Today’s prayer
Written prayerOkay, Lord, I get it. Rest and trust in you. You are my provider. I need to learn how to rest and enjoy the work of my hands and be satisfied. I think the most important lesson you're teaching me is to trust you. I am your child, and you are responsible for my needs. You open doors of opportunities and give me favor. You bring forth the rain to water the ground and you cause the seeds to sprout. Sometimes your ways seem opposite to mine and that is when I need greater trust; when I don't understand. Thank you that your ways are higher than mine and so much better. Amen.
