Today’s prayer
Written prayerGlorious Lord, I lift my voice to worship your Holy name. You are the rock of my salvation and my strong refuge. When I think of all you have done for me my heart is filled with Joy and I can’t help but sing your praises. When I start to praise you, I feel your presence descend and ignite my Spirit. You inhabit the praises of your people and respond to my praises. When I don’t feel close to you all I have to do is start to praise you and your presence draws near. The more I praise you the more joy floods my spirit and chases any fear or oppression away. Praise is my breakthrough weapon. Amen.
