Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, I’m listening! You’ve got my attention. What a declarative statement. There is only one God and you are the Lord. There is no other God besides you. Lord, from the very beginning you made it known that you are the master creator, you designed this world and everything in it. You are the great I AM. You are and always have been and always will be. Let this truth pass through my eargate, into my heart, and embed this truth in my belief system. What power that truth brings to my faith. You oh, Lord, are the one true God with all power, wisdom, and supremacy over all. You invite me into your presence and call me your own. What an honor and privilege to be your child. You, my heavenly father are my provision and protector. You are the one I worship with all my heart, mind and soul. You are the only one worthy of my praise. You teach me the wisdom of your ways and raise me out of my poverty and give me hope. Let me radiate your love to all those around me as you shine your light through me. I bless your Holy name and pray all these things in Jesus name amen.
