Global Prayer on Psalm 42:2

My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

Psalm 42:2 · KJV

The prayer

Written prayer

My precious Father, you are my almighty God and savior. How I long to know you better. I long to be immersed in your love and swim in the refreshing streams of your delights. I sense your presence and am consumed with your peace. My soul is invigorated as I drink from the fountain of your pure living water. The living water that flows from you quenches the deepest longing of my soul. Once I have tasted of your goodness and drunk from your waters of life I am filled, and out of my innermost being shall flow rivers of living water. As you refreshed me with your water of life I am able to give drink to others so they can find relief from their thirst. Those who drink from the fountain of life will thirst no more. Lord, I long for your appearing. I long to see the divine radiance of your face and gaze into your eyes of love. You are the passion of my heart and the lover of my soul. I love you more than life itself and long to embrace you with a holy kiss. No one will ever love me like you do. No one on the face of this earth will take priority over my heart and my love for you. It is you and you alone my Lord who I love so completely. In Jesus name, amen.
