Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, thank you for your loving-kindness throughout my day. Even when I confront challenges, and people test my nerves, you are with me – even when I don't respond the way I want to, you correct me with your gentle Spirit. You sing tender songs of love over me in the night seasons and lull me to sleep with your love. I am forever grateful for the way you love me. You are the God of my life and will never leave me or forsake me. When I am disappointed with myself, your love sweeps over me, and you reassure me that I can learn from today and do better tomorrow. Thank you, Lord, Amen.
