Today’s prayer
Written prayerHeavenly Father, your desire is for your family to be with you through all eternity. It is your desire for no one to perish. You made a way for the forgiveness of sins through your son, Jesus Christ, and his shed blood. All who call upon his name shall be saved. You have given me everything I need to rise above the adversities in this life. I have the Bible, your living word, and your Holy Spirit to guide and direct me into your will and ways. I have been covered in the precious blood of Jesus, and I can go directly to your throne room to access your presence through prayer. You have given me the right of choice. You provided everything for me to overcome – If I chose life. You laid it out clearly so there could be no mistake what was at risk - life and death, blessing and cursing. Even at the risk of being rejected, you let me decide. You will not strong arm or bully me into loving you. You draw me with cords of love. I choose you Lord. I choose life through Christ. I break the curse of sin over my life and receive the blessings you have prepared for you children. As I surrender to your Lordship I find my life, liberty, and freedom, This is the legacy I pass on to future generations. Thank you my generous savior. I pray all these things in the name of Jesus, Amen.
