Global Prayer on Isaiah 49:15-16

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.

Isaiah 49:15-16 · KJV

Today’s prayer

Written prayer

Dear Lord, you are my heavenly father full of wisdom and power and might. You fight for me and defend me against all my enemies. But your tender compassion is as unchangeable as that of the maternal love a mother has for her child. You are both the best attributes of a father and mother. You call those who surrender to your love and lordship your children and promise you will never forget us. Thank you that you will never forsake me and have engraved me on the palms of your hands. Your love is unconditional and everlasting. Human lovers may cast me off and forget about me but you never will. Your eyes are constantly upon me to restore, and protect my life and I am always in your thoughts. If every hair on my head is numbered that only confirms to me how concerned you are about every detail of my life. There is nothing about me that you do not love. You hold me dear to your heart and desire the sweetest, intimate relationship with me. I thank you Lord that I can nestle in the comfort of your loving embrace and know I am fully and completely loved like no other. In Jesus name, amen.
