Global Prayer on Psalm 122:6

Lord, you promised to bless Abraham, the father of faith, for a thousand generations. As I acknowledge Jesus and his Jewish heritage, I pray for all those who have been blinded to the truth of Jesus as their messiah. I pray you will bless Jerusalem with peace. The Jewish people have suffered for being your chosen people throughout history. I love you, Jesus, and all you have done through the Jewish people. You have never abandoned them and your promises are everlasting. Without them I would never understand the history of your people or the need for a new covenant of grace. Lord, guard and protect Jerusalem and open their eyes to the truth. Amen.
