  1. 3373864 Lead Without FearSome say to lead without fear is impossible. I disagree —because when you focus on taking action right now, willing to take the very next step, there's simply no room for fear to grip you. Fear sneaks in only when you hesitate, when you overthink, or doubt what you already know must happen. Real leadership moves forward, even if the path is not fully clear and clarity is lacking. Psalm 118:6 nails it: "The LORD is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?" If that's not a rallying cry to lead boldly, I don't know what is. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Fear is a season you don't have to stay stuck in. You lead your family, your teams, your community, or your church—but when it comes to leading your own life, fear freezes you. You stall. You get stuck. Excuses pile up, and nothing changes. That's a choice. You get to decide if fear or courage drives your story. Pause and consider: What do you do when fear shows up? When you face the unknown and your footing feels shaky? Do you let fear paralyze you? Or do you claim your power and move forward anyway? Here's the truth: Leadership is not about having no fear. It's about pushing past it. It's about choosing adventure over anxiety. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lead without fear! So what's your move today? What motivates you today? Instead of obsessing over what you don't know, take the next step in front of you. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Any action worth taking will raise eyebrows and trigger doubts—in others, even yourself. That's okay, that's normal. But the thing is, this does not give you permission to stay stuck. You were made for more—more than fear's limits. Lead without fear. Create your now.  "Be present. Be incredible. 2. 3383863 All You Can Do Is Be YouComparison is a trap that keeps you living a borrowed life. But the person you are becoming requires you to stop looking sideways and start walking your own road. All you can do is be you! "Comparison is the thief of joy." ~ Theodore Roosevelt Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Comparison, being that silent thief, creeps in to sabotage your life. When you let your thoughts get tangled in measuring your worth against someone else's achievements, appearance, or lifestyle, you lose touch with what really matters: the unique life God divinely designed just for you. It's easy to get caught up in the "what ifs" and "if onlys," watching others live the dreams you have, but what that does is destructive. It pulls you off your intended path and traps you in a cycle where nothing you do feels good enough. At some point, growth demands maturity—a kind of growth that serves you and the person you are becoming, not a shadow version of someone else. The truth is clear: all you can do is be you.  The K.I.S.S. ~ Be you and only YOU! And to do that well, you need a strategy to block out comparisons, to put the blinders on, and to step fully into your own power. Here are three things to hold on to that keep you grounded in who you really are: 1. Love yourself unconditionally Self-love isn't about arrogance or perfection. It's about accepting every part of yourself—flaws, failures, and all the flowers—as worthy. When you love yourself unconditionally, the opinions of others lose their power over you. You stop chasing approval because your own validation is unwavering. This sets a solid foundation to grow from a place of confidence, not fear or insecurity. 2. Be willing to change what you can control Comparison often leads to frustration because you're fixated on outcomes or traits you can't realistically replicate. Instead of falling into that trap, focus your energy on what's within your reach. Change your habits, your mindset, and the actions that align with who you want to be—not someone else's copy. This is about ownership of your life, who you are and who you are becoming. If you can influence it, make it better, stronger, and more authentic—do it. If it's outside your control, let it go. 3. Let the magic be in the heart Your unique gifts, passions, and quirks are the secret sauce that no one else can duplicate. When you stop looking outward and start tuning inward, you listen to the stirrings of your heart—the things that move you and set your soul on fire. This is where your true purpose lives. Let that magic be the compass for your choices, not the noise of comparison. Comparison is a trap that keeps you living a borrowed life. But the person you are becoming requires you to stop looking sideways and start walking your own road. Which side of the fork in the road will you take? The one you've been chasing with someone else's name? Or the one with only your name? When you love yourself without conditions, focus on what you can change, and follow the magic in your heart, you claim the life that was meant only for you. Your story isn't someone else's. It's yours. And all you can do is be you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3. 3393862 Winning the Battle Inside Your MindWinning the battle inside your mind is the daily challenge Paul points to in 2 Corinthians 10:5 — "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." This is how we live with purpose and obedience each day. Let's be real—it's way too easy to blame others when life feels out of control.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The world shouts loud opinions, fears, and excuses that pull us away from what God wants us to live out. We hear those voices and sometimes just nod along, leaving our obedience and responsibility to God sitting on the sidelines. But Paul's message here is a sharp call. It's about owning your mind, your thoughts, and ultimately your actions every single day. Because imagine if you did not hold your tongue or change your thoughts? How crazy of a day would you have already? It is about winning the battle inside your mind. The K.I.S.S. ~ Win the battle inside your mind! So, it got me thinking about how this verse applies to our daily grind. 1. Recognize the battlefield is your mind. You are not helpless in the chaos around you. Every thought that tries to convince you that you can't, that you're a victim of circumstance, or that God's standards don't matter—those are exactly the kind of arguments Paul says to demolish. This isn't about pretending problems don't exist. It's about refusing to give those problems control over your inner life. 2. Think. Think. Think. You've got to take control. "Take captive every thought" means don't let your mind run wild with negativity, blame, or excuses. Choose which thoughts live. Train yourself to catch those toxic narratives early on—before they harden into habits or actions that pull you off course. This is discipline. It's intentional. It's daily. 3. Make those thoughts obedient to Christ.  This is the ultimate goal. Your thoughts aren't neutral; they can honor God or betray Him. Don't settle for lukewarm or half-hearted obedience. Align your thinking with the truth of what Jesus taught. What would Christ want you to believe about this situation? About yourself? About others? Let those questions steer your mental and emotional direction. Paul wasn't sugarcoating reality or making excuses. He was calling the Corinthian believers to battle for their minds so they could live fully in God's purpose. Your mind shapes your reality. Your obedience in thought leads to obedience in action. CHALLENGE: Start small, but start now. When a negative thought creeps in—call it out. Challenge it. Replace it with truth grounded in God's promises. Over time, this will rewrite your story, your habits, and your daily walk. You don't have to wait for perfect circumstances. Start this mental battle today and watch how it changes not just your mindset but your life. You've got the power and the promise. Paul believed it. You can live it. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4. 3403861 When Saying YES Leaves Your Spouse WaitingIt's a familiar story. The calendar fills up with commitments, invitations, and obligations. Someone asks, and the default response is "Sure, I can help," or "Count me in." Only later, the spouse looks up, realizing that those dozens of external "yes's" have quietly pushed the relationship down the list of priorities. It's not malicious or neglectful — far from it. It's often a simple lack of boundaries and margin that leads to a spouse being present for everyone else but not fully present for the person who matters most. When saying YES leaves your spouse waiting. This pattern quietly threatens your marriage, especially during busy seasons like the holidays, when demands and distractions multiply exponentially. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you say yes to too many people, your spouse can feel sidelined, forgotten, or less important—not because you don't love them, but because your time and energy have no room left for them. All you're giving them are the leftovers. And if you have a spouse who doesn't like leftovers, you are in for a rude awakening! So how do you avoid this trap? How do you keep your marriage strong and connected when your calendar is bursting and requests come nonstop?  You've got to guard your margins so you can honor you and your spouse. The K.I.S.S. ~ Guard your margins! Here are three practical moves to help you guard your margins and honor your spouse during the busiest times of year: 1. Audit Your Commitments Before Saying Yes Before accepting every invitation or request for help, take a moment to check in with your calendar — and yourself. How much free time do you actually have? More importantly, how much "quality time margin" do you want to preserve with your spouse? Create a mental or physical checklist: Will this commitment add meaning or will it drain the limited time you and your spouse have? Ask yourself if you're saying yes out of obligation, guilt, or habit rather than genuine enthusiasm. When you hesitate, that's a red flag. Learning to say "no" or "not this time" is an act of respect to your marriage. 2. Schedule "Protected Time" on Your Calendar Don't let spouse time just happen if your life feels like a runaway train. Block it out deliberately. Whether it's a night away, a dinner after the kids are asleep, or simply an hour uninterrupted on the couch — mark it as non-negotiable. Treat it with the same seriousness you give business meetings or social engagements. If your spouse sees that their time is sacred, it reduces feelings of neglect and strengthens your connection. This kind of intentional scheduling also sets clear boundaries for others about when you are unavailable. 3. Communicate Your Priorities Openly and Early Telling your spouse you're swamped only after they feel ignored is too late. Instead, have honest conversations before the busy season starts. That's why we're talking about it NOW! Share your commitments openly and ask for their input on what times need to be reserved for your relationship. Make adjustments proactively rather than reacting when resentment sneaks in. When your spouse feels heard and you show you're fighting for their time, it builds trust and partnership even when life's demands are high. When you guard your margins and prioritize your relationship amid the chaos, you protect something priceless. Marriage is one of life's deepest gifts—both partners flourish when you carve out time not just to be "in the same space" but to truly be together. You're better together. The holidays and busy seasons will come and go, but consistent, intentional choices about where you invest your energy set the tone for a marriage that thrives rather than just survives. Take a breath before you say "yes" next time. Ask yourself if this commitment is pushing your spouse further away or drawing you closer. Being better together means making space for each other in the middle of life's noise. That's a commitment worth guarding. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 5. 3413860 Rooted in TruthParenting is a high-stakes balancing act. Every parent wants their children to grow up rooted in truth—clear about right and wrong—while also feeling deeply loved and supported through the inevitable stumbles along the way. Striking this balance is challenging but essential to raising confident, grounded kids who can navigate life with integrity and heart. Tom Ziglar, who is Zig Ziglar's son, captures this idea perfectly: "Truth without grace wounds; grace without truth weakens."  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This idea is a blueprint every parent should take seriously. Because if we don't take this seriously, we can be adding to the problem of what's happening with bullying, teasing, shaming, etc. All the bad stuff that no kid should have to endure. "To be a wise parent, you have to grow up yourself." ~ Kristianne Wargo Kids won't truly respect honesty if it's served cold without compassion. You must draw them in to change the heart. Yet if we soften every correction with empty kindness, we risk raising children who lack the backbone to face real-world challenges.  This is the fundamental paradox. How do you parent currently? Think about how you react or respond to a good situation versus a bad or challenging situation. Parenting demands both honesty and empathy, and it's our job to model both—even though we're far from perfect ourselves. The K.I.S.S. ~ Model truth and grace! And when you're an imperfect mama, what does this look like? How do you go from not knowing to knowing, yet leading with truth and grace? So what does living by this truth-and-grace balance look like day to day? Here are three clear ways parents can embody this principle: Speak the Truth with Compassion — Not Criticism Instead of "You forgot your homework again—why can't you get it right?" try "I noticed your homework wasn't in your bag today. What's making it tough to remember?" Look at the difference: One wounds your child's confidence; the other opens a conversation that shows you care about the problem AND your child. Truth isn't diluted here, but it's wrapped in grace that encourages growth—not shame. Hold Expectations Firmly, But Offer Safe Spaces to Fail Kids need boundaries. They need to hear "No," and "You must finish what you start." But they also need to know that messing up won't make you love them any less. When your child makes a mistake, say something like, "You didn't do your best on this test, and that's okay. Let's figure out how to improve for next time." Truth is maintained—they need to face consequences or challenges—but grace offers encouragement to try again without fear. Model Vulnerability and Humility No parent has all the answers. Admit it. Saying "I made a mistake too" or "I'm still figuring this out, just like you" models honesty and shows your child that imperfection isn't failure. It teaches critical thinking and problem-solving because it normalizes asking questions and learning over time, rather than pretending to have it all together. The tough part? None of this happens by accident. It requires daily commitment and self-awareness. But when you get it right, you build kids who understand truth as a foundation—not a weapon—and grace as strength—not weakness. They'll grow into adults who solve problems with clear eyes and warm hearts. And that's parenting that lasts. Let's leave behind empty platitudes and start building your family on the solid ground of truth and grace. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 6. 3423859 Don't Worry About TomorrowLife isn't a smooth walk in the park. It drags us through storms, chaos, and setbacks—sometimes leaving us breathless and battered. We push through, hoping that if we just keep moving, the mess will clear, and the weight will lift. But often, it doesn't. That's why the best advice you can give yourself is simple: don't worry about tomorrow. Because when you do, the future feels like a looming threat. The fear of what tomorrow might bring can grind us down into exhaustion. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here's the hard truth: worrying about tomorrow doesn't fix anything. It only steals the energy you need right now. The mistakes you made yesterday? Let them stay buried there. You're not the redeemer of the past. Your power lies in this moment—the choices you make, the steps you take today. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo The Bible cuts through the noise like a knife when it says in Matthew 6:34, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." That's more than advice; it's a lifeline. Trying to carry the weight of every problem you might face tomorrow is a recipe for disaster and burnout. The K.I.S.S. ~ Don't worry about tomorrow! When you feel like you're burning the candle at both ends, exhausted and running on empty, remember this: hope isn't a far-off fantasy. It's available today, here and now. Sometimes, you have to reach deep inside—past the fatigue and doubt—and pull yourself up by the bootstraps. You can. You must. You are made for more. Focus on what you can control: this moment, be present. Prioritize your breath, your mindset, your actions. The chaos isn't going away overnight, but carrying tomorrow's burdens today is unnecessary and unfair. Faith isn't about ignoring problems; it's about refusing to be paralyzed by fear of what might come. There is always a way forward because every new day carries fresh opportunities. You've survived every hard day up to this one. You've broken through storms before. That strength hasn't vanished; it's still inside you, waiting for you to tap in. Don't let anxiety steal your peace. Don't pour energy into battles not yet in front of you. Ground yourself in today. Own it. Fight for it. And when tomorrow comes—remember it's today! "Be present. Be incredible. 7. 3433858 Wish I'd Started SoonerJuggling everything—work, family, goals—while keeping your health intact isn't just tough, it's brutal. Most of us push our bodies and minds to the edge, then act surprised when the burnout hits or the energy fades. I wish I'd started sooner. Prioritizing health sooner is vital because, without it, all those big dreams and responsibilities start to crumble. You can't run at full throttle if your tank is empty. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The harder part? Getting out of the mindset that health is "optional" or "something for later." The stories we tell ourselves— "I don't have time," "I'll start next week," "I work better under pressure"—are traps. They keep us stuck, really stuck!! But changing that narrative isn't about perfect habits overnight; it's about shifting your focus from the outside in. You have to transform yourself before you can truly show up for others. So make your wish come true and start NOW! The K.I.S.S. ~ Start NOW! You know where you need to start. You know what you need to change. What you need is a way to break the old habits and create new ones. And you know that too. So start NOW! So what are the 3 things you can do to break free from this cycle and start living healthy on your terms? Own Your Why with Brutal Honesty Stop lying to yourself about why you're neglecting your health. Is it fear? Laziness? Overwhelm? Name it. Once you're clear on the real barriers, you can begin dismantling them. Your why must come from a place deeper than just wanting to "lose weight" or "eat better." It has to be about the impact you want to have—a longer life with your kids, more energy to build your dream, or just not feeling like a walking zombie. When your why is powerful, excuses lose their grip. Build Tiny, Non-Negotiable Habits You're not going to overhaul your life in a weekend. But you can commit to something so small it feels impossible to skip—a 5-minute morning stretch, drinking a glass of water first thing, a 10-minute walk after lunch. These micro wins stack up and feed your confidence. They rewrite the stories you tell yourself about discipline and what's possible. "Consistency beats intensity every time." ~ Kristianne Wargo Change Your Environment and Peers If you're surrounded by chaos, junk food, and energy vampires, you're fighting an uphill battle. Remove temptations and add support wherever you can—whether it's joining a workout group, meal prepping with a friend, or scheduling breaks on your calendar like appointments. Your environment fuels the stories in your head. Change the setting, and you change the narrative. Healthy living requires showing up in a way that first forces change in ourselves. Only then can we fuel the energy, mindset, and grit needed to touch the lives around us and serve the people we love at our best. You were created to do big things—but none of it matters if you burn out before you start. Don't wait until you're forced to stop. Start now, even if it's imperfect. Your future self—and everyone counting on you—will thank you. "Be present. Be incredible. 8. 3443857 Keep Your Promises to YourselfMost of us will move mountains for others. We'll stay late, bend over backward, and drop everything when someone needs us. But ask yourself this: how often do you show that same loyalty to yourself? Be honest. When the day is done, are you the first person you let down? Too often, the answer is yes. And that's a problem. So be intentional and keep your promises to yourself. Don't be quick to leave yourself out of your everyday equation. You're not some side note in your own story—you're the main character. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com If you keep brushing aside your needs and goals, what message are you sending? That your purpose is optional? That your time isn't worth protecting? That's not just unfair; it's ridiculous. I know it's hard. It's easier to say "yes" to everyone else and "later" to yourself. You're wired to be the helper, the fixer, the dependable one. But what good are you to anyone if you can't keep the promises you make to yourself? If you're running on empty, if you never honor your own commitments, your purpose slips further away. Your now becomes a fog of distractions, exhaustion, and regret. The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep your promises to yourself! So how do you break this cycle? First, play on your own team. Your biggest ally in building the life you want is you. That means when you say you're going to do something—for your health, your growth, your sanity—you do it. No excuses, no postponed "maybes." If you promise to write for 30 minutes, block the time and protect it like it's a client call. If you commit to resting on Sunday, actually rest. Second, get ruthless about your daily rhythm. What small, non-negotiable actions feed your purpose? Maybe it's a morning routine, a workout, journaling, or simply shutting your phone off before bed. Identify those anchors and build your day around them. When you keep those promises daily, you're creating momentum that compounds into real change. Finally, understand this: keeping your promises to yourself isn't selfish. It's foundational. When you prioritize your own commitments, you recharge your capacity to show up fully for others. You raise your personal standard, and that changes everything in how you move through your work and life. So stop letting yourself slip to the bottom of your to-do list. Make a pact to be the person who follows through on your own word—the person who shows up for your dreams with the same loyalty you have for everyone else's. Because if you don't, who will? You owe it to yourself to keep your promises—and that's how you build a life and purpose that won't just survive, but thrive. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 9. 3453856 Imagine What Could BeWhen was the last time you really set your sights on your dreams? Not a casual thought, not a "someday" wish, but a full-on, no-holds-barred vision of what your life could look like if you stopped settling—and started living. Life can feel like a relentless tumble, a circus of acrobatics where we flip and spin just to keep up, just to feel alive. We hustle the grind, bury our true desires, and let joy become a distant memory. But what if you gave yourself permission to imagine what could be? Imagine using your unique gifts and talents—the ones God planted deep inside you—to craft a life that's undeniably yours. A life where you live out the purpose written just for you, unfiltered by what the world demands or expects. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So often, we accept what the world offers as if it's the only path. We settle for the rat race, the sameness, the ashes of dreams burned out instead of the beauty that could rise from those ashes. What if you dared to imagine what could be? Picture this: Your mind isn't a battlefield but a launching pad. It no longer drags you into pits of bitterness, "not good enough" lies, or "that can't happen to me" doubts. Instead, it shapes your heart to believe, to build, to break free. Right now, there's a stirring inside you—a quiet, undeniable knowing that you're meant for more. Not maybe. Not someday. Today. The K.I.S.S. ~ R.I.S.E. up! So rise up. R.I.S.E. is your call to action, your blueprint out of the ordinary and into the life you were made to live: Recognize your divine worth. You are crafted with purpose and a plan. Own it. Believe it. Invest in your gifts. What you've been given isn't for keeping—it's for sharing. Sharpen your talents, learn, grow, and make your mark. Speak your truth boldly. The world needs your voice, your story, your authenticity. Silence fuels doubt; your words fuel impact. Engage with courage. Take the steps, big or small. Leap past fear, procrastination, and judgment. Move forward—because that's the only way out. Don't settle for less when you are made for more. Your light is not just for you—it's there because you get to share it, to ignite others, to change the corner of the world you touch. Now is the time to imagine. Now is the time to rise up. Imagine what could be—and then live it fiercely. "Be present. Be incredible. 10. 3463855 Knowing Your Father's HeartLife pulls us in every direction—good things, bad things, urgent things, distracting things. Even blessings can become blinders that keep us from the most essential relationship we have: the one with God. How often during your day do you pause and come to Him? How often do you look up from your to-do list, your worries, your wins, to simply be with the Father, knowing your Father's heart? Scripture calls us to this daily, intentional closeness. Psalm 46:10 commands, "Be still, and know that I am God." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This stillness isn't passive; it's a choosing, a turning your eyes off the noise and onto the One who holds your heart. How different would your day be if you leaned in fully to that moment instead of chasing the next distraction? Consider Jesus' words in John 10:14-15: "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep." The depth of intimacy here is staggering. Jesus doesn't just know us by name; He knows us completely, and we're invited to know Him fully—and through Him, to know the Father's heart. Look back at the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38-42. Both women welcomed Jesus into their home. Martha busied herself with preparations, distractions of "good things" that pulled her away from the heart of the matter. Mary chose the better part—sitting at Jesus' feet, listening, learning, being present. Jesus affirmed Mary's choice, saying that it would not be taken away from her. This story isn't just about hospitality but about what really fills and sustains the soul: knowing God. The K.I.S.S. ~ Know your Father's heart! What would it look like in your daily life to "sit at your Father's feet?" What if you started every morning in quiet conversation with Him? What if, instead of rushing straight into your agenda, you paused to ask, "Father, what do You want me to see today? What part of You do I need to trust more?" Imagine releasing anxiety, frustration, even insecurity—all because you've acknowledged, "My Father knows me first. He holds my best interest in His heart. I am not alone." When you know your Father's heart, you carry peace into the middle of chaos. You let go of the compulsion to control and the fear that you have to figure it all out yourself. God knew you before you took your first breath (Psalm 139:13-16). He knows the winding paths of your life, your deepest fears, your secret joys. He is not the distracted parent who only occasionally checks in; He is the constant, loving Shepherd who laid down His life for you because you mattered to Him first. So today, ask yourself: How much of my life am I really living with my Father? How often do I come to Him and just know His heart? This is not a one-time decision—it's a daily posture. It's choosing Mary's better part over Martha's busyness. It's keeping your eyes on God, not just in crisis, but in every breath. When you practice knowing your Father's heart, your life changes from frantic striving to peaceful abiding. It's the place where strength is restored, burdens are lifted, and your soul is truly satisfied. So pause. Look up. Come home to the One who loves you more deeply than you could ever imagine. "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." (James 4:8) Keeping your eyes on God isn't optional—it's everything. 11. 3473854 Embrace the UnchartedMarriage is the union of two imperfect people coming together to build a life that's uniquely theirs. It isn't a smooth, predictable journey—it's a voyage filled with unexpected twists, turns, and new territories neither partner has navigated before. When you say "I do," you make a commitment not just to love but to embrace the uncharted together. Here's the truth: in marriage, differences in opinion, dreams, and desires will surface. That's inevitable. If you want a marriage that lasts and thrives, you need more than shared goals—you need the willingness to embrace the unknown, to welcome changes and challenges as part of your shared journey. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But there's a catch—it can't be about serving yourself or forcing your agenda. Marriage demands a shared vision and teamwork. It requires trust in each other's intentions, respect for each partner's hopes, and a heart that chooses unconditional love every single day. Imagine marriage as a ship sailing across vast oceans. On calm days, the voyage is pleasant, but far off, storms may brew without warning. You don't get to pick the weather, but you do get to choose how you respond. Together, you navigate—whether that means steering through the storm, finding new routes around it, or simply holding tight together until it passes. The key to weathering these unknown seasons is commitment. Not just to a person, but to the partnership—the promise that neither of you will face the turbulent waters alone. You get married to do life together, to share the sails and the struggles, the victories and the hard lessons. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the uncharted! So how can couples build that unshakable bond, especially when facing the unknown? Here are three essentials to hold onto: 1. Communicate Without Walls When the path isn't clear, honesty is your compass. Share your fears, hopes, and uncertainties openly. Don't let disagreements turn into silent battles. Speak your truths with respect, and listen not just to respond, but to understand. 2. Anchor in Trust Trust isn't given—it's earned and reinforced every day. Believe in each other's intentions, even when the road gets tough. Trust that you're both committed to steering the marriage forward, even if you don't always see eye to eye on the direction. 3. Choose Love in Action Love is more than a feeling; it's a daily choice to prioritize each other's well-being. Even when the journey gets rough, showing up with kindness, patience, and grace keeps the relationship afloat. It's in those actions that love anchors the ship. Marriage demands energy and effort—like adjusting the sails against changing winds. But the reward is a shared life that's resilient, vibrant, and worth every challenge. So when you face seasons you haven't encountered before, don't shy away. Lean in. Embrace the uncharted, because that's exactly where true growth and deep love reside. You didn't get married to do life alone. You got married to face whatever comes—together. 12. 3483853 Get Louder With The TruthBrace yourself—parenting is not all sunshine and rainbows. If you're expecting an easy road, think again. Most parents start with hope in their hearts and dreams of perfect moments. But the reality? It's a wild mix of heartbreaks and breakthroughs, chaos and calm, frustration and joy. All the more reason to get louder with the truth. Life as a parent is like a complex recipe: a dash of sweetness tangled with a pinch of saltiness, some sour moments, and unexpected bursts of sugar. It's messy. It's unpredictable. And it's real. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So how do you make it through the tough parts when everything feels overwhelming? How do you survive the chaos long enough to soak in the blessings that come with parenting? Maybe it comes to survive is to soak. The K.I.S.S. ~ To survive is to soak! How many times have you actually thought about getting through your day as a parent and the blessings you've seen for just a moment with your children? Not many of us do that. We are too busy, too frazzled, too tired. Enough is enough, because in our reality, we are not enough. But my friend, that's not the truth. So it's time to get louder with the truth. Here are three hard truths every parent needs to own to understand the crucial role you play in your child's life: Your Best Is More Than Enough You will have days when you feel you're failing. When the exhaustion wants to win, and shortcuts seem tempting. But showing up in love, even imperfectly, shapes your child's world in ways you can't see yet. Your effort is not invisible. Remember, consistency beats perfection every time. Your Voice Shapes Their Identity Every word you speak echoes inside your child's mind. Encouragement builds confidence; criticism chips away at it. When life throws curveballs, get louder with the truth that uplifts—remind them they are worthy, capable, and deeply loved, no matter what. Faith and Strength Aren't Optional Parenting demands courage—courage to face tough conversations, to set boundaries, and to keep going even when hope feels scarce. Prayer (or your chosen form of grounding) can anchor you. Complaining won't move you forward, but a relentless belief in your purpose will carry you through the darkest storms. So, Mom and Dad, when you feel drained, don't quit. Don't settle for the easy way out. Keep pushing with the love that only you can give. Be fierce. Be brave. Lean on your faith when the weight feels too heavy. The truth is loud, bold, and unshakable. Make it your anthem. Because your child needs to hear it—over the noise, beyond the doubts, straight from your heart. God's got you. Now go get louder with your truth. Get Louder with the Truth by Kristianne Wargo When midnight whispers doubt and fear, And silence seems the safest cheer, Remember this: your voice must rise— A beacon burning through the skies. The days are long, the path unclear, Yet love is louder than the tear. No tired heart goes unheard or lost, Each sacrifice outweighs the cost. Speak truth in storms, in moments bleak, A stronger voice your child will seek. Your courage is their anchor deep, The promise held when nights won't sleep. So stand again, though worn and torn, Your love's a light that will not mourn. Pray loud, stand firm, when hope feels thin— You're fighting battles born within. In every word, in every deed, You plant the seeds your children need. Get louder with that truth today— And lead their hearts along the way. "Be present. Be incredible. 13. 3493852 Held By Your BreathAll of a sudden, the winds begin to shift. The wet and cold weather starts to settle in, signaling that the season is changing. With this change comes challenges—the unknown rises up, knocking on the door of your life. And there you sit, held by your breath. Life doesn't always make sense. You face what comes at you without invitation. You hold tight to what you desire, only to watch it slowly slip away. You ask yourself, "Now what? Where do I go from here?" The uncertainty can be paralyzing. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But sometimes, the breakthrough isn't in rushing forward—it's in simply knowing that you're held by your breath. It's the pause, the stillness, the moment where everything feels like it's waiting on a prayer. In that moment, regardless of your circumstances, your presence matters. You are here. You are becoming. Even while you wait in the wings, God is working in unseen ways. The K.I.S.S. ~ Held by your breath! Psalm 46:10 says, "Be still, and know that I am God." It's in stillness—when you're held by your breath—that you recognize you are not alone. Your breath, your pause, your presence—these are not signs of weakness but the quiet strength that will prepare you for what's next. Make time to know who you are and who you are becoming during this fragile season. The waiting isn't wasted time. It's part of the process. God's got you. His timing is perfect, even when the winds shift and the weather turns cold. So breathe. Hold steady. Your next step is coming. Held By Your Breath by Kristianne Wargo The winds shift—quiet, insistent, a harbinger of change, cold and wet upon my skin, but deeper still, within. I sit—held by the breath between what was and what's to come, the fragile space where hope and fear wrestle, neither won. Desires slip like shadows, fading just beyond my reach, and the question haunts the silence— "Now what?" it dares beseech. But here, in stillness, I discover a truth both simple and profound: Though the road is lost in mist, my presence holds the ground. For in the quiet, I hear a whisper, steady, tender, sure— "Be still, and know I'm watching," a promise I can endure. So I breathe—deep, slow, unwavering— held by breath, held by grace, waiting not in vain but purpose, embracing this sacred space. "Be present. Be incredible. 14. 3503851 In Preparation for the SeasonLife never really slows down, does it? No matter how much we want to hit pause or catch our breath, the demands just keep piling on. Saying "no" more than "yes" might buy us some space, but it won't stop the noise or the push of everything that needs our attention. And yet here you are, standing in the doorway of change, in preparation for the season. Maybe you're still hoping to nail that health goal you set at the start of the year. You're telling yourself there's still time to make it happen by year-end.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But in this moment, you're also wondering: What's next? How do I get through tomorrow? When will the results come faster? And how do I get from where I am to where I want to be without losing myself in the process? Why do we tie healthy living to the seasons—the coming and going of time marked by holidays, events, and "big moments"? There's the pressure to show up with the perfect smile, the "right" outfit, relaxed eyes, and a body you're proud to reveal. It's exhausting and unfair. We chronically set ourselves up for failure before we even start by insisting, "This is my time." And then when the scale or the mirror doesn't reflect our hopes, it feels like nothing is working. Here's the hard truth nobody tells you: Healthy living is not a finish line marked by a number on the scale, a size on the hanger, or the portions of your meal. It's a journey that begins with confidence—the kind that lifts you up the moment you step into a room because you respect and love the person you are right now. Not who you'll be someday, but who you are today. So how do you move beyond the surface results? How do you find that kind of beauty—a deep, fierce glow that comes from the inside out? The K.I.S.S. ~ Grab your glow! Here are three actions you can take to get there: Make Healthy Living a Lifestyle, Not a Goal Forget the quick-fix mentality. Focus on daily habits that honor your body, mind, and spirit. Drink water, move in ways you enjoy, sleep enough, and give yourself permission to rest without guilt. Lifestyle over results means your worth isn't tied to how fast or how much you change. Live for Quality, Not Quantity Measure your days by moments that matter, not by calories or workouts logged. Savor meals, meaningful conversations, and time outdoors. Prioritize self-care practices that refill your energy rather than drain it. Quality living feeds your soul and sustains your well-being. Own Your Purpose, See Your Sparkle You are made for more, created on purpose for a purpose. Think of it as being crafted intentionally, designed for a calling beyond the scale or mirror. Recognize the unique light you carry—the resilience, kindness, and power that already make you beautiful. Let these strengths bloom into the woman you're becoming, one who radiates confidence whether she's dressing up or waking up on an ordinary day, because every day is extraordinary. In preparation for the season, reclaim what healthy living really means. Not the fleeting image you chase, but the real, strong, vibrant YOU that no season can dim. Own your journey. Love yourself. Love who you are now and who you are becoming. And the rest will follow. "Be present. Be incredible. 15. 3513850 One More YesIn life, we can sometimes have the idea that saying yes to everything is the way to live. But then, when life happens and you're in a season of more chaos than calm, no becomes the easier way out. Yet, what happens when you get that call; the one that connects with who you are and who you are becoming--your purpose and passion with your presence. Will it be one more yes? No one has magical moments, except for the immediate seconds when the magic happens. Every time something extraordinary occurs, it all starts from the ordinary. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The ordinary schedule you held for yourself. The ordinary practice that proved the progress over and over. The ordinary daily regimen to keep you healthy and in check. The ordinary devotion to you growing into what's next. You don't stumble onto who you're meant to be—you choose it. And every choice is a fork in the road, an invitation to add one more yes or fall back into comfort zones. Think back for a moment. Remember a time when an opportunity knocked so close you could almost reach out and clasp it. But instead of stepping forward, you ducked. You took the well-worn path many take when the climb looks too steep, too risky, too much work. Now imagine if you'd said yes. Just one more yes. The K.I.S.S. ~ Just one more yes! How different would your story be today? Don't let that question spiral into regret. It's not a "shoulda, coulda, woulda" trap. It's a spark meant to light your future steps, not chain you to past stumbles. Because sometimes, one more yes is exactly what the moment demands. Remember Episode 3849 Just By Chance and the Shanghai Masters story? Two cousins, both tennis players, meet on the court for the final. And only a few days before the Masters started, Valentin Vacherot got a phone call saying he qualified and asking if they could expect him. So his thoughts were, "Let's give it a chance and see what happens."  On Sunday, he won his first ATP title at the Shanghai Masters, defeating his cousin, Arthur Rinderknech. This was a historic win, moving his ranking from 204th to 40th. That's the power of one more yes. So what's your Shanghai Masters? What's the call you're hesitating to return? Maybe you're more like Jake Moody with the Chicago Bears, who was released after the first week by the San Francisco 49ers. He was added to the practice squad and then put on the roster the afternoon of Monday Night Football (MNF). Moody won the game with the final kick at about 38 yards, giving the Chicago Bears the win 25-24 against the Washington Commanders. What opportunity, passion, or challenge might be waiting for your yes? This is your nudge. Don't leave it behind until the doors are closed. Explore. Do what you need to do with one more yes. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 16. 3523849 Just By ChanceThink back to the time when your dreams took center stage; it's all you could do not to chase them. But then life happens, and you begin doing all the things, only to realize that life isn't made up of all your dreams,  yet you're still weaving in and out of those you care for. It's quite messy. But then, you find yourself accomplishing the one thing—just by chance. Or is it just by chance? Every day, you're deciding. You use what you know, what you've experienced, and what you're willing to risk to move forward or hold back. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every choice alters your path—sometimes subtly, sometimes dramatically. Your dreams don't just come in a neat package handed to you with a pretty little bow. They arrive through the twists and turns of decisions you make, overlaid with new beginnings and old endings. And in those moments, your dream resurfaces, asking, Is now the moment? Is success just by chance? Or by choice? You can't control everything life throws at you. But what you can control is how you show up, how you feel in your days, and how you respond to each challenge or opportunity. That's not just by chance. That's by choice. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose wisely! Your choices create your daily journey. And that journey can be one with joy, even when hard choices need to be made. Or it can become a time of fear where no choices are made.  Regardless of where you are, choose wisely! 3 Ways to Choose Wisely While Going After What Your Heart Desires Slow Down to Reflect Before You React When an opportunity knocks or a problem arises, your gut might urge you to leap or shut down. Instead, build the habit of pausing. For example, say you're offered a new project that promises growth but demands a huge time commitment. Don't say "yes" immediately. Take a moment to reflect on how it aligns with your bigger goals. Does it move you closer to your dream? Or just distract you? This pause creates space to choose with intention, not impulse. Set Boundaries That Protect Your Priorities Your dream isn't going to live in the nooks and crannies of your day. It needs space—mental and physical. Consider a single parent working a full-time job who dreams of launching a business or going back to school. Saying "no" to extra shifts or social invitations lets her guard that sacred time to write and plan. Protect your time like currency. What you say "no" to determines what you say "yes" to. Seek Out Mentors or Trusted Voices Choosing wisely doesn't mean going it alone. For instance, an aspiring artist might struggle between accepting commercial gigs fast or waiting for gallery representation. A mentor who has navigated that path can offer clarity grounded in experience. Mentors challenge your blind spots and inspire courageous, informed decisions. Don't just listen to anyone—choose who reflects the kind of success you want. Nothing ever unfolds solely by chance. It's a carefully choreographed dance of "YESes" and "NOs," clear intentions, and unexpected lessons that guide you toward the lane that only you can walk—one divinely designed to fit your unique purpose. Don't sell yourself short by waiting for luck to strike or for opportunity to "just happen." Be diligent and determined. Prepare yourself for the turns ahead, ready to face them with the understanding that your life is shaped not just by chance—but by choice. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 17. 3533848 Bring Your Junk to JesusSome days, life feels like a relentless storm—nothing goes right, nothing is under your control, and despair feels heavy on your chest. On those days, the hardest thing to do is to let go of the chaos swirling inside. But here's your lifeline: bring your junk to Jesus. When you have those days where everything is out of your control and nothing seems to be going your way, bring your junk to Jesus. When you feel defeated and in despair, bring your junk to Jesus. When you are struggling in your situation, bring your junk to Jesus. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This isn't about pretending things are fine or putting on a brave face. It's about honesty with the One who already knows every piece of your mess and still loves you unconditionally. No one promised this life would be easy. Pain, hardship, confusion—they are part of the journey. But what is promised is something far greater: eternal life and a peace that surpasses all understanding. Choosing to let your circumstances dictate your mood or your faith is dangerous territory. Instead, choose what 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 commands: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." Notice the power in those words. The charge to rejoice always does not ignore pain. It acknowledges pain and insists that joy is available beyond it. To pray continually means you keep an open line to God through every triumph and trial. Giving thanks in all circumstances isn't naivety; it's recognizing the hand of God even when your eyes can't yet see it. The K.I.S.S. ~ Bring your junk to Jesus! There is no part of your life that Jesus wants you to hide or carry alone. We are often the ones who try to fit God into neat little boxes—limiting His power, His comfort, His presence to only the "good" parts of our lives. But God refuses to be boxed in. He is big enough for your mess, your confusion, your anger, and your brokenness. So why keep Him on the sidelines? When your world is crumbling, look for the blessings hidden in the rubble as you bring your junk to Jesus. Maybe it's a lesson, maybe it's hope, maybe it's a hand reaching out in unexpected ways. That's the relationship God wants with you—not a surface-level connection but raw, real, and authentic. You can't build that kind of relationship by only sharing your wins. Let your walls down. Give Him your junk—the doubts, the pain, the fears you can't put into words. There's nothing God doesn't already know. Stop pretending. Bring your junk to Jesus, and watch how He turns it into peace and purpose. Lay it all down at the foot of the cross. Let Jesus carry what you simply can't handle. Then, if even just a little, start to rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. That's not just advice; that's God's will for your life (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). The junk isn't too much. You're not too broken. Jesus is enough. So bring your junk to Jesus—right now. Bring Your Junk to Jesus by Kristianne Wargo When shadows press and hope feels thin, When losing feels like where you begin, Don't bury pain or wear disguise— Bring your junk to Jesus' eyes. No need for masks, no need to hide, He knows the storms you're trapped inside. He's not confined by earthly rules, No boxed-in love, no guarded tools. The broken pieces, heavy loads, The tangled paths and weary roads, Lay them down at mercy's throne— He'll turn your junk to healing stone. Rejoice in dawn though night is long, Pray your grief in steady song, Give thanks through tears, through doubt, through pain— For grace and hope will rise again. Bring the mess, the ache, the fear, Jesus listens—always near. No junk too ugly, no shame too deep— In His arms, your soul will keep. So when the world feels off and cold, When you're weary, worn, and sold, Bring your junk to Jesus' feet— There lies peace you can't defeat. "Be present. Be incredible. 18. 3543847 The Apology TrapIn marriage, saying "I'm sorry" can feel natural and even healing in the moment. It often seems like the right thing to say—a quick fix to tension, a peace offering, a balm for hurt feelings. But have you ever noticed that sometimes, your apologies don't land with the weight or meaning you expect? Sometimes "sorry" becomes filler—something said to smooth over a disagreement without real change or understanding. Welcome to the apology trap. The apology trap is when you slip into the habit of saying you're sorry out of routine or pressure rather than genuine remorse. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When that happens, "sorry" loses its meaning and power. It no longer builds connections; instead, it creates invisible walls. But these invisible walls can become your indestructible brick walls. Your words might even breed resentment—because on the receiving end, they sound empty or scripted. Your apologies need to do the opposite. They should build bridges, not burn them. They should create space where healing, trust, and intimacy can grow deeper, not fester into more confusion or frustration. So how do you make your "sorry" carry the impact it should? The K.I.S.S. ~ Build a bridge! Here are three ways a spouse can build a bridge so that "sorry" truly counts: 1. Own Your Impact, Not Just Your Intent It's tempting to justify our actions or highlight how we didn't mean to hurt our partner. But "I'm sorry" isn't about your intentions. It's about acknowledging the effect your words or behavior had on your spouse. Owning impact means saying, "I see how what I did hurt you," not "I didn't mean to do that." This subtle but crucial shift shows you're tuned in to their experience and validates their feelings—which is the foundation for real, authentic connection. 2. Show the Willingness to Change An apology that stops at words feels and sounds empty. If you truly want to build a bridge, your "sorry" must be backed by a sincere commitment to do better. This means following up with behavior that proves the apology wasn't just a band-aid, but a step toward fixing the problem. Maybe it's agreeing on new boundaries, improving communication, or getting help when needed. Words alone won't heal; actions do. 3. Give Your Apology Room and Time Sometimes, the urge to say "I'm sorry" quickly is to end conflict right away. But effective apologies allow for space. Your spouse might need time to process their feelings before they can accept your apology. Rushing the fix risks diluting it. Instead, say your "sorry" clearly, then lean into patience as the other person works through it. Respecting this emotional pace builds trust and shows respect for their experience. Getting trapped in hollow apologies is tempting and easy. But your marriage deserves better. Your "sorry" should never be a reflex word tossed around to smooth over without thought. In other words, don't make your "sorry" a burp; it should be a bridge—solid, sincere, and built to last. If you want your apologies to resonate and repair, own the impact, demonstrate your commitment through change, and give your partner the time they need. That's how "sorry" becomes more than a word—it becomes a pathway to healing and deeper connection, strengthening your marriage. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 19. 3553846 Make What Is Old New AgainParenting in today's world feels like a nonstop race to keep pace with the latest toys, gadgets, and trends. Every week, there's something new promising to be the must-have for your kids—a whoosh of digital this, a flashy that, flashing lights and beeping sounds filling every room. But you don't need to buy into the buzz— More stuff won't make family life smoother or your kids happier. In fact, chasing every new fad can complicate life and even harm your children's growth and relationships. So, make what is old new again. The endless competition to have the newest whatever sets kids against each other in ways that stunt their development. When children constantly compare what they have with what their friends have, jealousy creeps in. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That jealousy breeds resentment and can fracture friendships and sibling bonds. Instead of focusing on learning, playing, or growing, kids get trapped in "who has more" or "who's cooler" contests. This distracts them from curiosity, collaboration, and creativity—skills they desperately need. Take sports for example. If your child is so caught up in beating others at every score or owning the trendiest sports gear, they risk losing the joy of the game and why it matters: improving themselves. Or think about academics. Competition based on grades alone can crush a child's willingness to learn for the sake of understanding. And socially? Kids might exclude peers who don't have the latest tech or toys, reinforcing harmful divisions based on material things. But what if there was another way? What if parents flipped the script and made what is old new again? Instead of adding more "stuff" to the mix, why not use what you already have—reignite the magic in classic toys, games, and simple activities? The K.I.S.S. ~ Reignite the magic! Here are three ways parents can do exactly that: Reimagine Classic Play Pull out those board games tucked away in the closet. Dust off puzzles or bring out building blocks and Legos. Challenge your kids to create stories or build worlds from scratch with what's on hand instead of relying on apps and screens. Turn an old cardboard box into a spaceship or fort. When kids reengage with these timeless toys, they're using creativity and problem-solving muscles that no screen can replace. Create Tech-Free Family Traditions Reintroduction of simple rituals like family game night, backyard camping, or cooking recipes handed down through generations makes old experiences fresh and meaningful. These traditions encourage togetherness, conversation, and laughter. They give kids a break from comparison culture, reducing anxiety and distracting conflicts. Involve Kids in Upcycling and DIY Projects Instead of buying new, get crafty with your kids. Turn old T-shirts into tote bags, repaint furniture, or even make your own simple toys. This teaches resourcefulness and pride in making something valuable from what most would toss aside. More importantly, it shifts the focus from consumption to creation. When parents stop chasing the latest trends and start rekindling interest in what's already around, kids learn there is immense value in imagination, relationships, and resourcefulness. Making what is old new again is not about limiting your child; it's about giving them the tools they truly need to grow—tools that don't require an upgrade every season. There is hope here. Being creative and intentional with what your kids have—and what they actually need—makes space for real growth through every stage of childhood. So next time you feel the pull to buy the latest toy or gadget, pause. Ask yourself: What can we rediscover together? The answer might be sitting right under your nose, waiting to be the new old favorite. You've got this. Let's make what is old new again. "Be present. Be incredible. 20. 3563845 Start with a Smile! How often do we actually slow down in order to speed up? It's a simple question, but the answer rarely comes easy. Our lives move with a relentless pace—filled with endless to-do lists, deadlines, and digital distractions. But what if the key to gaining momentum wasn't charging forward with more force, but rather pausing long enough to breathe deeply, to chase butterflies, to watch the sunset, or to simply stare at the stars? In the wake of your day, start with a smile! Imagine for a moment slowing down just enough to truly see the world around you. Maybe, just maybe, life would stop feeling so impossible. The weight of desperation might ease. In the wake of your day—the moments trailing after the chaos—start with a smile. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com I know how simple that sounds. It's almost cliché. But here's the brutal truth: very few people actually wake up with a smile on their face. Studies show that nearly 55% of adults report waking up feeling stressed or anxious rather than refreshed or happy. We rush straight from slumber into the grind, conditioned to brace ourselves for the challenges ahead rather than greet the day with warmth. But what happens when you take that silly frown and turn it upside down? Oops—there comes a smile. You might feel a flicker of awkwardness at first, like you're pretending. But that smile does more than change your facial muscles. It changes your mood, your mindset, even your energy. And that ripple effect doesn't stop with you; it reaches out to everyone you meet. The K.I.S.S. ~ Start with a smile! A smile is one of the easiest acts of defiance against a world that demands hustle and burnout. It's a small, silent rebellion that says, "I will find peace here. I will choose joy." It shifts tension, softens corners, and opens doors. So as you move through your day, in the wake of its storms and victories, start with that smile. Not because everything is perfect, but because you deserve to carry a little light with you—even if it's just a grin. Try it tomorrow morning before you check your phone or dive into your inbox. See what happens when the day begins with something as simple as a smile. It might just be the reset button you didn't know you needed. And if that feels impossible today, remember this is a practice, not a magic trick. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. In the wake of your day, start with a smile. In the Wake of Your Day by Kristianne Wargo When the sun spills gold and your breath feels too fast, pause— let the moments gather like dew on the edges of a quiet morning. Chase the butterfly's wild dance, watch how the light folds slowly into the arms of the evening, and somewhere, beneath the vast, unspoken sky, a smile curls like a secret on the lips of time. Not forced, not borrowed— but born from the soft courage to be present, right here, right now. In the wake of your day, where the rush unwinds, choose the grace of a smile— a small, fierce hope that kindles the dark and asks only this: Will you begin again? "Be present. Be incredible. 21. 3573844 When the Hardest Part is Showing UpWhy does healthy living feel like climbing a mountain for some while seeming like a gentle stroll for others? It can feel downright unfair. If only the journey to wellness came easy for everyone. But here's the truth: it doesn't—and it won't. Because life is a series of choices, and every choice pushes you down one path or another—you get to decide. However, what happens when the hardest part is showing up? Yet, the hardest part for many isn't the workout, the meal prep, or the "healthy habits" themselves. It is about showing up. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Think about it. You'll move heaven and earth for your spouse, your kids, your career. You'll tackle whatever challenges come your way to support others. But when it comes to standing in front of the mirror and taking action for yourself, sometimes all you see is exhaustion, frustration, or even tears. No fire. No fight. Healthy living isn't just about calories in and calories out. For a lot of people, it's a real battle—a mental and emotional war you didn't sign up for. You gather your tools: meal plans, workout apps, motivational podcasts. But often, before you even start, defeat has already crept in. So, the question becomes: how do you get over yourself? How do you find a way to show up for the person looking back at you in that mirror so you can show up stronger for those you love? The K.I.S.S. ~ Champion yourself! Here are three practical things you can do to start showing up for yourself in your health journey: Break It Down to Micro-Actions Big goals are intimidating. "I want to lose 30 pounds" or "I'm going to finally be consistent with exercise" can feel paralyzing. Instead, identify the smallest possible action you can take today. It might be as simple as drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning or putting on your workout shoes. The point is to create momentum. Real example: Sarah couldn't keep up with hour-long workouts, so she started walking 5 minutes a day around her block. That small win built confidence and eventually led to 30-minute walks and beyond. The feeling: Initially awkward and slow. Over time, empowering. This is your "showing up" muscle flexing. Reframe the Story You Tell Yourself Often, the battle is internal. The mirror reflects not just your body but your harsh self-judgment. Reframe that internal dialogue. Instead of "I'm too weak to do this" say, "I'm learning what works for me." Jenna spent years hating her "failures" to stick to diets. When she shifted her mindset to curiosity—"What can this tell me about what I truly enjoy?"—her effort shifted from punishment to exploration. That transition feels uncomfortable; it's rewiring the brain, but it's necessary. Anchor Yourself to Your Why, Then Make It Visible When motivation wanes, you forget why you started. Write down your real reasons: for energy to play with your kids, to feel confident in your skin, to live longer for your family. Place that note where you'll see it daily—on the fridge, bathroom mirror, phone wallpaper. Real example: Paul put his kids' photos on his treadmill and told himself every step was for their future. Some days, it didn't work—he still didn't want to run. But the reminder nudged him to lace up anyway. Transitioning sounds like discipline wearing down resistance, brick by brick. Remember: your health is your wealth. Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit isn't selfish—it's the foundation for being the person your loved ones need. Showing up for yourself is the hardest battle, but it's the one worth fighting every single day. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to show up. So, what's your micro-action for today? What story will you rewrite? What note will you place in your world as a visible promise? Start there—and build from it. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 22. 3583843 Keep It In ContextLife isn't meant to be this nonstop juggling act where you're trying to master everything at once. Yet, too many of us fall into the trap of spreading ourselves too thin, losing sight of what actually matters. If you want to live intentionally—not just reacting to the chaos—you must keep it in context. Without that, you're handing the reins over to confusion and overwhelm. You're going to find yourself in a pickle.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And while pickles might taste great on a sandwich, being stuck in a pickle won't ever get you anywhere great. Nobody starts a journey thinking they'll fail. Did you? When people go after what they know is theirs, they do so with focus and confidence, even if they don't know what they don't know. They try with confidence. That single-minded drive is why the world has Nobel laureates, breakthrough technologies, advancements in science and medicine, and you cannot forget innovations like the automobiles and airplanes we rely on daily. They didn't fixate on every possible obstacle or exaggerate problems into crises. They treated challenges as what they really are—steps in the process. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep it in context! When life hits you hard—and it will—pause. Take a deep breath. Keep what's happening in perspective. Don't blow things out of proportion, but don't dismiss them either. Learning resilience means acknowledging your current position without losing sight of your destination or your ability to get there. You're destined for greatness!  But if you want to stay stuck, caught in the same place doing the same thing, then that's where you'll remain. Here's the truth that no one else can do for you: the only person who can get you unstuck is you. No one else will fight your battles or make the tough decisions for you. That's not a weight to dread; it's a power to claim. Keep it in context. Stay focused on the path that matters. And when distractions, setbacks, or doubts creep in, remind yourself: you're not here to sit in a pickle—you're here to own your greatness; become who God is creating you to be! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 23. 3593842 How to Create Calm in a Chaotic WorldLife has a way of knocking us off balance. Whether it's the crushing pressure to succeed or the nagging fear of failure, stress shows up like an uninvited guest shaking the foundation of your day. Most of us just try to survive—burning the candle at both ends, pushing past warning signs, pretending we're built to run nonstop. But that's a fast track to burnout. So, how do you actually untangle that stress and create calm in a chaotic world? Living a stress-filled day feels like running on a treadmill that won't stop—your mind racing, heart pounding, and muscles tight with no relief in sight. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Every task becomes a mountain, every interruption a jolt, and every expectation a weight pressing down on your chest. Your thoughts spiral between what's urgent and what's unfinished, while sleep feels like a distant luxury. Anxiety claws at the edges of your focus, leaving you exhausted yet restless, busy but stuck. In this relentless state, calm feels impossible—not because the world is overwhelmingly chaotic, but because your own energy is stretched too thin to find stillness. That kind of constant pressure isn't just draining—it's destructive. When you live like this day after day, your body and mind send warning signals you can't ignore: burnout, irritability, and a creeping sense of defeat. But here's the truth few admit—calm doesn't come from escaping the chaos. It comes from showing up, setting boundaries, and choosing small, deliberate actions that reclaim your peace. Creating calm in a chaotic world means turning down the volume on the noise inside and out, and building rituals that anchor you no matter what storms blow through. It's a daily choice to refuse overwhelm and take back control of your life. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create calm in a chaotic world! Let's cut through the fluff. Managing stress isn't about quick fixes or snoozing away your problems. It requires honesty, boundaries, and real action. Here are three no-nonsense moves you need to make: 1. Stop Pushing Past Your Limits Like It's a Badge of Honor You're not lazy if you hit your breaking point—you're human. Far too often, people confuse grinding nonstop with being productive or dedicated. Spoiler: it's not. It's a destructive cycle that leaves you exhausted and ineffective. The truth is, your season changes. Some days demand hustle, others demand rest. Learning to recognize and respect your limits is non-negotiable. Example: If you work 12+ hour days without a break five days a week, your stress is a ticking time bomb. Set a hard stop time every evening. No emails after 7 PM. Use that time to unwind—read, take a walk, or just breathe without screens. This isn't optional self-care fluff—it's survival. 2. Draw Boundaries Like Your Sanity Depends on It (Because It Does) Stress thrives when your days have no structure and every demand feels urgent. Boundaries aren't just polite suggestions—they are your life jacket in the sea of chaos. Saying "no" is your right, not a sin. Stop overloading your schedule with everything and everyone else's priorities. Example: If every weekend is swallowed up by favors, errands, and work catch-up, stop volunteering for everything. Block Sunday afternoons for yourself. Inform your family, friends, and colleagues: this time is non-negotiable. If your gut says "I can't say no," that's the stress talking. Push through. Setting boundaries is how you reclaim control. 3. Build a Ritual to Reset—Relentlessly and Without Excuses Stress doesn't vanish overnight. You need rituals that reboot your mind and body daily, regardless of how packed your schedule is. This isn't meditation if it feels like a chore—it's a tool, like your phone or coffee. Without these reset points, you're running on empty every day. Example: Before bed, ban screens for at least 30 minutes. Use that time to journal, stretch, or breathe deeply. Yes, even if you think you "don't have time." Your brain and nervous system need these signals to shut down and recover. No ritual? Then stress compounds. A simple 5-minute evening ritual to quiet your mind will pay off in energy and focus. A Daily Reckoning by Kristianne Wargo I used to wear my chaos proud, like armor forged from sleepless nights— each frantic breath a battle cry, each cracked smile proof I survived the fight. But there's no glory in burning out, no crown for pushing past the edge— just a hollow, tight-knotted grief where peace should settle on my chest. So today, I set a line in sand, not a whisper but a roar: This hour is mine, no theft allowed, No guilt to keep me wanting more. I honor tired bones and a restless mind, not as weakness but as truth— a fierce and honest reckoning, the only way back to youth where calm lives not in hiding, But in claiming who I am, without excuses or apology, just the fierce strength to stand. Each day I learn to say no, not to break but to defend— to hold my soul, my time, my heart, until the chaos ends. This is my daily prayer and promise: to untangle with brave hands, to meet myself with gentle strength, and rise renewed from every flame. Bottom line: Stress isn't going anywhere, but you can learn to manage it instead of letting it manage you. Start by respecting your limits, fiercely protecting your time, and using daily rituals to reset. This is where calm isn't a fantasy—it's a choice your future self will thank you for. Let's be real: none of this is easy. But it's necessary. The sooner you take these honest steps, the quicker you take back your life from stress. No more unraveling. It's time to live intentionally—even in the chaos. My Daily Declaration of Strength and Hope Today, I honor my limits without shame, trusting that God's grace is enough. I give myself permission to rest and protect my energy, knowing He renews my soul. I refuse to wear burnout as a badge because His strength carries me beyond my own. I choose boundaries as my shield and freedom as my gift from above. I am not weak for saying no—I am strong because God's power works through me. I say yes to what truly matters: His peace, my sanity, and the life He's given me. I will meet my stress with honest kindness, untangling it one steady breath at a time, held firm by His promises. I am capable of calm in the chaos, worthy of quiet moments and big dreams, because He makes all things new. Each day, I rise renewed and hopeful, ready to face what comes— not just in spite of my limits, but because God's love upholds me. This is my promise, my power, my sacred path forward. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 24. 3603841 God Is At WorkWhen life gets tough, it's easy to convince ourselves that we've got it all figured out—that we know the way forward, and all we have to do is maintain control. But then, life happens. The nights drag on too long, and the days feel way too short. Stress piles up, challenges overwhelm, and the C-R-A-P of life—challenges, rejections, adversities, problems—grabs hold. So how do you find the strength to keep going, to find hope when hope feels miles away? The answer is simple but powerful: you are not in control. God is. And God is at work. Trusting God Amid the Chaos It's not just a feel-good idea; it's built deep into Scripture. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We don't have to understand every twist and turn. We don't have to hold every piece of the puzzle. When we lean on our own understanding, life feels chaotic, confusing, and overwhelming. But when we put our trust in God, He promises to guide us—even through the darkest valleys. Isaiah 41:10 encourages us with a direct promise: "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." God's work is always present, even when circumstances scream otherwise. A Biblical Example: Joseph's Story If you want the clearest example of how God is always at work, look no further than Joseph. Sold into slavery by his own brothers, jailed on false charges, and seemingly forgotten in prison, Joseph's circumstances screamed failure and defeat. But God was at work through all of it. Genesis 50:20 sums it up perfectly with Joseph's own words: "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." God's plan was bigger than Joseph's pain. He was weaving redemption and provision through every trial. Joseph's story reminds us that no matter how deep the pit, God is at work—using even the hard and broken moments to carry out a greater purpose. The K.I.S.S. ~ God is at work! Seeking God Every Day Every day, we need to turn to our Heavenly Father. Life may demand breath and energy, but God is the source of both. Psalm 118:24 declares, "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Breath, life, joy, hope—they all come from God. When you wake up feeling worn out or overwhelmed, that's your signal to seek Him first. Ask for strength, guidance, and peace. Don't wait for your circumstances to improve before you come to Him; go to God in the hard moments, the good moments, and everything in between. Conclusion: Let Go and Let God Move Tough seasons won't last forever. The nights will shorten, the days will grow brighter, and your story will continue. But the one constant is this: God is at work. You're not alone. You're not lost. You're not forgotten. Let go of the illusion that you're in control, and take hold of the unshakable truth that God is working it all out on your behalf. That's not just comforting words; it's the life-giving reality that anchors us through every storm. God is always at work in the middle of your mess.  "Be present. Be incredible.
