Today’s prayer
Written prayerHeavenly Father, Your word is truth and it is the truth that sets me free. It is your word that leads me into righteousness, your word guards and protects me from falling into the enemy’s traps. Your word is living and active and purifies my life and points to those areas where I need a special touch of your grace, healing, or deliverance. Your word is your love letter to me. You said if I love you I would keep your commandments. I will live in obedience to your word as a sign of my trust and faith in you. As I praise you for your word, I am praising you and delighting in the wisdom of your ways. I am sheltered under your protective hand of grace. I believe your promises of eternal life and no longer fear what man can do to me. I am in a right relationship with you, you love me, you have removed guilt and condemnation from my life and have forgiven my past, present and future sins, as I trust in you. My life is no longer my own and there is nothing man can do to me that I fear for you are always with me. In Jesus name, amen.
