  1. 3853816 Just Commitment And The Right MovesStarting roughly in your 30s, your body starts losing muscle mass every year. This isn't a cosmetic problem—it's a quality of life issue. Less muscle means lower strength, reduced mobility, slower metabolism, and a higher risk of injury and chronic illness. Muscle isn't optional; it's essential if you want to keep living actively and fiercely. All it takes is just commitment and the right moves. So, how do you build muscle? And how do you do it right, especially if fat is more of your story right now? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Core: Muscle Comes From Protein and Stimulus Muscle growth relies on two things—breaking down muscle fibers through resistance training and feeding those fibers the right nutrients to repair and grow stronger. Protein is your raw material. Without enough protein, your efforts at the gym or with bodyweight moves won't yield results. What Nutrition Builds Muscle? Nothing magical here—it's about enough quality protein, combined with balanced carbs and fats. Protein: Aim for about 1.2 to 2.0 grams per kilogram of body weight daily, depending on your training intensity. Sources like lean meats, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, and protein powders work. Carbs: Don't fear carbs—they fuel your workouts and recovery. Think whole grains, fruits, and veggies. Fats: Healthy fats support hormones that regulate muscle growth—avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil. Fat Loss and Muscle Gain: How Do You Shift the Ratio? First, fat does not directly turn into muscle. That's science fiction. What actually happens is you lose fat and gain muscle separately. The key principle is body recomposition: Caloric balance: To lose fat, you need a slight calorie deficit. But to gain muscle, you need enough nutrients. The trick is cycling your calories and macros strategically. Training: Resistance training is your fat-burning, muscle-building engine. Patience: Fat loss and muscle gain happen on different timelines. Focus on consistency over quick fixes. The K.I.S.S. ~ Commit and move! What are you doing now? In order to make a change, you need to know where you are starting from. All too often, we get stuck in the outcome and forget the importance of knowing what is and what is not! Where to Start? The 3 Focus Areas That Actually Move the Needle Move with Purpose Build muscle by engaging in resistance training 3–4 times a week. It doesn't require a gym membership; bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or weights at home work fine. Focus on compound movements that hit multiple muscle groups—think squats, push-ups, rows, and deadlifts. Eat Enough Protein, Regularly Make protein your main priority at every meal. Don't just "eat clean"—eat smart. Spread your protein intake throughout the day to fuel muscle repair and growth. Track Progress, Adjust, Repeat Don't guess. Track your training, nutrition, and body changes. If you're not gaining strength and muscle or losing fat, you need to adjust your meals, workouts, or recovery. Consistency and feedback beats motivation every time. Bottom line: Muscle loss isn't inevitable—it's a choice you get to refuse. Build strength, fuel your body, and reclaim your quality of life. No fluff, no shortcuts—just commitment and the right moves. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 2. 3863815 Celebrate Today's JoysToo often, we let the shadow of what might happen tomorrow steal the sunshine of today. Fear of the unknown, worries about future setbacks, or anxieties over "what ifs" take up residence in our minds—and in doing so, they rob us of moments worth celebrating right now. So celebrate today's joys.  Because life isn't waiting, you don't get a replay of today's joy tomorrow. If you don't celebrate the wins you have today, you're losing ground. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Fear is a natural reaction. It's a survival mechanism programmed into us to anticipate and avoid danger. But when fear anchors you in "what if this goes wrong," it becomes an excuse to delay gratitude, celebration, and even progress. It's a trap. And your business, your mindset, and even your happiness pay the price. So, how do you break out of this fear loop and start celebrating the moments you've been given? Start simple. Acknowledge the wins, however small. The client who said yes. The post that got engagement. The morning you woke up without hitting snooze once. These are not trivial—they are proof you're moving forward. Shift your mindset from "waiting for the perfect moment" to "creating moments worth savoring now." No business success, no breakthrough, no major payday comes without a trail of small victories. Celebrate those moments as milestones, not just stepping stones. And if you catch yourself stuck thinking about all the ways things might fall apart? Interrupt that thought with a question: What good is a worry if I'm missing the joy that's here? Worry doesn't build your life—it only distracts from action. The K.I.S.S. ~ Celebrate today's joys! Here's what happens when you make celebration non-negotiable: It trains your brain to notice progress instead of setbacks. It builds momentum through positive reinforcement. It fuels motivation to take the next bold step. It cultivates resilience, so fear loses its grip. The bottom line? Life is happening right now—messy, unpredictable, and imperfect. Waiting for fear to disappear before you celebrate is one of the quickest ways to stay stuck. Celebrate today's joys because you deserve to feel success now. Celebrate because it strengthens your courage to face tomorrow's challenges. Celebrate because joy is a muscle—you have to use it to grow it. Don't let fear steal the glory of now. Own your wins, soak up the good, and keep moving forward. When you do, you're not just surviving—you're building the confident, unstoppable foundation and honoring who you are becoming in life. Now go on—find one thing to celebrate today and create your now. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3. 3873814 The Score Does Not MatterIn a world obsessed with metrics, likes, followers, promotions, or dollar signs, it's easy to get trapped measuring your worth by numbers you don't control. But here's the truth no one tells you loud enough: The score does not matter; the win does. What's the difference?  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The score is the snapshot of progress, often shallow and fleeting—the social proof, the paycheck, the applause. The win is the deep-rooted success that comes from showing up, breaking your limits, and moving forward even when the scoreboard reads zero. It's your transformation lived out, not just counted. At some point, you face a choice: will you let setbacks and scores define you, or will you respond deliberately to build the life you crave? Because if you don't steer that ship, habit takes over—and your habits are often the invisible blockers holding you back from everything you want. Forget the numbers. Do what it takes to win. The K.I.S.S. ~ Do what it takes to win! Did you watch the NFL game on Sunday night with the Baltimore Ravens and the Buffalo Bills? Sixteen points were put on the board in 4 minutes!! Crazy? YES!!  If you weren't one who watched the game and someone just told you who won, it wouldn't matter. But if you watched the game only to see that the Ravens were winning until these sixteen points were made in 4 minutes, you would be amazed at the final score, 40 to 41. The Buffalo Bills won!! Here are three powerful moves to stop focusing on the score and start winning every single day. 1. Shift Your Mindset: Prioritize Progress Over Perfection Winning starts in the mind. When you're obsessed with the "score," you're chasing perfection or external validation. Instead, pivot to valuing consistent progress—even if it looks messy or feels slow. What this looks like: Imagine a woman entrepreneur launching her first online coaching program. The number of sign-ups—or lack thereof on launch day—might sting. But if she measures success only by immediate sales, she's dead in the water. Instead, she celebrates every lesson learned, every connection made, every imperfect new step. She invests in refining her offer, keeps creating, and follows up with prospects. Over time, that relentless progress builds a business, even if the "score" doesn't reflect it at first. This mindset frees you to do the work without being shackled to instant results. It's the discomfort of a small daily win that stacks up into something unstoppable. 2. Build Grit: Do the Hard Work Nobody Sees Nobody ever wins by skipping the grind. If you want your dream, you need to commit to the unseen, unspectacular hard work that builds muscle, skill, and resilience. Real-life example: Consider a woman training for a marathon while juggling a full-time job and parenting. She could look at her slow pace or missed runs as a "score" failure. But true winning is in the decision to run the next mile no matter what fatigue or doubt tells her. It's in the quiet mornings she sacrifices, the sore muscles she pushes through, and the commitment to her why—even when no one's watching. Grit means you stop waiting for everything to be perfect and start doing the hard stuff anyway. That's what creates breakthroughs. 3. Let Go of Comparison: Own Your Unique Journey When you're hooked on the scoreboard, you're playing someone else's game. Social media intensifies this trap, teasing you with everyone else's highlight reels. But winning means owning that you are on your own path with your own terrain, speed, and wins. Example: A woman climbing the corporate ladder might see peers getting promoted faster or praised louder. She can waste energy feeling behind or "not enough" — or she can double down on her distinct strengths, build relationships that matter, and stretch in ways aligned with her values—even if it looks slower or less flashy. By releasing comparison, you reclaim your focus and energy for what actually moves you toward your dream. The Bottom Line: Do Whatever It Takes to Win — Not to Score Life's measurement isn't in numbers—it's in your courage to act despite uncertainty, your grit when no one's applauding, and your commitment to your unique vision. The scoreboard is a side effect. The win is the prize. 1 Corinthians 9:24 (NIV): "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize." It captures that sense of intentional effort and focus on the true win—not just running aimlessly but pursuing your goal with purpose. Do whatever it takes to win. So, stop feeding your doubt with the scoreboard's noise. Start feeding your momentum with actions that matter. Now is the time to play to win. Not to impress. Not to tally points. To win on your own terms—create your now. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4. 3883813 The Wait Is OverWalking in step with God isn't just a stroll in the park—it's a gritty, often grueling journey that challenges your patience more than the external chaos of the world. The hardest part isn't what comes at us from outside, but wrestling with the timing of God's plan. The truth is, God has already prepared a way before you. He has a place destined for you. But here's the catch: So when He knows you are ready, the wait is over. We know the feeling all too well. A dream seeds itself deep inside, and you see the vision crystal clear—a powerful calling, a life meant for more. Yet, why aren't all the pieces falling into place immediately? Why is the path littered with delays, detours, and moments where it feels like you're stuck rather than sprinting toward your destiny? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The struggle isn't about faith or desire. It's the trap of running ahead of God. Scripture puts it plainly in Ecclesiastes 3:1 (ESV): "For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven." When you rush, thinking you can cut the corners God has set, the natural consequence is a slowdown. It's like trying to sprint a marathon—it burns you out, and the finish line remains just out of reach. Consider the story of Joseph in Genesis 37-50. Joseph had big dreams, visions given to him by God, but his journey wasn't an instant triumph. He was sold into slavery, falsely accused, imprisoned—far from the throne he was destined to occupy. Yet, God's perfect timing was at work behind the scenes. Joseph's "wait" was necessary preparation. When his time came, he walked out of prison not as a broken man, but as Egypt's second-in-command, ready to save nations during famine. Does that sound like wasted time? Hardly. Joseph's years of waiting were a training ground—an essential chapter before the "now" arrived. You might feel that your progress is a loop: one step forward, two steps back. But look deeper. Remember 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV): "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." The starting point today isn't the same as it was when you first heard your calling. You're stronger, wiser, and more equipped—though you might not see it yet. The wait isn't a punishment; it's God's refining fire. And when the wait is over, make no mistake—it is time. Ecclesiastes 11:4 (NIV) warns: "Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap." When the moment comes, don't hesitate. Move forward with faith, trusting that God knew exactly when you'd be ready. The K.I.S.S. ~ The wait is over! It's your time to create your now. Maybe you're wondering how to know when the waiting season ends. Watch for the doors God opens—sometimes unexpectedly—and the peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). When God's timing is right, the path seems to open with clarity. The prophet Isaiah encouraged: "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" (Isaiah 43:18-19, NIV). That's your cue. The wait has ended. The new thing God is doing is breaking through. Your next move? Step boldly into your calling. The wait isn't wasted; it's your foundation. Your story isn't stuck, it's in preparation. Now it's time to run—not ahead of God—but alongside Him with confidence. Remember the wisdom in Psalm 37:23-24 (ESV): "The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand." God is holding your hand, steadying you through every challenge, every delay. When the wait is over, He won't just let go—He'll propel you forward on the path He prepared. The wait is over. Your moment is now. Walk boldly in the purpose God has meticulously designed for you. 5. 3893812 Remember What You ForgotWouldn't it be something—waking up tomorrow and seeing your spouse with the same excitement and admiration you had when you were dating? That feeling you had when you first said "I do" wasn't accidental. Something real, compelling, and valuable caught your attention—remember what you forgot. Let's be honest: daily life grinds us down. The demands of jobs, kids, bills, and endless distractions dull the sparkle in any relationship.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We get stuck expecting love to always feel fresh and viral, like a trending headline or social media moment. But even the most public couples—think Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift—have to put in consistent effort, commitment, and intention to keep the flame burning. They gotta shake it off, the attention they get and focus on each other. If you remembered what you forgot, how would your conversations shift? How would your moods change when you look at your spouse not just as "the person I live with," but as the incredible human who captured your heart? You must commit to remembering! The K.I.S.S. ~ Commit to remembering! Here are three powerful ways to expose what might be forgotten, so you can see the beauty waiting in your everyday love: Revisit Your Origin Story Go back to the beginning—the moments, the stories, and the feelings that first attracted you to each other. Share memories with your spouse that remind you both why you chose one another. This isn't a nostalgia trip; it's a way to reconnect with the genuine qualities that made your love compelling and real. When you activate those original emotions, you reawaken appreciation and curiosity. Celebrate Small Wins and Daily Acts You don't need grand gestures every day to feel loved and valued. Notice the simple things your spouse does—the way they make coffee, listen after a long day, or handle challenges with grace. Point these out and express gratitude openly. Acknowledging everyday kindness shifts the narrative from taking each other for granted to actively seeing each other's efforts. Create Intentional Moments of Presence Turn off distractions and focus fully on your spouse for even a few minutes a day. Share a meal, a walk, or just a conversation without phones or TV stealing attention. Being fully present reminds you that love isn't just a feeling; it's an action that requires your participation. Presence cultivates connection and builds new memories that rival the old ones. No marriage stays perfect without work—there's no secret "love hacks" that erase effort or commitment. But if you commit to remembering what you forgot about your spouse and your relationship, you'll start to see love's beauty right where it lives: in the intentional choice to value, respect, and engage with the one who said yes to you. So, stop waiting for love's magic to go viral again. Start making it happen today—there's no better time than now to remember what you forgot. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 6. 3903811 Speak Your Child's LanguageTalking to your child like you do your friends or spouse isn't going to cut it. Kids aren't little adults—they process, feel, and need communication on completely different levels. If you want them to truly hear and respond, you have to speak your child's language. Parenting isn't about one-size-fits-all advice. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's about tuning in to who your child is and meeting them where they are, head-on, heart-first, and in ways that make sense to them. And all this comes from the parent willing to play the point. The K.I.S.S. ~ Play the point! A parent who raises a child well is looking at what their individual child needs and play the point for them, not for anyone else. Here are three concrete moves you can make to play the point—to respond to your child in a way that lands, sticks, and actually fuels connection and growth. 1. Get Clear on Their Emotional Tune Children don't just need words—they need emotional resonance. What's going on below the surface? Fear, excitement, confusion, or frustration? You can't slap on a generic "calm down" or "be good" and expect them to get it. Instead, acknowledge what they're feeling explicitly. From a parent's side, that looks like: Observing the child's energy and mood first before jumping to fix or instruct. Saying something like, "I see you're really upset right now. That's okay. I'm here." Validating their emotional 'weather' so they feel understood, not dismissed. This isn't coddling or weakness—it's the foundation for any communication to be heard and trusted. 2. Use Their Developmental Code Each child is wired differently, and their brain is scanning the world uniquely based on age and personality. What makes sense to a 3-year-old bombarding you with "why?" will pitch differently to your 10-year-old or teenager. Speak in phrases and methods that line up with their stage—simpler explanations, concrete examples, or giving space to think. From a parent's side, that looks like: Breaking down complex concepts into bite-sized, relatable chunks. Using stories, analogies, or visuals tailored to their understanding. Matching your tone and energy to their level, not just your own agenda. Trying to explain long reasoning to a toddler? You'll lose them. Adjust your communication like a pro DJ adjusting volume and tempo to the crowd. 3. Create Intentional Feedback Loops This one's where many parents slip. You say something, but how do you know they got it? Kids rarely just nod and say "got it." You need to check in, invite their voice, and reflect back what you hear. That shows respect for their perspective and reveals where you might need to clarify or pivot. From a parent's side, that looks like: Pausing and asking, "How do you feel about that?" or "What do you think we can do next?" Encouraging questions without judgment or rushing. Repeating or rephrasing their response to confirm understanding. When your child feels safe to express themselves, communication becomes a two-way exchange, not a one-sided lecture. Parenting Isn't One-Size-Fits-All — It's Precision Work Parenting doesn't have to be exhausting or confusing once you stop trying to talk at your child the same way you do at adults. Instead, show up with specificity—knowing the unique wiring, feelings, and needs of the child in front of you right now. When you speak your child's language emotionally and developmentally, and you check in to make sure the message lands, you're not just giving orders or advice—you're building trust, understanding, and a real relationship. That's how parenting stops being hard and starts being something powerful, clear, and effective. Remember: Each child is a different conversation. Play the point—tailor your approach—and watch them listen, respond, and grow right before your eyes. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 7. 3913810 Storms Don't Last ForeverThere's a moment — or maybe many moments — when the weight of everything crashing around you makes quitting feel like the only choice. Life isn't just busy; it's chaotic. The lists feel endless, people demand your time, and your energy is running on fumes. Then you wonder: "Is it really worth it? Does any of this actually make a difference?" But storms don't last forever. Because when the storms hit and life spins out of control, what you are doing now — your hustle, your passion project, your business — becomes your secret weapon. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's the anchor in the storm. It's the reason you wake up despite the exhaustion. Because what you're doing isn't just about you. It's about purpose. It's about impact. It's about doing the thing others aren't willing to stick with. You might not see the results today. You might feel invisible, overwhelmed, or unheard. But the ripple effect of your consistent effort, sweat, and grit is happening whether you notice or not. The emails you send, the content you create, the clients you help, the stranger you see — none of it is pointless. Each step builds on the last, even in the chaos. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Storms don't last forever! And that's why you need to keep going. That might mean you are treading water, barely staying afloat.  Yet, always remember you are a living legacy, building a legacy in real time. Success isn't overnight. It's a grind and takes grit. Every small decision, every late night, every tough conversation is laying the foundation for something bigger. The quiet efforts stack up, and one day, without fanfare, you'll realize the miles of greatness you've traveled. And I want you to consider this: Quitting guarantees zero change, and feeling overwhelmed is temporary. Giving up is forever. When you quit, you rob yourself of the chance to prove to you — and the world you touch — that you can endure, adapt, and come back stronger. There's more power in stubborn persistence than in perfectly-timed breaks; it's called resilience and determination. Remember, you inspire more than yourself. Your drive isn't just a personal battle. It's lighting a path for others stuck in their own chaos. Whether you see it or not, you're sowing hope. People look to those who refuse to quit when their own motivation falters. Your journey is a lifeline; a living legacy! So what now? Stop searching for massive motivation. There isn't always lightning in a bottle. Instead, lean into discipline. Show up and chip away. Break your day down into bite-sized wins. Celebrate the small victories that remind you: This matters. If the noise in your mind says, "I can't," counter it with, "I must." Not because it's easy, but because it's essential. Your work, your effort — it matters far more than the chaos trying to drown it out. Storms don't last forever, but the road you're paving does. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 8. 3923809 Sweatpants and Self-ControlThere are days when control feels like an illusion, and the sweatpants aren't just comfort, they're a retreat. But with fall looming—complete with its cozy vibes, comfort food temptations, and shorter daylight hours—it's easy to let self-control crash right along with your energy. How do you balance wearing your sweatpants and self-control? Because all too often, one goes hand in hand with the other. If you are feeling like wearing sweatpants, you're usually not strutting your way into the gym.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Instead, you are getting comfortable with what feels good in the moment. And what is that for you now? How do you feel when you put on your sweatpants? THINK: What if you could live in your sweatpants, binge your favorite show, cheer at the game, and still feel good? Who really wants to hide behind their clothes or curse their choices afterward? Imagine the confidence of sitting comfortably, knowing you've got your health on track, not off the rails. How would that make you feel? I recall a time over a decade ago when I was in the best shape of my life. New Year's came around, and everyone else was posting and talking about how much work they needed to put in. But for me, I was exactly where I wanted to be. Do you have that feeling now? Maybe you are or maybe you're not. Either way, think about how you can make someday today! The K.I.S.S. ~ Make someday today! This does not have to be a someday dream, it can be a right now reality. Here are three straightforward moves for this fall: sweatpants and self-control. 1. Move With Purpose—Even When It's Chilly Outside "I'm too cold" or "It's too dark" are excuses that slow you—and your metabolism. Fall's crisp air is actually a metabolism booster if you get moving. A 20-minute brisk walk or light jog outdoors wakes your body up, burns calories, and resets your mood better than any pumpkin latte ever could. Daily health impact: Moving daily cuts the fog, boosts your energy, and helps regulate appetite. When you're intentional about even a little movement, you fight off sluggishness and won't fall prey to mindless snacking. What small movement can I commit to today that feels doable, no matter the weather? How does my body feel after I spend 20 minutes moving outside versus staying inside all day? What excuse am I telling myself, and what's a quick way to flip it into action? 2. Befriend Seasonal Whole Foods, Not Just the Pumpkin Spice Yes, pie and lattes rock your world in fall. But swap out empty calories for squash, apples, Brussels sprouts, and nuts. These foods stabilize blood sugar and keep cravings at bay, so you don't find yourself eating out of boredom or mood. Daily health impact: Eating nutrient-packed food fuels your body longer and nourishes your brain. You'll find yourself less drained and less desperate for quick fixes that pack on pounds. Which one seasonal whole food can I add to my meals this week that will nourish me? How do I usually feel after reaching for comfort foods—do they satisfy me or leave me wanting more? What if I tried swapping just one sugary treat for a natural fruit or veggie this fall? 3. Set Micro-Goals That Build Self-Control Muscle Forget "lose 20 pounds by December." That's a fast track to frustration. Make your goals tiny and doable—like drinking a glass of water before each snack or committing to 3 workouts a week. Micro-wins build confidence and self-discipline, the real engine behind self-control. Daily health impact: Small victories spark positive brain chemicals, reducing stress and emotional eating triggers. You'll build momentum that keeps you on track without burning out. What is one tiny goal I can set today that feels easy enough but challenges my habits? How will I celebrate or reward myself for hitting a micro-goal, so I stay motivated? What negative thought do I need to replace with a positive action to build my self-control? Here's the truth: Your sweatpants can be a symbol of comfort without being a cage for your health. Fall doesn't have to be the season you give up, it can be the season you take control—even if the world feels upside down. Get moving. Eat smart. Win small. These simple moves create a ripple effect on your health, mood, and self-respect. When you do what matters now, you trade regrets for real joy—and wear those sweatpants with pride, not shame. Ready to make this fall the one where your self-control matches your comfort? Let's do this. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 9. 3933808 Never Give Up!Life hits hard. It doesn't ask for your permission before throwing curveballs from every direction. The distractions? They pile up, clutter your mind, and drain your focus. Instead of pushing you forward, they pull you back—making the grind feel heavier, the goal farther, and the dream dimmer. Never give up! None of that stuff—the scores on your test, your business's ups and downs, the wins or stumbles of your family, or those parts of your life that aren't working—matters as much as you think in the moment.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com What matters is how you respond. You can rise above it all. You can get up, day after day, sweat and all, and keep moving forward when everything inside screams to quit. The catch? It's not pretty. You need to be willing to absorb the CRAP life throws your way—the challenges, the rejections, the adversities, the problems. That takes grit. Real grit. Knowing that better days aren't a maybe—they're a when. The K.I.S.S. ~ Never give up! Don't waste your energy on the noise that tries to distract or discourage you. Don't let the failures convince you to fold. Don't bail when the easy route calls your name. Everyone else might quit, but you? Stick it out. Stay in the game. Push through when it feels like you're empty. Because here's the thing: the people who never give up aren't superheroes. They're just the ones who decide to keep showing up even when it hurts, even when it's unfair, even when the odds look stacked against them. So, lock in. Focus on the grind, what you can control. Keep your eyes on what you want to build. Take the hits. Absorb the CRAP. Then punch back harder. Never. Give. Up. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 10. 3943807 What Traditions Are You Building In Your Mind?Your mindset isn't just a random collection of thoughts. It's the sum of your past experiences, your values, and the habits you've stitched together over time. In essence, it's where your mental traditions begin. These are the patterns, rituals, and thought loops you come back to—not necessarily because they serve you, but often because they feel comfortable. So what traditions are you building in your mind?  And more importantly, are those traditions helping or holding you back? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We usually think of traditions as external — holiday dinners, sports seasons, family routines. For example, many people mark the start of fall by embracing school routines and football games, tying those experiences to food, celebration, or shopping for new "outer body" looks to boost confidence. These outward traditions, though sometimes seen as trivial, connect us to deeper feelings and meaning within. But let's flip the script. Inwardly, our minds are creating traditions too, often unconscious ones. Maybe it's a habit of doubting yourself whenever a challenge arises. Maybe you've developed a tradition of procrastination that feels safe because it shields you from failure. Or you hold onto limiting beliefs handed down from past experiences that keep you stuck. These mental traditions can be much harder to spot because they wear the mask of normalcy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rewrite your mental rituals! Here's the hard truth: not all mental traditions serve you. Some are mental ruts that keep you small, making it challenging to grow into who you're meant to be. But the good news? You have that power to rewrite the mental rituals you live by. You get to decide what traditions you want to honor and which ones you're ready to let go. Change your mental traditions looks like this: Recognize: Identify what mental traditions you're currently practicing. What thought patterns or habits do you repeat without questioning? Are they pushing you forward, or holding you back? Evaluate: Be honest about how those traditions affect your mindset and progress. Do they build your confidence or tear it down? Do they bring clarity or confusion? Are they aligned with who you want to become? Shift: Replace unhelpful mental traditions with new ones that serve your growth. This could mean adopting daily gratitude practices, questioning negative self-talk, or establishing a simple morning ritual to begin your day on your own terms. Life doesn't have to be a constant battle. You don't have to force change through brute willpower or endless hustle. "The key to greatness is in the quiet, deliberate work of changing what you allow to become a routine in your mind." ~ Kristianne Wargo So, what traditions are you building in your mind right now? Are they helping you become who you're created to be — or are they the invisible chains keeping you stuck? Are they adding to your life or subtracting all that matters? Take a moment to figure it out, because your next mental tradition could be the one that finally sets you free. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 11. 3953806 Take God HomeIf you're standing at a crossroads, wondering what's next in your life, there's a reality waiting for you that's both deeply simple and radically life-changing: God isn't meant to be reserved for Sundays, sermons, or religious rituals. He's meant for every moment, every decision, every breath you take. It's time to take God home—to invite Him beyond the sanctuary walls and into the everyday spaces of your life. This idea isn't new; it's rooted in a powerful story from the book of Acts. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Paul and Silas were locked away in prison, shackled and silenced. Yet their faith was alive—they prayed and sang through the night. Suddenly, the walls shook in an earthquake, the prison doors flung open, and every chain fell off.  The jailer, terrified that the prisoners had escaped and facing the weight of his failure, prepared to end his own life. But Paul called out to stop him.  Instead of punishment, Paul offered hope: "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household." (Acts 16:31) The K.I.S.S. ~ Take God home! This jailer's question echoes through time: "What must I do to be saved? How can I know this God?" The answer is simple but profound—not just to believe, but to live with God. Not just to meet Him in church, but to take God home. God doesn't just show up when it's convenient or when the week demands it. He desires your full surrender—not a compartmentalized life that worships on Sunday and wanders the rest of the week. To take God home means embracing Him in your routine, with intention and heart, in the messy and mundane chapters of your story. It requires an attitude of unwavering trust, daily commitment, and a willingness to walk every step with Him. It's about doing life with God, not just attending life around Him. If you're searching for direction, purpose, or peace, start here: create your now as you take God home. "Be present. Be incredible. 12. 3963805 Love Requires IntentionThe headline buzz this week—the engagement of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Two high-profile lives weaving their love story amid the noise, judgment, and relentless spotlight. It makes you wonder: Do you have a love so deep, so intentional, that it stands strong no matter the chatter or rumors swirling around, no matter what the world says? Love requires intention. Unconditional love doesn't look the same for every couple. Some show it in quiet daily acts; others in grand gestures. But what matters most is cultivating a love that's more alive today than it was yesterday. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So, what are you doing to deepen your love now—not someday? Intentionality is the backbone of any marriage that seeks to thrive beyond surface-level affection. Without it, life's demands — work, kids, social obligations — crowd out the moments that truly matter. You don't just hope love happens; you make space for it to happen. You schedule date nights. You carve out time, even when it feels like the clock is against you. Because love left to chance gets buried under the day-to-day noise. Seeing that kind of love reflected in other couples, like Travis and Taylor, often triggers jealousy. And if you're honest, maybe even some envy or insecurity. Here's the blunt truth: Talking behind backs does nothing except plant weeds in your own garden. Instead, channel that energy into building your marriage with intention and heart. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build your marriage with intention and heart! So, let's cut through the fluff and get tactical. What are three concrete actions a spouse can take to love unconditionally while showing up deliberately and being intentional every day? 1. Own Your Presence — Be All In When You're Together Unconditional love demands your full attention. Put down the phone. Shut the laptop. When you're with your spouse, be there. Listen. Look into their eyes. Ask—not assume—what they need emotionally in that moment. Presence says louder than any grand gesture: "You matter. Our connection matters." 2. Speak Love in Their Language, Not Yours We often express love based on how we want to receive it, but your spouse has their own love language. Think about the Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. Whether it's words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, physical touch, or gifts, discover what fills your spouse's emotional tank and intentionally pour into that. This is not guessing—this is paying attention, being aware, and showing up intentionally on purpose. 3. Choose Forgiveness Over Grudge Holding Unconditional love isn't blind; it's willing to extend grace. Holding onto offenses—big or small—builds walls, not bridges. Commit to forgiveness as a daily practice. This isn't easy, but love that lasts doesn't keep score as it does on the football field or tennis courts. It chooses to release, reset, and rebound by continuing to move forward united—this is us. Bottom Line Unconditional love isn't some magical fairy tale, like it appears to be for Travis and Taylor. It's a deliberate choice made over and over again, just as they chose each other every day, whether at her concert, at his games, a night on the town, or at home. It's showing up when you're exhausted. It's forgiving when you're hurt. It's listening when you're distracted. It's making time when you feel there's none left.  It might not shout from the rooftops like celebrity engagements, but it's far more powerful. So ask yourself: What is my move today to love deeper, show up more fully, and build a marriage that no rumor, judgment, or distraction can shake? Your love is worth that fight. Now, fight for it with intention. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 13. 3973804 Practice Creates ProgressThe seasons shift, schedules twist, and routines morph—sound familiar? As we step into this new chapter, it's easy for family goals to get lost in the shuffle. But here's the truth: progress in your family life isn't a lightning strike. It's a habit. A practice. Every lesson you repeat, every value you model alongside your children, chips away at the "hard" and builds momentum. Practice creates progress. Because this is where real progress lives. When parents actively engage in learning with their kids—not just as overseers but as participants—they send a clear message: growth is a family affair.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This shared practice doesn't just teach skills; it deepens relationships, builds trust, and cements the lessons into daily life. And progress? It's impossible to feel anything but proud watching it all unfold. Think about something you started in your family. What was so awesome about it that you would want to repeat that experience? The lessons learned as a family are a living legacy in motion. That gives you the opportunity always to create your now! But how do you keep this momentum when distractions are endless and life is demanding? How do you trust the process without succumbing to frustration or doubt?  As you know, parenting is HARD!! No one gets into it because they have all the answers. Oddly enough, if people knew what parents had to do with children, a lot of people would choose differently. However, here we want to be optimistic along with real and raw. So the thing you can do is grow in life together. The K.I.S.S. ~ Grow in life together! Make a commitment, not for yourself, but for your family. Imagine what it would be like if you could trace out all the lessons you taught your children (and what you learned) like a family tree. It would be pretty remarkable to say the least. Here are three straightforward moves every parent can make: Set Clear, Bite-Sized Goals Together Big ambitions confuse and overwhelm. Instead, map out small, tangible lessons or habits you want to develop as a family this season. Perhaps that involves reading aloud for 15 minutes daily, tackling a new recipe every week, or dedicating time to discuss emotions openly. When goals are shared and specific, every little win feels like a power-up fueling the progress engine; this is momentum! Show Up Consistently, Imperfectly Progress doesn't require perfection; it demands persistence. Some days your practice will shine, some days it'll stumble and frustrate you. That's expected. The trick is showing up anyway—even if it's just a ten-minute check-in or a quick walk-and-talk or a ride-and-talk. Your consistency is the anchor your family needs to trust the process and believe in their collective potential, in what you are doing as a family. Celebrate Everyday Wins and Be Honest About Struggles Don't wait for the "big" breakthrough to acknowledge growth. Celebrate the small victories—your child's curiosity sparked by a new fact, a moment of kindness shared, a challenge faced without giving up. And when things get tough, be honest. Vulnerability models courage and invites your kids to embrace their own setbacks as part of progress. This season, lean into the "hard stuff" because that's the soil where greatness grows. Remind yourself daily: You can do anything you set your mind to, especially when you embark on the adventure together. Embrace the messy, the uncertain, and the breakthrough moments equally. Practice creates progress, and progress creates a living legacy your family will carry forward. Keep going. You're building something out of this world. "Be present. Be incredible. 14. 3983803 Keep Your Feet to the FireLife doesn't hand out a break when you're juggling everything—the kids demanding your attention, a career that never sleeps, and a spouse who needs your love and partnership. Take one look around and you might call it chaos: a mess in the house, a whirlwind in your head, and exhaustion creeping in like an unwelcome guest. But still keep your feet to the fire. Even in the thick of the storm, your mind and heart can still find a way to line up. You can show up fully—not half-drained, not just surviving, but actually operating with some fire in your belly. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That fire is your fuel when the tank feels empty, the compass when every direction seems wrong. So where does that leave you today? Are you stepping into your day with hope, believing the road ahead is worth every hard mile? Or do you feel like you need an extra smile, a boost to keep your feet on the hot coals that your hustle demands? Let me cut to the chase—you have what it takes. Stop grinding on the same old tracks—the playlist life's been spinning since middle school, full of doubt and distraction. You're not good enough. You'll never amount to anything. What are you thinking? That's crazy! You've never done anything right before. What makes you think you can do it now? Why start? You're gonna fail! That noise isn't your soundtrack. You're made for more. You're meant to own your story and win your day, not lose sight of the big picture. The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep your feet to the fire! Rise with a fierce confidence that says, "I was made for such a time as this." Play to create your now, not to settle or slide through. Life will throw its punches. It will trip you up. But take heart—there's a steady hand guiding you through. God's got you! No stress needed because your strength is written in your story. Remember to tell yourself: "My strength is my story." Believe deep down you can do what you need to do today. Every small move counts toward a life you choose, not one you're stuck living. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Keep your feet to the fire — that heat is the sign you're still alive, still pushing, still racing toward your greatness. Don't quit when it's hardest. Push through, because you've got what it takes. And you were created to impact the world that you touch in a manner that only you can. "Be present. Be incredible. 15. 3993802 Even A Loss Is A GainThere are so many people who desire to live and make healthy choices. But when life gets in the way and the excuses pile up, what do you do and where do you go? You don't always have to do everything perfectly with your health to increase your chances of success. Because odds have it, even a loss is a gain. Think about what you do nowadays. Are you where you want to be with your health? What about your weight and muscles? How strong do you really think you are? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com If the answer isn't positive, good. That means you have room to grow. And here's the thing: there are about 18 Fridays until Christmas. Imagine what you could accomplish if you treated each of those days like an opportunity, not a burden. No New Year's resolutions needed—you'll already be ahead of the pack. You deserve more than just hoping for changes. You deserve the best, so why not give your body the best? Take care of who you are and who you are becoming. Invest in yourself daily. Your body is the only home you get—give it the fuel, movement, and rest it demands. And when you stumble, when your progress slips, remember that's not failure. It's data. It's a lesson. It's a step forward disguised as a setback. Take more steps forward and flip your losses into wins! The K.I.S.S. ~ Flip your losses into wins! So how do you flip losses into wins? Here are three no-nonsense habits to turn your health around—even when the chips are down: Own Your Nutrition Wins—Not Just the Slip-Ups Stop beating yourself up for one bad meal or an entire day of junk food. Focus instead on what you did eat well. Maybe you had a veggie-loaded lunch or skipped sugary drinks. Celebrate that. Build on it. Nutrition isn't "all or nothing." "Consistency comes from stacking wins, not dwelling on losses. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Move Smart, Not Perfect You don't need hours of daily exercise to build strength or stamina. Even short, focused sessions count. A 10-minute mobility routine, a brisk walk, or a handful of strength moves can keep momentum rolling. "When life overwhelms, show up with something rather than nothing. Momentum beats perfection every time. ~ Kristianne Wargo" Guard Your Sleep Like Your Success Depends on It—Because It Does "Sleep isn't optional. It's the recovery fuel for your muscles, mind, and metabolism. ~ Kristianne Wargo" If you've burned the candle too often, prioritize one night of good rest. Set a non-negotiable bedtime. Turn off screens early. You'll bounce back stronger, sharper, and more motivated. Remember: Your health isn't a final destination; it's a daily commitment. Every time you fall, stand up stronger and smarter. Your journey is proof to yourself that you care about who you are becoming, your future self, because you're willing to keep fighting today. You are worth the climb. You are worth the effort. Even a loss is a gain—if you learn, adjust, and move forward. Train for life. Love your journey! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #IWellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 16. 4003801 Create Your Own EnergyWhy is motivation such a beast to tame? Because the world keeps spinning faster while you're left stuck in the muck, wanting to move but unable to find the spark. You hold a goal so close it keeps you awake at night, yet when it's time to act, you hit a wall of mental exhaustion. Life never hits pause. Between nonstop demands and technology pulling your focus every second, mental burnout isn't just common — it's expected. So, if outside inspiration has run dry, maybe it's time for a radical idea: create your own energy. That's right. Relying on bursts of motivation from a pep talk, a quote, or an external push is playing a losing game. You'll keep waiting for something that's not coming. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But what if you flipped the script and became your own powerhouse of momentum? The truth is, you don't have to be a mood magician or a life hack guru to pull this off. You need one thing: a passion-filled heart armed with purpose and a concrete plan. Here's where the tough stuff comes in. Turning energy creation into reality requires work. It demands facing your raw feelings head-on—no sugarcoating, no skipping the uncomfortable parts. It means getting brutally clear on what matters right now, ditching distractions, and getting real with your direction. When you align your heart and mind like this, energy flows because it comes from a place that truly matters. That's fuel you don't run out of. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create your own energy! Ask yourself: Are you ready to put in the work? To stop waiting for motivation to magically appear and instead build it, step by step? Because here's the kicker — you don't need to leap miles in a single bound. You just need one step. One move closer. One decision to drive action forward.  As I say always, "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" Be authentic with your goals, brave with your feelings, and laser-focused on what's urgent and relevant. This isn't some vague pep talk; it's a call to create your now, to ignite the fire that lights your way forward. This is your moment. Step into it boldly. Shine with everything you have. The world needs your unique impact, and it's waiting for you to bring it. Go create your own energy by being real with your direction, raw with your feelings, and relevant for what matters right now so you can create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 17. 4013800 Say Something NewWords have power, whether they're written, spoken, or even mumbled silently in your mind. Science backs this up—what you say to yourself and others shapes your brain, your actions, and ultimately, your results. So why do so many people keep repeating the same phrases and narratives, expecting different outcomes? It's simple: actions only change when the words say something new. Getting stuck in a loop of frustration, banging your head against the wall trying to reach a goal that feels just out of reach — that struggle is all too real. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the truth: the most overlooked place to start fixing this isn't outside you, it's inside—specifically, in the words you choose. You might blame your circumstances, your workload, your team, or the economy before you ever question what you're telling yourself and others. Let's be real—words aren't just pretty sounds. They have power. They create your reality. If you want to change the outcomes in your life or business, you need to confront the input feeding your mind right now. What you say to yourself daily drives what you ultimately do—or don't do. The K.I.S.S. ~ Say something new! So, what can you do to say something new? Here are three practical moves that shift your words and open the door to new results: Catch Your Default Narratives and Rewrite Them Identify the repetitive statements you say to yourself like a broken record. Example: "I'm not good enough," "I always fail," or "This is just how it is." Once you're aware of these limiting phrases, challenge them directly. Rewrite your internal script with a statement that points to possibility instead of defeat: "I'm learning," "Failure is feedback," or "I'm crafting my own path." Changing this input rewires your brain to stop sabotaging your progress. Speak Your Goals in the Present Tense, Not Future Wish If your words around goals live in "I will" or "Someday," you're giving your brain permission to put off action. Instead, say what you want as if it's already happening: "I am attracting clients who value my work," "I am a confident speaker," or "I am building a thriving business." This creates mental alignment and sends your brain a bold message—act like it's real, and you'll start moving like it's real. Test New Words Out Loud With Others Words have weight, but spoken words carry even more power. Find a trusted friend, mentor, or accountability partner and say those new phrases out loud. Watch how the energy shifts—the confidence grows. Saying something new publicly signals your brain and the world that you're stepping into a different reality. You're no longer hiding behind old narratives. Here's the bottom line: if your words aren't changing, your actions won't either. Stop blaming what's outside and start cleaning up what's inside. Say something new, and your life will follow. Say Something New by Kristianne Wargo Words worn thin like footprints in dust, Echoes of fears we endlessly trust. We speak in circles, the same old tune, Chasing shadows beneath the moon. But what if silence breaks the chain, And new words fall like cleansing rain? A fresh sharp sound, a break, a start— A whispered hope inside the heart. Say something new, bold and true, A phrase that lights the dark for you. Let courage rise where doubt once grew, And shape the world with something new. Your voice holds power, fierce and bright, To turn the wrongs into the right. So speak—in present tense, make it real, Change begins with the words you feel. Step from the echoes, rewrite the view, The world waits for what you'll say and do. No more ghosts from yesterday's hue— It's time. Say something new. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 18. 4023799 Patience Isn't Just About WaitingLife rarely unfolds on our schedule. Chaos, challenges, and unexpected twists often cloud our vision, tempting us to rush, scramble, or even give up on the pace God has set for us. Yet the scriptures hold a powerful invitation that cuts through the noise: patience isn't just about waiting—it's about what happens while we wait. James 1:4 (ICB) says, "Let your patience show itself perfectly in what you do. Then you will be perfect and complete. You will have everything you need." This verse isn't calling us to passive endurance; it demands active patience—patience that reveals itself fully through our actions. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Patience as a Lens, Not a Waiting Room What if, instead of viewing patience as a limbo or delay, we saw it as a powerful lens through which to experience life's storms and celebrations alike? When patience governs what we do, it shapes our responses, decisions, and mindset. It means showing steady determination, kindness, and grace—even when circumstances press hard. This kind of patience boosts our resilience. It opens our eyes beyond the immediate discomfort and frustration to glimpse God's greater purpose in the struggle. It keeps us rooted in the understanding that every season—be it joyous or difficult—has value and is necessary for our growth. The K.I.S.S. ~ Patience isn't just about waiting! Perfect and Complete: The Fruit of Patient Action James doesn't promise an easy ride—he promises a complete one. By letting patience "show itself perfectly," we move closer to spiritual maturity. This completeness is about more than ticking boxes or achieving goals; it's about becoming whole. It's about standing firm, strengthened by faith, grounded in God's promises, and equipped with everything needed to face life head-on. Your patience right now, in whatever trial or triumph you are navigating, is a sign of strength—not weakness. It reflects your trust that God's timing is wise and that He is working in every detail of your life. Rush and Rest: The Daily Choice The world glorifies speed—fast responses, rapid success, instant results. But rush does not enhance your day or your destiny. Taking a deep breath isn't just about calming anxiety—it's a sacred moment of recognition: the breath you draw was given by God Himself. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, deeply valued by your Creator. Remember, "This is the day the Lord has made." It's your gift to steward with patience alive in your actions. So pause, steady yourself, and step forward with intention. Next Steps: Identify one area today where impatience usually sneaks in. What would your action look like if patience drove your response instead? When chaos arises, remind yourself: patience isn't passive; it's powerful. Write down the promise from James 1:4 and keep it where you can see it—a reminder that you are moving toward completeness, equipped for all you face. Patience doesn't delay your destiny—it builds it. Now, it's your move. Let your patience show itself perfectly in what you do. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 19. 4033798 There Is No Us Without YouAs the days grow shorter and the school bells ring once more, August signals more than just the end of summer—it marks a shift back into the grind of routines, packed schedules, and mounting responsibilities. Between packing lunches, juggling after-school activities, and managing work commitments, one crucial relationship often slips into the background: your marriage—there is no us without you! This busy season can become a perfect storm where connection is lost in the chaos. Yet, it's exactly when life feels busiest that being intentional about your relationship matters most. Carving out space for meaningful connection—however small—can be the lifeline your marriage needs to thrive. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Before you dive into making changes, pause and ask: How did we get here? What parts of our marriage are working, and what aren't? Taking this honest inventory sets the stage for clarity and growth. Here's a truth to hold tight: There is no us without you. Meaning, your role, your actions, and your mindset are not just parts of your marriage—they shape it entirely. Too often, we get caught up in doing everything for everyone else, leaving our spouse behind emotionally and physically. Reclaiming intentionality begins with recognizing how much your specific contributions matter in the "us" equation. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reclaim intentionality for "us"! But that "us" includes you first! You have to own your part. So what does owning your part actually look like? Here are three powerful moves any spouse can take before pointing fingers or blaming: Own Your Emotions Daily Notice how you're feeling and why. Are you carrying stress from work? Are past hurts coloring your reactions? Name your emotions without judgment and share them honestly with your partner to invite understanding instead of defensiveness. Practice Active Listening Commit to really hearing your spouse—not just waiting to respond, but engaging with empathy. Daily check-ins can be as simple as a five-minute conversation about how each other's day unfolded, what's weighing on your minds, or what joys you noticed. These small moments build trust and connection over time. Take Responsibility for Your Actions Reflect: What have you contributed to your current dynamic? What behaviors or habits might be pushing your partner away or fostering resentment? Own those patterns and invite dialogue about change—not as blame, but as commitment to growth. A daily check-in doesn't require long hours or deep therapy sessions. It can be as straightforward as asking, "How are you really doing?" or sharing a "thank you" for something your spouse did that day. These rituals become the glue that holds together busy lives and bolsters emotional intimacy. DAILY CHECK-IN: Two things you're grateful for, two emotions you've experienced, and pray two-gether. Remember, marriage is a beautiful thing, but it's only as strong as the care both of you put into nurturing it. There is no "us" without your "you"—your presence, your heart, your willingness to show up for the one you vowed to walk alongside. This back-to-school season, dare to make your relationship a priority. Because when you invest in "you," you invest in "us." And that's a return worth showing up for. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 20. 4043797 The Days Can Be LongParenting isn't for the faint-hearted. The days can stretch on endlessly, filled with messy meals, sleepless nights, sibling battles, and the constant scramble to keep up. The days can be long, but the years are short. Yet, blink, and those long days shrink into years that race by. Kids grow too fast, and many parents find themselves stuck—wondering how they got here, feeling left behind as their children step into new phases of life. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But what if parents didn't have to fall behind? What if you could grow with your children instead of chasing after them? This isn't some pie-in-the-sky parenting fantasy. It's a deliberate choice—and a necessary mindset shift—to meet the relentless pace of childhood with your own version of growth, curiosity, and presence. Savor each stage! The K.I.S.S. ~ Savor each stage! What does raising kids and getting them through the stages of life look like? Here are three intentional moves parents can make to stay in the game and truly savor each stage—not just endure it. 1. Show Up Fully in the Moment, Not Just on the Clock It's easy to survive day to day without really showing up. Checking off boxes, putting out fires, keeping schedules—but emotionally checked out, mentally elsewhere. But your kids don't just need your presence; they need your engagement. Put down your phone. Stop thinking about the next thing on your to-do list. When your child talks, really listen. When they play, play with them. When they struggle, sit with the discomfort instead of looking for quick fixes. Showing up fully stretches your patience and attention, but it keeps you connected so you don't feel like a spectator as your children grow. 2. Lean into Change Instead of Resisting It Every phase with your child demands something new from you—and sometimes that's wildly uncomfortable. Whether it's toddler tantrums melting into school anxiety, or shy little ones becoming moody teens, resisting those changes only leaves you feeling left behind and overwhelmed. Choose to lean into the messy, confusing, and exhilarating growth—for yourself and your child. Learn new skills, pick up a book about their stage of life, and ask questions about who they're becoming. This mindset will help you evolve alongside your children instead of being left stuck in your own ideas of parenting. 3. Build Your Own Passions and Identity Outside of Parenting When your life revolves entirely around your kids, it's easy to feel like you've lost yourself. But that loss is the fast track to burnout and regret. Parenting is huge, but it's not all you are. Keep something in your life that's just for you—a hobby, a craft, a friendship, a daily habit—that fills your cup and sparks joy. This isn't selfish; it's survival. When you nourish your own identity, you bring more energy, patience, and presence to your role as a parent. You grow—so your kids see growth modeled, not just growth demanded. Real Talk: Don't hide behind the excuse that your children grow too fast to enjoy the stage you're in. That's fear dressed in logic. Every phase of your child's life is a window—and you decide whether to stand in front of that window and watch life happen, or step through it and live it fully. The days can be long, yes. But your years don't have to slip by unnoticed, leaving you wondering where you went. Grow with your kids. Lean in, show up, and hold on to the parts of you that refuse to shrink away. That's how you make those fleeting years count for both of you. "Be present. Be incredible. 21. 4053796 Strike While the Iron is HotIn life, too many of us sit back and wait for opportunities to knock on our doors—as if success is something that just shows up on its own schedule. But the truth is, opportunities don't wait. They emerge for a moment, flashing bright and clear, then disappear just as fast if you hesitate. That's why the age-old saying holds true: you need to strike while the iron is hot. Why on earth would you let go of possibilities that are staring you in the face? It's not a question most dare to ask themselves seriously. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the hard truth: if you're not ready to seize what's possible right now, you're choosing to lose it. Not because the world is cruel, but because chances are fleeting—and your "not now" can turn into "never." So, where should you wrestle with this question? Right where it hits you: in your priorities, your actions, your mindset. What matters to you should be the fuel that pushes you forward, not the excuse to sit back and do nothing. Unless you're genuinely content leaving doors unopened, it's time to get uncomfortable and move. The K.I.S.S. ~ Strike while the iron is hot! Seizing the moment means to create your now. It means holding yourself to a higher standard—leading with integrity in every decision. When you act on what's in front of you, you don't gamble away potential. Instead, you embrace the reality of your situation and use it as a stepping stone to the next challenge. Remember, success rarely happens overnight. It's earned one step at a time. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo If you stall on that first step, those miles never come. Don't make the mistake of indecision that holds you back. You were made for more than playing it safe. You need to expand your horizons and take a leap of faith. When a door opens, don't just stare at it—walk through it. You'll have time later to adjust and adapt to what comes next. Strike while the iron is hot. Grab hold of what's in front of you and conquer it before it cools down. That's how you turn moments into milestones and chances into victories. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 22. 4063795 Your Glutes Aren't ReadyHow many times have you jumped headfirst into a health kick, driven by the desire to prove something — to someone else or maybe even yourself? Most of what we do in fitness is designed to draw attention, to show off progress or grit. But here's the hard truth: why do you push yourself when your glutes aren't ready? Your glutes—the powerhouse muscles in your hips and butt—play a critical role in everything from posture and balance to strength and injury prevention. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Ignoring whether they're prepared for the workload is a fast track to setbacks. "Your Glutes Aren't Ready" is more than a provocative title; it's a call to be smart about your health and fitness journey. Health isn't just about grinding harder. It's about strategic moves that honor your strengths while minimizing your weaknesses. Being truly well-rounded means balancing fitness, nutrition, sleep, mindset, and emotional well-being. If one piece is out of sync—like underactive or weak glutes—you're setting yourself up for failure. Be smart about your health! The K.I.S.S. ~ Be smart about your health! Here are three straightforward ways to prepare yourself, glutes included, for healthier living that sticks: Build a Foundation First Focus on mobility and controlled activation exercises that wake up your glutes. Hip bridges, clamshells, and bodyweight squats stimulate these muscles without overloading them. This creates a base to gradually add intensity with confidence and control. Prioritize Recovery and Sleep Your body repairs and strengthens when you rest. No amount of effort can replace quality sleep and recovery. Without it, your glutes and other muscles can't build resilience, increasing injury risk. Treat sleep as a non-negotiable part of your health routine. Adopt a Growth Mindset — Slowly Healthy living isn't about a sprint; it's about sustainable progress. Stretch your limits carefully by adding small, manageable challenges. Be honest with yourself: know when to dial it back. Injuries are not badges of honor—they are roadblocks. Don't overcomplicate your well-being. Focus on what you can do now, then stretch yourself where it makes sense. Your progress won't be flashy, but it will be real. And most importantly, you'll keep moving forward without sidelining yourself. If your glutes aren't ready, don't force the issue. Respect the process, build smart habits, and watch your whole body catch up. That's how you win at healthy living—without shortcuts, without silly risks, and without regrets. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 23. 4073794 Listen to Your Mind, Not Your MoodHow many decisions do we make on a whim—based purely on the feeling of "this is the way to go"? Too many. And each time we do, we risk steering off course or jumping ship just as momentum builds. If you want to make sound decisions and build a path that leads somewhere real, you must listen to your mind, not your mood. Feelings are fleeting. Moods shift like the weather. One moment you're fired up and ready to conquer the world; the next, you're drained, doubtful, or angry about something trivial. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That emotional roller coaster will never provide a reliable compass. And making significant moves based on those ups and downs guarantees wasted energy and missed opportunities. Your mind — that steady, rational, grounded part of you — is what keeps your goals in sight. It weighs the facts, anticipates the consequences, and maps out the next step, even when your mood says "give up" or "just wait a little longer." A sound mind helps you break through the noise of frustration, distraction, and fear to keep climbing. Success comes from showing up consistently, especially when the feelings aren't there. That's what separates those who reach their dreams from those who just dream about them. It's okay (and expected) to struggle emotionally — but don't let those waves dictate your direction. The K.I.S.S. ~ Listen to your mind, not your mood! You are made for more. You have something only you can chase and claim. Don't let impulsive moods sabotage what is yours. God created you on purpose for a purpose with gifts and talents to share. So, train yourself to pause, breathe, and consult your mind before pulling the trigger on your next move. Decide with intention. Push through the discomfort. Remember why you started. Your goals demand more than mood swings — they demand your discipline and clarity. Keep your eyes on the mountain peak, even when the weather looks grim. The climb isn't easy, but you're built for it. So listen closely — not to your mood, but to your mind. That's how you win. CHALLENGE: Don't let a passing mood steal your momentum. Step forward with a steady mind and resolve—and move one step closer to what's waiting for you.  "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 24. 4083793 Is Now the Right Time? Why is it that we keep asking ourselves if we're ready to chase our dreams? Why do we convince ourselves to wait for the "perfect" moment—a moment that never actually comes? If these doubts are swirling in your head, then maybe you should flip the question. Instead of "Am I ready?" or "Is this the right time?" ask yourself: "Is now the right time?" As I was returning home from our vacation, I came across an Amazon Prime Same-Day Delivery Truck. They promise lightning-fast same-day delivery, showing us that waiting doesn't have to be part of the equation. What if you treated one of your next steps toward your goal like same-day delivery? What if you committed to your dreams with that kind of urgency? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com I don't know. It got me thinking. The truth is, maybe you don't want to hear the answer "Yes, now is the right time," because it means you're going to have to face the same excuses you've been rehearsing for years: "I don't have enough money," "I'm not skilled enough yet," "My timing isn't perfect."  But if you want different results, you have to be willing to do something different. So why not be like that Amazon Prime truck—showing up the very day someone hit "buy," ready to deliver? Here's a reality check: "now" is the only time you truly control. Waiting for perfect conditions is just a way to avoid facing discomfort, uncertainty, or risk. If you want to own your dreams, you need to get real with what "NOW" means to you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Get real with N.O.W.! So let's break it down with a simple framework—a way to get brutally honest with yourself. What 3 things can you use to define NOW when it comes to your dream? N.O.W.: Need, Own, Win Need: Strip away the fluff. Why do you need to act now? What's the cost of waiting longer? Is it a growing gap between where you are and where you want to be? Or a missed chance to prove yourself? Pinpointing your urgency is the first step. If your dream is truly a need, not just a want, your resistance to act fades fast. Own: Take full responsibility. Do you own your dream and the obstacles in your way? No one else's timing matters but yours. This means calling out the excuses and deciding you are the person who moves this forward. Owning your part means no more blaming "not enough time," "not enough resources," or "not the right market." That's the mindset shift that turns ideas into action. Win: What will a win look like today—right now? It doesn't have to be a giant leap. A win might be making a call, drafting a simple plan, or sharing your vision with someone. The point is to create momentum. Same-day delivery isn't about the full order, it's about showing up now with something real to push you toward your goal. If you're serious about changing your life, then quit waiting for "perfect." The perfect time is a myth. The right time is right now—if you're honest about your need, willing to own your role, and ready to claim your wins. Be that Amazon Prime truck delivering progress fast, not later. So, is now the right time? It is if you say it is—and then act like it. You want different results? Then get moving—same day, no excuses. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
