Today’s prayer
Written prayerPrecious Lord, sometimes my anxious cares are heavy burdens that are too difficult for me to carry. I grow weary and need you to revive me. I cast all my cares on you and ask for your divine intervention. Don't let me fall into stagnation or apathy. Lord enlighten my eyes to see your purpose in this season of my life. Cause my eyes to sparkle with the joy of my salvation and the light of your love. Shine the light of heaven on me and through me oh, Lord. Dispel all the oppression that overwhelms me with concern and bring new life to my soul. Amen.
