Today’s prayer
Written prayerWhen I welcome your messengers, Lord, I am welcoming you. You live in the hearts of your people, and as I embrace them I am embracing you. I know they are one with the father who sent them, and my spirit rejoices with them. Just as Jesus is one with the Father, you have chosen me to be one with you. You have called me to go in your name and share the good news. Whoever receives me, receives you. I am the body you want to live your life through. While I am here on this planet, enlarge my heart so I can glorify you in my actions and reactions. Amen.
