it is about who you are and who you are becoming.  So, what can you do? How do you take back control of your schedule instead of letting it dictate your life? 1. Get Relentlessly Honest About Your Calendar Look at your schedule with a keen eye. Audit without holding back or hesitating. What meetings, tasks, or habits are sucking your time with zero payoff? If it doesn't align with your goals or values, cut it or minimize it. Saying no isn't a weakness—it's a protection measure against what matters in the season that you're in. That makes you strong! 2. Simplify Ruthlessly We confuse being busy with being productive—busyness is not going to get you to your purpose. Strip your to-do list down to essentials. Focus on the 20% that brings 80% of the impact. Eliminate or delegate the rest. 3. Create Margin for What Matters Purpose thrives in margin. Stop packing every minute. Block time for deep work, reflection, personal growth, or simply being present. This margin isn't wasted; it's invested in your well-being and purpose.  4. Guard Your Intentional Time Like a Fortress Treat the blocks you schedule for your purpose as untouchable. No distractions, no compromises. Guard your most meaningful work and rest like your life and heart depends on it—because it does. 5. Reassess and Adjust Regularly Purpose isn't static, and neither should your schedule be. Life shifts. Your priorities shift. Set a weekly check-in with yourself to ensure your time investment matches your true north star, your why. Living on purpose means living intentionally. It means saying no to what steals your focus and yes to what fuels your soul. When your schedule respects your purpose, you don't just survive—you thrive. You can break free from the overwhelm and reclaim a life where purpose leads the way—not your runaway to-do list. Stay strong. Schedule what matters. The world won't crumble because you chose purpose over busyness. You'll stand taller and build a strong foundation. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 5. 4373764 God Isn't Just an Emergency ContactMost of us scramble for direction when life throws chaos or crisis our way. Emergencies, roadblocks, and sudden heartbreaks summon us to dial God like a divine 911. But what if I told you that God isn't just an emergency contact? What if He's not interested only in the blood and flood moments but wants in on your daily grind, your routine decisions, and your quiet hours? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Proverbs 4:11 hits us with this powerful promise: "I am guiding you in wisdom. And I am leading you to do what is right." This isn't a half-hearted, occasional check-in—it's a full-time, intentional leading by God's own wisdom, aiming at your good and what's right for you. Truth bomb: It's easy to outsource your direction to every guru, trend, or social media voice screaming for your attention. We get distracted trying to piece together our purpose from everyone but the One who authored our very lives. Yet God's whisper is steady beneath the noise if you choose to listen. The Bible is clear that God is intimately involved in the daily path you walk: Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." Isaiah 30:21 reminds us, "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'" And Jesus himself taught in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well," showing us that daily dependence on God's guidance sets everything else in order. It's not about what everyone else does, but what we do with God. The K.I.S.S. ~ God isn't just an emergency contact! Are you tuning into God's wisdom before launching into your day, or are you waiting until disruption forces your focus? When you invite God into the everyday—your work decisions, relationships, and even your quiet coffee moments—you gain a compass that cuts through confusion and guesswork. That's why Proverbs 4:11 is not just a feel-good verse; it's a call to stop treating God like a backup plan and start living with Him as your active Guide. You don't need to figure it all out alone or panic when storms come. God's wisdom isn't just for emergencies—it's the blueprint for right living, it's a lifestyle, and it's available every single day. So next time you're tempted to lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6 warns against this) or tune out God's voice in the noise, remember: God's got you. He's leading you—not just to survive the chaos but to do what is right in the moments you might otherwise overlook. You don't have to chase down every "how-to" out there because the ultimate Creator and Counselor is right there, ready to lead you step-by-step through the ordinary and the extraordinary. Tune in. Listen. Walk wisely. God's got you always! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 6. 4383763 Facing Secrets Before They Break YouSecrets in a marriage are like shadows—quiet, creeping, and often ignored until they loom too large to hide. They don't have to be explosive betrayals; sometimes they're the small, unspoken truths or hidden feelings that quietly erode trust and closeness. Facing secrets before they break you can feel like walking into a storm. But the real question isn't whether secrets exist—they always do—it's how you handle them before they unravel everything you've built together. Recently, a headline-grabbing moment at a Coldplay concert sparked whispers across social media: a billionaire owner caught in a Kiss Cam moment revealing an affair. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The private moment became a public spectacle, reminding us all that even the wealthiest and most powerful marriages harbor hidden struggles. But an affair is just one extreme example. In every marriage, secrets—or even small deceptions—can slowly chip away at the foundation. What do you do when you sense something is hidden in your marriage? When doubts gnaw at you but you don't yet have proof? The truth is, every couple faces shadows—unspoken fears, frustrations, or mistakes. It isn't the secret itself that destroys, but how we respond or react to it. Handling Secrets: It's Not the End of the World First, hear this loud and clear: suspicion or discovery of hidden truths doesn't have to mean the end. What does matter is what you do next. Your emotions might rage, your world might shatter, but your choices create the path forward—create your now. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create the path forward! Suppressing feelings or jumping to conclusions fuels toxicity. Fixating on blame without facts builds a wall that keeps you apart. Think of it like this—the way you handle your emotions alongside the facts shapes your marriage's future. 3 Moves to Reveal and Heal What's Hidden If you feel something's off, you don't have to wait in silence. Here are three intentional, practical moves you can take to uncover and address the hidden failures before they become deadly blows: 1. Choose Courage Over Avoidance—Start the Conversation Waiting won't make secrets less painful. It only gives them space to fester and grow roots. Reach out with calm honesty. Share what you're sensing without accusations—use "I feel" statements to avoid defensiveness. For example: "I've been feeling distant between us, and I want to understand what's going on so we can face it together." This opens a door rather than slamming it shut. 2. Focus on the Underlying Pain, Not Just the Secret Most secrets hide not just an action but a deeper wound—fear, loneliness, unmet needs, or shame. When your partner opens up, listen to the pain beneath the secret. Respond with empathy, not judgment. That breaks down barriers and encourages honest dialogue. "When it comes to secrets in a marriage, there is more to the story than the action itself!" ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Commit to Truth and Accountability—Together Secrets thrive in shadows, but they wither in daylight. Agree to a new pact of transparency and trust-building. Trust is earned. So, that might mean counseling, check-ins, or simply promising to be upfront about the feelings. Holding each other accountable creates space for healing, repair, and reconciliation. Hope Isn't Naïve—it's Strategy This isn't about denying the hurt or pretending everything's fine. It's about claiming your power to respond wisely—to channel raw emotions into constructive action. Whether the secret is an affair or a quieter breach of trust, it's possible to rebuild. It requires grit, humility, and above all, the refusal to give up. Remember: a marriage is not a perfect record of flawless days. It takes one to start and two messy, complicated human beings choosing to face their worst and best together to finish.  What's hidden can be a threat—but it can also be the beginning of a stronger, more genuine connection if you meet it head-on. You have the strength to handle this. Begin by choosing honesty, listening with heart, and insisting on shared truth. Facing what's hidden today can save your marriage tomorrow—that's how you turn what's hidden into what heals. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 7. 4393762 How to Fight for Your Child's FocusAttention is the hidden power behind learning, focus, and self-control. For parents, helping children understand how to pay attention isn't just about getting through homework or reading—it's teaching a skill that shapes the way they experience the world, turn distractions into focus, and tackle the challenges of life ahead; how to fight for your child's focus. Think about reading. Maybe your child eagerly picks up a book, but after a few sentences protests, "I'm bored." That moment isn't just about the book itself—it's about their mind wanting constant stimulation and having trouble sticking with slower, steady work. In today's digital world, this problem is only getting worse. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Our collective attention spans are shrinking. Thanks in large part to rapid-fire screen time, kids—and adults too—expect things to move at lightning speed. But the human mind processes information more slowly than these quick scene changes. After just 10 seconds of static content, we're ready to scroll or click again. Watch what your child consumes on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or movies. Notice how fast cuts and flashy effects come one after another. You might find yourself sucked in too, scanning rapidly from one reel to the next without stopping. This constant stimulus rewires young brains to crave more extreme, faster, louder input. The result? Their attention to what really matters—in school lessons, family conversations, or personal growth—dwindles. It's no surprise they say, "I'm bored." Their brains are conditioned to expect entertainment that does not require patience or mental effort to process. But attention isn't a given; it's a skill that needs practice and guidance beyond the screen. The K.I.S.S. ~ Provide practice and guidance beyond the screen! Without it, children will struggle to engage deeply, understand complex concepts, or develop persistence. These are precisely the skills that create success in school, relationships, and life beyond the screen. So what can we do as parents? Set clear, consistent limits on screen time—not just in quantity but in quality. Choose content with a slower pace or that encourages critical thinking, rather than passive consumption. Model focused attention for yourself. When your child sees you put your phone down, read, or fully engage in conversations, you're showing them what paying attention looks like. Practice short attention-building exercises. Start with brief reading sessions or mindfulness moments and gradually increase the length as your child builds stamina. Encourage activities that require sustained focus, like playing an instrument, sports, or crafts. These provide natural challenges to attention without screens. Talk about what attention really means. Explain that paying attention is like exercising a muscle—hard at first, but it gets stronger over time. Connect it to their goals, like finishing a book or understanding a new skill. Attention may not feel as flashy as the next viral video, but it's the backbone of learning and self-control. By teaching kids to slow down, resist distractions, and stick with what matters, parents are helping them build brains wired for success—not just a quick dopamine hit. Today's screen-driven world makes this more important than ever. It's up to us as parents to protect and grow this fundamental skill, setting our children up, not just to cope, but to thrive in the classroom, community, family, and all of life. "Be present. 8. 4403761 Say Yes to Grit!Talent feels like the golden ticket to success. We're told that natural ability is what sets winners apart—the ones who get ahead with ease while the rest just fall behind. But let's be real: talent alone won't get you to the top. The real reason some people rise when others quit is grit—the relentless, stubborn refusal to give up. Say yes to grit! Life doesn't pause for your dreams. Bills demand attention. Family needs your time. Work piles up. It's easy to get swallowed by responsibilities, and before you know it, you're abandoning what you said mattered most. Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here's the truth nobody likes to admit: responsibility is the price of ambition, not the excuse to quit. If you want to get to the top, you'll face distractions, drag, and pressure. The question is—will you keep going? Grit Beats Talent, Countless Times Over Talent gets your foot in the door. Grit kicks your door wide open and drags you through. There's always someone with more skill, more talent, or more raw ability. But most quit when the fight gets hard. Winners? They keep punching past every obstacle. The K.I.S.S. ~ Say yes to grit! Grit isn't some fluffy word. It's refusing to settle when everything inside says "stop." It's showing up every single day—even when your energy is drained and the path seems impossible. How to Say Yes to Grit Choose Hunger Your drive needs to come from a place deeper than fleeting motivation. It has to be a hunger that won't let you look away when times get tough. Commit to Consistency Talent can have off days. Grit never takes a day off. Hundreds of small wins stacked over time crush even the brightest flashes of talent that burn out too soon. Rise Every Time You Fall Failure isn't the end; it's the checkpoint. Those who rise after every knockdown are the ones who eventually win. Your Move Stop waiting for perfect conditions or some talent upgrade. Real success is brutal—requiring grit at your core. Own your story. Own the dirt, the setbacks, the relentless effort it takes every single day. Say yes to grit. Because that's the only ticket that truly works. No one owes you the top. But if you refuse to quit, you'll own your place there. "Be present. Be incredible. 9. 4413760 Make the Journey ClearYou want to live healthier. But "healthy living" isn't some vague, Pinterest-worthy dream. It's a demanding, real-life commitment that requires clarity about what you want, where you're headed, and how you're going to get there. And that comes when you make the journey clear. Yet, here's the kicker: life will throw curveballs. Work deadlines, family drama, unexpected setbacks—they all show up. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But that doesn't mean your goals have to get buried. Your job is to make the journey clear, own the season you're in, and push forward with purpose. The harsh truth? Without a clear path, a checklist, or a plan, you'll spin your wheels. You might "start a diet," "try a workout," or "drink more water" without seeing progress because you don't really know what exactly you want or how to bend your actions to your current reality. You stay stuck in what comes easy. You complain more than you take A.I.M. and let your season dictate your next steps. Of course, your season matters. But you have to connect it with your path. The K.I.S.S. ~ Establish your path! Even though there is a time for everything, you need to be able to work in the season you are in and figure a way to work with it, not against it. So, how do you establish your path in a season where life is messy but your goals can still thrive? 1. Define What Healthy Living Means for You Today Forget broad, generic goals like "eat better" or "work out more." Get specific and ruthless: What does a healthy life look like right now? What habits can you realistically implement given your energy, time, and resources? What are non-negotiable actions you can commit to this week that actually move the needle? Don't borrow someone else's definition of health. Maybe your "healthy" is walking 20 minutes 3x a week instead of running marathons. Maybe it's prepping breakfast and cutting back on soda. Whatever it is, make it personal, clear, and actionable. 2. Map Your Road—Set Your Destination and Mini Milestones If you don't know where you're going, every step feels random. Set a clear distinction: What is the result you want? Less fatigue? Fit into a specific outfit? Lower blood pressure? Then, break it down into bite-sized milestones. Month 1: Cut processed sugar by half Month 2: Add strength training twice a week Month 3: Improve sleep routine Having this roadmap gives you a sense of direction and control, even when chaos hits. It's fine-tuned for the season you're in—not some pie-in-the-sky fantasy. 3. Choose Your "How" With Realism—and Build in Flexibility Doing healthy living "right" isn't about rigid rules that fail as soon as life gets tough. How will you pursue your path so it fits your daily reality? What workouts can you do in 20 minutes or less? Which meal preps align with your cooking skills and schedule? How will you track wins and course-correct without judgment? Remember, your path is not a straight line. It bends with work, trips, family emergencies, and motivational dips. Flexibility isn't a weakness—it's a strategy. Your Healthy Life Is Waiting—If You Make the Journey Clear You can absolutely have the healthy life you want. But clarity is your weapon. When you know what you want, where you're headed, and how you'll get there—all tailored to the season you're living—your chances of progress skyrocket. Life will try to derail you. That's a given. But no one else gets to map your path or own your journey. And the battles? They're part of the process. The real win is refusing to wander aimlessly. Make your journey clear. Take the steps. Own your season. Your best healthy life isn't a someday goal. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 10. 4423759 But Keep Going...When your plate is overflowing and every day feels like a juggling act of impossibilities, it's easy to believe that the "other side" — the place where you live your dreams — is off limits. Like it's reserved for someone else with more time, more energy, or just better luck—but keep going when you can't see the finish line. Here's the truth nobody tells you: Success does not come from a one-time, social media post-worthy event in your life. It comes from not quitting when the chips don't fall where you had hoped. It comes from doing and not complaining. It comes from spearheading your drive from within your heart, rather than getting all caught up in your head. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Real success is forged in the daily grind, in the choices you make when you don't feel like pushing forward, when the world feels heavy, and your energy is running on empty. It's about showing up anyway. It's about doing when all your brain screams for you to quit. It's about leading your own drive from deep inside your heart — that resilient, quiet voice that refuses to let you settle for less than what you're capable of. The K.I.S.S. ~ But keep going! You'll have days when you want to give up. That's normal. But here's the deal: so long as you don't quit on yourself, you're still winning. Every step, no matter how small, gets you closer to the life you want, closer to your dream. Stop waiting for a perfect moment or a surge of motivation. Those are distractions. The only thing that moves the needle is consistency—grinding when it's hard, ignoring the noise in your head, and committing to your own journey of greatness even when the chips fall where they may. Remember this one unstoppable fact: You can do what you set your mind to. Not because it's easy, but because you refuse to let your story end where despair begins. So what if you keep going? Soon, you'll get there. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 11. 4433758 What Would Be Your First?Life often feels like a relentless whirlwind—flailing from one "urgent" task to the next, all while scrambling desperately to find balance. Yet, balance in the traditional sense rarely shows up. But what if the problem isn't balance itself, but control? What if you could organize yourself around what truly serves you—your goals, your dreams, your purpose? If so, the question is: What would be your first? Most people live caught up in the day-to-day grind so deeply that they lose sight of their destination. The dreams that once ignited their fire dim under deadlines, distractions, and doubt. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But make no mistake—if you are meant to do something, it can be done. The missing piece is not your ability; it's your motivation backed by a strategic plan designed to take you where you want to go. Look at Jannik Sinner from Italy and Iga Światek from Poland. Both dreamed of holding the Wimbledon trophy. But dreaming alone didn't get them there. It was endless hours of hard work, consistent effort, and patience paying off over time. This weekend, both claimed their place in history as their countries' first Wimbledon champions. These wins weren't handed to them—they earned them with grit and strategy. You don't have to be a world-class athlete to apply the same principles. It's time to live inside your dreams, as Jannik Sinner said, and commit to doing what it takes. The K.I.S.S. ~ Live inside your dreams! But how? What does that look like in your life?  Start with these three action steps: 1. Map Out Your 'Why' and Your Path Be laser clear about what you want and why it matters. If your goal is vague, your motivation will wane when progress stalls. Write down your dream in specific detail, then break it into smaller, manageable milestones. For example, if you want to start your own business, your "why" can ground you and keep your mind focused on the reason you want to do it. "Without clarity, your efforts scatter like leaves in the wind." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Build Daily Habits Around Your Goal  Success isn't an event; it's the sum of your repeated actions. Identify three daily or weekly habits that directly push you toward your milestones. If becoming a published author is your aim, dedicate time every day to writing—even if only 300 words. Consistency beats intensity every time. Habits create momentum, and momentum crushes overwhelm. Track your progress each week and adjust if needed to keep moving forward. 3. Lean Into Discomfort and Learn Fast  Growth happens outside your comfort zone. Expect setbacks and mistakes—they're the sign that you're pushing boundaries. When faced with obstacles, ask yourself: What lesson is here? How can I pivot and improve? For example, if you launch a marketing campaign that falls flat, use the data to tweak your message or targeting—not to quit. Adopt a mindset of solving problems rather than avoiding them. This resilience separates dreamers from achievers. In the end, nothing you want in life is guaranteed. Everything worth having demands courage, commitment, and clarity. It's your choice whether to keep drifting or to rise up and claim what you were created to do. So, what will be your first? Will it be writing that first page, cold-emailing your ideal client, sharing your story out loud, or simply deciding to show up every day with real intention? Your journey starts the moment you take that step. You've got everything you need to make this happen—now stop waiting and start moving.  Remember Sinner and Światek: the world, too, is ready for your first! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 12. 4443757 A Heavenly MindColossians 3:2 commands us to, "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." This simple yet powerful directive calls us to develop A Heavenly Mind—a mindset anchored not in the shifting sands of this world, but in the unchanging reality of God's eternal kingdom. It invites us to live with an eternal perspective that reshapes how we think, feel, and respond each day. If your mind is caught in the chaos of life's battles, it's time to redirect your thoughts and embrace the power of a mind fixed on what truly matters. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Setting your mind on things above isn't just about dreaming of heaven; it's about thinking heaven right here and now. To set your affections on things above means placing your thoughts, emotions, and will firmly on God's reality. It's not about avoiding life on earth, but about seeing life through the lens of eternity, God's way. When your perspective is eternal, earthly troubles lose their grip, and your priorities shift toward what truly lasts. Here's the hard truth: most battles believers fight happen inside the mind. When wrong motives, bitterness, evil intentions, or negative thought patterns infect your mind, they derail your focus and pull you off course. Left unchecked, these forces drive your thoughts into dangerous territory and keep you stuck in defeat or confusion. Yet, you are called to have a heavenly mind! The K.I.S.S. ~ A Heavenly mind! That's why renewing your mind daily with God's Word is non-negotiable. Meditation is more than a quiet moment; it's a spiritual workout. Hold tight to key scriptures. Remind yourself of God's goodness. Speak the truth of Jesus' blood over your memories, wounds, and spirit. This is how your mind thrives and grows strong. It's all about walking every day God's way! Take intentional moments today to pray over your mind. Every time a challenge comes at you, don't just react. Instead, speak out over your situation with faith-based declarations—claim your victory before you see it. The mind that fixes itself on God's promises operates from spiritual authority, not worry or fear. Finally, focus your attention on faithful intentions. Let your heart and mind align with what is true, noble, and right. When your mind is anchored in heaven, your life on earth gains clarity, strength, and peace that no circumstance can steal. You've got one mind—make it heavenly. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 13. 4453756 With the Best of IntentionsMarriage is hard. That's the unvarnished truth. But it can also be incredible—deep, rewarding, and wildly fulfilling. But here's the catch: most couples don't realize that the key to a strong marriage isn't just in what you do, but how you do it. And that "how" has to come with the best of intentions. Too often, what drives interactions between partners isn't goodwill but defense. It's a silent scoreboard where each quietly aims to win or at least not lose. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com You hold back, you guard your words, you strike first in the battle of "who's right," all because losing feels like the end of the world. But let me be clear—this mindset never wins in a marriage, no matter how "right" you think you are. Instead, it chips away at trust and love, leaving wounds too deep to heal quickly. So, how does one shift from the battlefield mentality to intentional, sincere partnership? It starts with using your words and actions with the best possible intentions.  The K.I.S.S. ~ Bring intention back into your marriage! That doesn't mean being naive or pretending everything is perfect. It means the following: Choosing love over ego Connection over winning Growth over blame Here are three things any partner can do to bring intention back into marriage: Speak to Connect, Not to Correct We all want to be heard. But the instant we start framing our words as accusations or demands, the other partner goes on the defensive. Instead, lead conversations from a place of curiosity and care. Ask questions, listen more than you talk, and assume the best in your partner—even when it's hard. Your goal isn't to score a point; it's to deepen understanding. Act with Awareness and Empathy Intentions show up in actions just as much as words. Before responding, reacting, or making decisions, pause. Ask yourself: What does my partner need right now? How can I make this moment better, not worse? Small gestures—offering help, holding space, saying "I see you"—can rewrite the story of your day and your relationship when done thoughtfully. But be careful not to do it out of spite. That's when the ego shows up! Choose Solutions Over Defensiveness When conflict arises, don't let pride or the need to be "right" steer your actions. Instead, team up to find answers. Remember, you're in this together, not opponents in a duel. Approach problems with "how can we fix this?" instead of "who caused this?" Shifting from blame to solutions builds resilience and trust. Marriage is not automatic. It demands initiative and intention every single day. Without that, your relationship drifts into a bland routine, becoming a placeholder rather than a partnership worth fighting for. So ask yourself—if your marriage just exists without purpose, what's the point of being married at all? Take AIM: Act with Intent, Intuition, and Mindfulness for your marriage. Make choices that serve the whole, not just yourself. Speak words that heal, act in ways that nurture, and handle conflicts with a desire to build—not break down. With the best of intentions, marriage doesn't just survive—it thrives. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 14. 4463755 The Power of NoParenting today is not the easiest. There are many different approaches that the world encourages, ranging from letting the kids rule the roost to old-style harsh punishment. Regardless of where you fall on the spectrum, one size does not fit all. It takes a dash of this and a sprinkle of that to raise a well-balanced child. And that includes using the power of No. Think of it this way: If a child always gets what they want, where is the lesson? Saying No isn't about control or punishment—it's about teaching your child that the world doesn't revolve around them, and life comes with limits and boundaries. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Without this, children risk growing up entitled or ill-prepared for the real world. One Size Does Not Fit All—Know Your Child Parenting is not a cookie-cutter effort. Each child has a unique personality and temperament. What works perfectly for one won't necessarily work for another. As James Dobson wrote, "The heart of parenting is creating an environment where children learn to make good choices"—and sometimes that environment needs a clear No. If you stick rigidly to only one approach—whether it's unyielding discipline or permissiveness—you risk pushing your child into rebellion or reliance on you for every decision. When children learn that they can override boundaries through persistence or manipulation, they begin to take control instead of you leading the way. Adaptability Is Your Secret Weapon "Parenting is a daily chess match. You must read the situation, the child's mood, and the bigger picture. Complacency is your enemy. An effective parent is intentional, strategic, and consistent in setting limits while showing love." ~ Kristianne Wargo The power of No doesn't mean you say No to every whim. It means you are deliberate—sometimes gentle, sometimes firm—always clear about expectations and consequences, good or bad. "Boundaries, after all, aren't walls; they are guardrails that help your child navigate safely and confidently through life." ~ Kristianne Wargo Don't be afraid to use No as a parenting tool. The K.I.S.S. ~ Use No! 3 Things to Keep in Mind When Using the Power of No Make Your No Clear, Calm, and Consistent Children need predictability. If you say No one day and Yes the next on the same issue, they will test limits endlessly. As Dr. Dobson emphasizes, consistency is the key to effective parenting. Your calm but firm No sets the expectation and builds trust—your child knows where they stand. Explain the Why Behind the No Children aren't mind readers. Simply saying "No" without context breeds confusion or frustration. Take a moment to explain the reason behind the boundary in simple terms. For example: "No, you can't have candy now because it's almost dinner time, and we want you to be hungry for healthy food." This teaches decision-making and patience. Yet, there are times when No is enough! So, don't back down when 'No' needs to be just 'No'! Balance No with Empathy and Alternatives Saying No doesn't mean shutting your child down. Acknowledge their feelings—"I know you really want that toy"—and then offer a choice or an alternative—"Maybe we can save for it and get it next month, or pick a smaller toy today." This respects the child's emotions while maintaining your authority. Boundaries Protect and Prepare The power of No is not about being the "bad guy." It's about setting boundaries that protect your child physically and emotionally. Boundaries build character—helping them learn limits, responsibility, and respect for others. Children who grow up without clear limits may struggle with impulse control or entitlement later in life. In the words of parenting expert James Dobson, "Children need to be firmly and fairly guided toward self-control." The power of No, wielded wisely, plants the seeds for that self-control, well beyond childhood. Final Thought Your job as a parent is to stay adaptable, intentional, and clear. Say No when it counts. Teach your child that life isn't about getting everything they want but learning how to navigate challenges with resilience and respect. You're not just raising a child—you're raising an adult. No boundaries? You risk raising a child unprepared to face the real world. "The power of No is a tool—not to break your child's spirit—but to build their strength." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 15. 4473754 Embrace the StruggleStruggle is the silent companion of every worthwhile dream, the unseen force shaping your journey toward success. If you want to create something meaningful, you have to embrace the struggle—not run from it. It's messy, uncomfortable, and relentless, but it's also where growth happens and breakthroughs are born. The question isn't if you'll face challenges; it's how you choose to meet them. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here's the hard-knock truth: Struggling is not a sign you're off track. It's proof you're on the frontlines of growth. Most people give up when the going gets tough—because struggle is uncomfortable. And it is. But successful people don't avoid struggle. They lean into it because that's where results are found. Why You Should Stop Fighting the Struggle and Start Embracing It Struggle means you're pushing boundaries. It means there is something valuable on the other side. Every breakthrough in business and life comes after wrestling with challenges. The first client who didn't respond. The pitch that fell flat. The content that didn't connect. Each of those struggles is an investment, paving the way for greatness. When you embrace the struggle, you regain your power. You shift from feeling victimized to becoming a warrior. You stop asking "Why me?" and start asking "What next?" The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the struggle! How to Embrace the Struggle Without Being Overwhelmed Name Your Resistance Identify what's holding you back—fear, distraction, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. Acknowledge it every day and don't let it control your schedule or self-worth. Set Realistic Micro-Goals When the goal feels overwhelming, focus on the next small step. Micro-wins build momentum and demonstrate that struggle is manageable. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Be Honest with Your Progress Not every day will be a victory. Some days require hard work. Accept this. Track what's effective and what's just busywork. Cut out the fluff. Create a Consistent Routine Develop habits that keep you steady through challenges. Whether it's writing for 20 minutes before breakfast or making one outreach call daily—make persistence part of your daily rhythm. Remember, You're Not Alone Everyone who has accomplished big things has faced a struggle. Surround yourself with people who understand and will help push you forward. Your Next Step The next time you find yourself thinking, "Why is this so hard?" recognize it as a sign you're growing. Stop wishing the struggle would disappear. Instead, face it head-on and say, "Let's keep moving." Because on the other side of struggle? Freedom. Impact. The satisfaction of moving forward despite obstacles. You're ready. Go and create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 16. 4483753 Why Not Make It Your Fresh Start?Life's daily chaos has a sneaky way of crushing our health goals before they even get a chance to grow. Meetings pile up. Projects demand more. Family, friends, and deadlines pull at every minute. Meanwhile, your well-being gets pushed to the back burner. If you're eyeing the clock as it ticks toward the last six months of the year, why not make it your fresh start? Not next January, not when you "have time," but right now. Because here's the truth: your health is your real wealth. Without it, everything else falls apart. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Science Behind a Fresh Start Researchers have identified what's called the "fresh start effect." It's why gyms flood with new faces every January, packed with people fired up to change. But fresh starts aren't bound to January 1st. They're tied to clear moments that split your life into "before" and "after." That moment can be anything: the first day of the week, the kickoff of a new project, or even a sunny Monday morning. You don't need to wait for the calendar to hand you that moment—you can create your now. And here's how: Engineer Your Healthy Reset. The K.I.S.S. ~ Engineer your healthy reset! You don't need a dramatic overhaul or grand gestures. The most powerful fresh starts come from simple, deliberate shifts that signal to your brain: It's time for change. Create your now. Pick a clear marker: Maybe it's Monday morning, or the day you finish reading this. Mark it in your calendar or journal. This is the first decision. Start small but meaningful: Clean out your kitchen junk drawer, prep meals for a few days, or set a specific, doable goal like "I will drink 8 glasses of water every day this week." It's not about the big stuff; it's the little stuff repeated. Create a ritual: Light a candle before your workout, put on a favorite song as you prepare your healthy snacks, or write a quick note to yourself about why health matters. Do something that keeps your why alive. Reset your environment: Rearrange your workout space or stock your fridge with fresh whole foods to reinforce the change. Dump all the processed crap and give yourself permission to feel good! The Power Is in the Repeat Fresh starts aren't a one-off thing—you can engineer these moments again and again. Reset weekly, monthly, or whenever life's been too much and your health took a hit. The key is to mark new beginnings that pull you forward, rather than letting momentum slip away. Your Health, Your Future Remember, health isn't something you "figure out" someday — it's the foundation under everything you want to do and be. Without it, even the best plans falter. So right now, as you step into a new half-year ahead, consider this your personal springboard. A chance to finally stop letting the chaos win and take control of your well-being. No excuses, no delay. Your fresh start isn't waiting for the perfect moment. It's waiting for your move. Make that first step count. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 17. 4493752 Stay in RhythmIf you are doing what you were created to do and being who you were created to be, one truth demands your attention: you must find a way to stay in rhythm. Life is brutally complicated. Every day throws curveballs—distractions, setbacks, doubts, and noise designed to throw you off course. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the real deal: complexity is inevitable, but chaos isn't. You don't have to let the swirl of life's complications dismantle your forward motion. The secret weapon? Staying in rhythm. What does that mean, exactly? It means showing up consistently, doing the work that feeds your purpose, and not letting what doesn't work pull you into frustration or give you excuses to quit. Rhythm is the steady beat beneath the chaos—a pulse you set, unshaken by external noise. The K.I.S.S. ~ Stay in rhythm! You were created for more than surviving the chaos. You were created to move forward, to build, create, and serve in your unique way. But if you stop moving—if you lose your rhythm because something got hard or because results aren't immediate—you hand your power to the very obstacles you should be overcoming. Staying in rhythm isn't about perfection. It's about persistence. It's about finding the groove where your actions and intentions line up and repeating that again and again, no matter how small the progress feels. It's in this steady cadence that momentum grows, clarity sharpens, and results start to stack. So don't let the things that don't work define your story. Identify what moves the needle for you—your unique method, your signature actions—and recommit to those. Cut out the noise. Align daily steps to your purpose, then keep the beat going. Remember: epic success is won in seasons of repetition, not bursts of sporadic effort. When you stay in rhythm, you don't just survive—you thrive. You are built to do this. Now the question is—will you keep the rhythm going? Stay in rhythm. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 18. 4503751 Don't Play Down — Play Up!Too often, we get caught in the trap of responding to the world's expectations instead of leading with our own strengths. It's a subtle yet costly mistake that can leave us feeling disconnected, frustrated, and stuck playing a role that's beneath our true potential. No wonder so many feel like they're swimming upstream or chasing their tails—the script is flipped. We're not showing up as our best selves; instead, we're shrinking down to fit someone else's mold. Don't play down — play up! What if you flipped the script? What if, instead of reacting to external noise or fitting into others' expectations, you leaned into your unique strengths and played up to the level you know you can own? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Imagine the shift in mindset: You acknowledge what you bring to the table. You recognize that you don't need to "dumb it down," shrink your ambitions, or silence your big ideas just to fit in. Instead, you take bold action from the confident place of your own expertise, talents, and vision. How would your attitude change? You'd step into every room with more confidence, knowing you belong there—not just tolerated, but prized. You'd communicate with clarity because you value what you have to say, instead of fearing judgment or rejection. You'd attract opportunities aligned with your true abilities, not settling for crumbs because you don't believe you deserve more. When you change your thoughts—when you decide to raise your own standards—you change your attitude. And with your attitude upgraded, your actions follow new rules. Maybe it's time to follow new rules! The K.I.S.S. ~ Follow new rules! 3 Bold Moves to Play to Your Level (Not Down to Others') Own Your Expertise, Loud and Proud Stop apologizing for your knowledge or watering down your message. Whether you're a coach, creator, or consultant, the moment you own your unique insights without hesitation, you create magnetic authority. Speak your truth with conviction, even if it feels bold or uncomfortable. Remember: Clarity cuts through noise faster than vague humility. Set Boundaries That Protect Your Energy and Vision Playing down often happens when we dilute ourselves to please or avoid conflict. Instead, get ruthless with your boundaries. Choose who and what you engage with based on whether it supports your growth. Guard your time, your ideas, your mental space. When you respect your own limits, others will respect you more—and you'll operate on your terms. Raise Your Standards, Then Show Up Consistently High performance doesn't mean perfection. It means not settling for less than the impact you're capable of delivering. Commit to delivering value that reflects your level of dedication and talent every single time, even if it's imperfect. Consistent, high-standard action accelerates your momentum and builds trust—not just externally but within yourself. Here's your brutal truth: The world isn't going to lower its bar for you. But you can stop lowering yours for the world. Start playing up to your level today. Your mind will sharpen. Your attitude will soar. Your actions will follow—and everything starts to change. You've got clarity. Now go prove it to yourself. "Be present. Be incredible. 19. 4513750 Give No FootholdIn the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's all too easy to slip into patterns shaped by the world's standards—standards that often conflict with the path God has for us. However, we are told to "give no foothold to the devil" (Ephesians 4:27, NIV), urging us, as believers, to stand firm and resist compromise. But what does that mean in practical, daily living? How do we stay rooted in God's will when the world pulls us in every other direction? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Battle for Our Hearts is Real Ephesians 4:25-28 sets a powerful foundation: "So each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body. 'In your anger do not sin': Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold. Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need." This passage is not just about avoiding obvious sin—it's about actively closing the doors through which the enemy can enter. Anger unresolved, lies told, laziness, or selfishness create cracks in our spiritual armor, footholds for discouragement, temptation, and division. What Does "Give No Foothold" Look Like Every Day? Guard your heart and mind. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us: "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." The world constantly feeds us messages that encourage bitterness, anxiety, envy, and distraction. These are the "footholds" that let fear and doubt into your life. Regular prayer, scripture meditation, and fellowship keep your soul fortified. Be persistent in listening to God. God's voice may not always be loud or immediate, but it's steady and sure. Jesus says in John 10:27, "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me." Open your heart daily to God's guidance, whether through His Word, prayer, or the gentle nudging of the Holy Spirit. Act boldly in your faith. The world thrives on us playing it safe or conforming. But Scripture calls us to be courageous. Joshua 1:9 commands, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Boldness flips the script, showing the world a faith unshaken by circumstance. Walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7 hits the core truth: "For we live by faith, not by sight." When life feels unpredictable and your next steps unclear, trust the unseen hand of God. Faith is the daily engine that resists the world's pull and moves forward in obedience. The K.I.S.S. ~ Give no foothold! When You Stop Giving Foothold, You Gain Freedom The enemy longs for just a tiny crack—an unresolved grudge, a moment of doubt, a "little" compromise—to start an invasion in your heart. But when you refuse to yield that small foothold, you stop the destructive cycle and reclaim ground in your spirit. Living this way means you're not at the mercy of the world's standards or pressures. Instead, you're anchored in a relationship with the God who directs your steps: You replace bitterness with truth and love. You swap anger for grace and closure. You choose action over apathy. You stand on the rock of God's promises when waves rise high. Your Next Step: Give No Foothold Ask yourself: Where am I tempted to give the enemy an entry point? What worldly standard am I letting dictate my decisions? Where do I need a stronger connection with God's voice? The answer is not to retreat in fear but to step forward with boldness and persistence in faith. Your God is faithful and mighty. He has led you this far and will not abandon you now. Remember: "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand." — Ephesians 6:13 Stand firm. Create your now. Let each day be a choice to give no foothold—only wholehearted trust and obedience to where God is leading. "Be present. Be incredible. 20. 4523749 Drawing Closer When You Least Expect ItYou want to jumpstart a new era of intimacy in your marriage. Yet, you don't want the same old date nights or "try harder" pep talks. You want real. Something that changes the way you move through life together, drawing closer when you least expect it.  So, what do you think it is? Honestly, it's not something you can buy at a store or order online that comes in a sneaky, unnamed box. It's not about more counseling or coaching. It's not about scheduling time together, even though that's important. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's all about praying together. Prayer with your spouse is not about ticking off a spiritual checklist or repeating empty phrases. It's soul-level talk — unfiltered, raw, and honest — that brings your deepest desires, fears, and hopes into the light. It's the kind of connection that cuts through the noise and the daily grind. When I think about fireworks for your marriage, you cannot leave out praying together. The K.I.S.S. ~ Pray together! When you pray together, something powerful shifts: Your desires come to the surface. What you really want—not just the surface stuff—starts to take shape. And suddenly, those desires aren't just yours anymore; they're shared. You become instant allies. Instead of feeling like two separate puzzle pieces struggling to fit, you're moving in the same direction. Your hearts line up. Unexpected gratitude emerges. You'll find yourself recognizing blessings and strengths in each other you'd missed in the chaos. This isn't about praying for a miracle (though those happen, too). It's about creating space for honest emotional intimacy that no couples' therapy or date night can manufacture overnight. Imagine this: just five minutes a day, eyes closed or held tightly, asking God together to guide your hearts. What could happen to your marriage if you made that a non-negotiable? Would the distance between you begin to shrink? Would the walls come down, and vulnerability flood in? If your marriage feels stuck, lukewarm, or even disconnected, praying together may be the ignition switch you didn't know was waiting under the hood. It's bold. It's simple. And it works because it's beyond you—it invites God, who is outside your arguments, schedules, and distractions, to pull you closer. So here's your challenge: stop trying harder. Start praying together. Watch as your connection deepens when you least expect it—and how it changes everything. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 21. 4533748 The Heart of IndependenceThe 4th of July is more than fireworks and barbecues. It's a powerful reminder of the freedom we enjoy—a freedom hard-won and fiercely protected. But what does freedom truly mean if not the ability to gather with the ones we love—the Heart of Independence? In the chaos and rush of daily life, freedom reveals its greatest value when we spend it alongside family. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Family is our first community, our support system, our shelter in storms, and the source of our deepest joy. Celebrating Independence Day as a family is powerful because it connects us not just to a nation's ideals, but to each other—strengthening bonds that fuel resilience and happiness. The Heart of Independence is family, freedom, and fierce connection. So, on this Independence Day, celebrate freedom together! The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate freedom together! Three Ways Families Can Celebrate Freedom Together Find ways to connect on a more intimate level. When you let freedom ring, you let love shine. Here are three meaningful ways your family can embrace the greatest gift of freedom—being together—and make this 4th of July unforgettable. 1. Create New Traditions That Reflect Your Unique Story Freedom means choosing how you live and who you become. Every family has its own culture, quirks, and ways of connecting. Whether it's a special recipe passed down for your holiday feast, a backyard picnic under the stars, or storytelling about your ancestors' journeys, crafting your own traditions builds lasting memories and a sense of belonging. This is your time to own what family means to you. 2. Disconnect to Reconnect In a world buzzing with screens and distractions, true freedom lies in undistracted presence. Switch off phones, gadgets, and social media for a few hours. Play board games, tell stories, or watch the fireworks together. This focused attention is a radical gift—one that says: You matter. Your story matters. When families unplug, they tune in to what really counts: each other. 3. Serve Together Freedom is also responsibility—the responsibility to give back and protect what we love. Volunteer as a family at a local charity, clean up a park, or participate in community events. Acts of service remind us that freedom is collective, not just individual. Teaching children the value of contributing to something bigger tightens family bonds while inspiring a shared purpose rooted in gratitude and care. The True Fireworks Are Found in Togetherness Celebrate this Independence Day by recognizing that the freedom to be a family, to support and love one another, is the deepest liberty of all. Fireworks light up the sky, but it's the light in your family's eyes—the laughter, the hugs, the shared stories—that truly ignites the spirit of freedom. This July 4th, don't just mark a holiday. Mark a moment. Build your family's living legacy of freedom through connection, presence, and service. Because there is no greater celebration than being free to love and be loved just as you are. Fireworks of the Heart by Kristianne Wargo Freedom is a spark— not just flags that wave or songs we sing, but the quiet pulse at day's end, when hands find hands, and voices blend. It's laughter spilling into night, around the fire's glow, eyes bright, where stories weave through whispered air, and every soul knows someone cares. Independence isn't just a date, it's choosing love beyond the gate. It's fierce connection, wild and true, a bond that breaks through fear's dark blue. Family—our first fireworks display, exploding colors, bright array, each burst a moment we belong, a heart that beats, stubborn and strong. So here's to freedom's truest flame: the ties that bind, no one can tame. In every hug, in every cheer, the greatest fireworks light us here. "Be present. Be incredible. The finish line isn't your enemy—it's just not the priority right now. You are right around the corner from progress. One step ahead is closer than you think. Instead of trying to leap that gap in one giant jump, narrow your focus to what's right in front of you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Just one more step! One Step Is All It Takes Don't overthink it. Don't spiral into perfectionism or overwhelm. Just move. One small, intentional action at a time. Maybe it's sending that one email. Making that phone call. Writing that paragraph. Cleaning that corner. One step lays the foundation for the next, and the next after that. Where you are right now is not your forever—unless you let your head convince you otherwise. The moment you take that next step, you chip away at the doubt. You break free from the stuck place. You prove to yourself you can move forward, even if it's just a little. You Are Built for More Every epic success story you admire isn't the product of one grand moment. It's the sum of thousands of small steps taken consistently in the same direction. The person who "made it" didn't wait for some perfect moment—they made the moment by refusing to quit. This isn't about perfection. It's about persistence. About showing up. About the belief that your dream, your vision, your purpose is worth fighting for. So hang in there. When your mind screams, "I can't," shout back, "Just one more step." When you're exhausted, remember why you started. When doubt creeps in, choose action over analysis. Your Next Move Is Here Don't get paralyzed by what's left. Don't drown in the big picture. You don't have to conquer it all at once. You don't even have to have all the answers right now! You only need to do what's right in front of you, right now. That's it. One step. Then the next. Then another. Keep moving forward—because your impact is waiting just beyond that next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 23. 4553746 Search for the JoyHow many times have you decided that this time is going to be different when it comes to your health? We stumble over failures and focus on what we can't have, only to find ourselves in a messy pile of what didn't work. You find what you look for; so—search for the joy! Healthy living is not a punishment. But why do we make it just that? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Far too often, we approach wellness like it's a punishment for past mistakes or some awful chore to endure. But healthy living is not about deprivation or martyrdom. It's a vibrant way of life designed to sustain your well-being, so you can be who you were created to be — energized, clear, and ready to impact the world you touch. When joy leads your choices, healthy habits become gifts, not grudges. The Cost of Choosing Well Make no mistake: living well does come with a cost. It demands commitment, awareness, and sometimes surrendering instant gratification for long-term gain. But what if the cost was balanced by joy — the fuel that propels you forward instead of weighing you down? You don't have to endure health like a grind. You get to search for the joy in your decisions. The K.I.S.S. ~ Search for the joy! That sounds like so much more fun than the drudgery of losing weight or striving to stay on a "diet". Here are three ways to search for the joy: 1. Celebrate Small Wins as Joyful Victories Stop waiting for a dramatic transformation to feel good about your progress. Every healthy meal choice, every extra five minutes of movement, every moment of mindfulness is a win. Celebrate them. Give yourself a mental high-five. "Joy grows when you appreciate the small steps — not just the finish line." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Make Movement a Playdate, Not Punishment Exercise doesn't have to be torture. Find a way to move that lights you up — dancing, hiking, biking, swimming, or even playing with your kids or pets. When movement is playful and joyful, it's sustainable. It becomes a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what it can't. 3. Infuse Your Plate with Colors You Love Healthy eating isn't about bland salads or boring meals. It's about nourishing your body with flavors and colors that excite your senses. Experiment with fresh herbs, vibrant veggies, and spices that spark joy. Eat for the season. Cooking can be creative, fun, and an act of self-love — not a daily chore. Life Is a Search for Joy Your life doesn't have to be about drudgery or sacrifice. You can carve out a beautiful existence full of health, happiness, and impact. But it starts with a choice and a mindset shift: Stop hunting for what's wrong, tough, or impossible. Start searching for the joy in what's possible, good, and nourishing. You get to create a health journey that feels like a gift every step of the way. The joy you seek is already there — waiting for you to notice. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 24. 4563745 Honor Your BeautyYou're hustling. You're grinding. You're carrying the weight of the world, your family, your community, and your dreams all at once. Some days, it feels like you're running on empty—and honestly, the last thing on your mind is to honor your beauty. I get it. When exhaustion hits, when the endless to-dos and pressures pull at every ounce of your energy, self-care often feels like a luxury you can't afford—not a priority, not a mindset, not even a thought. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But let me be real with you: Your beauty is your power. And when you ignore that, when you let it slide beneath layers of exhaustion and "just keep going," you don't just lose confidence—you lose the fuel that lights your fire, the aspect of yourself that makes everything else possible. You Are So Much More Than Your To-Do List You are not just a checklist survivor or a role filler. You are a radiant force. Beautiful in your scars, in your sweat, in your relentless commitment to rise. When you honor your beauty, you're doing more than admiring your reflection. You are telling yourself: I matter. I am whole. I am worthy—exactly as I am. I have something incredible to offer the world. This is not fluff. It's the foundation of showing up like a boss in your life and business every day. Exhausted? Good. That Means You're Alive—and Beautifully Human. Being worn doesn't make you less. It makes you real. Amid burning deadlines, midnight worries, and endless roles, your beauty is that steady heartbeat beneath it all. It's in: The kindness you give your family when you'd rather shut down. The sweat on your brow when you push through doubt. The quiet courage it takes to dream big when the noise says "give up." Honoring your beauty means carving out a moment—just a moment—to say, "I see you. I appreciate you," to the tired warrior in the mirror. The K.I.S.S. ~ Honor your beauty! Confidence Starts With Recognition You don't need to wait for a perfect hair day, a fancy outfit, or a vacation to feel beautiful. Confidence is an inside job. It starts with seeing your beauty exactly where you are: raw, authentic, imperfect, and unstoppable. When you honor your beauty, you don't just lift your spirits—you empower your decisions, boost your creativity, and invite success to meet you where you stand. Your Next Move Today, no matter how worn or overwhelmed you feel, stop and honor your beauty: Take a deep breath and look in the mirror. Speak words of truth to yourself: "I am beautiful. I am enough." Celebrate the wins—big or small—that got you here today. Set a non-negotiable boundary that protects your energy and your confidence. Remember: your beauty isn't just something you wear. It's what you give. Bottom Line: You are a walking, breathing masterpiece—crafted not by ease, but by endurance. By honoring your beauty, you recharge your soul and step into your day with the confidence to make your mark. Ignore this at your own risk: your power, your impact, your dreams need you—whole, honored, and undeniably beautiful. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
