The prayer
Written prayerFather, you are the author of all the good things that bless my life. You are uncontaminated love and do all things out of your perfect love. You are the father of lights and darkness can not stand against you. When you shine your glorious light into the darkest recesses of my soul you expose the hidden things that hold me back from accomplishing your highest purpose for my destiny. There is no darkness in you. Darkness must disappear in the face of light. You are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. You cannot nor will not change for you are absolute truth and will never violate your law. You will never twist or turn the truth to suit my circumstances. You will never change so if I want to have a relationship with you I am the one who has to change. You are the restorer of my soul and draw me higher into your secret place of abiding. You call me to be my best self. You take my hand and walk with me into your blessings. Walk with me my precious Lord Jesus, and show me the wonders of this special season. Draw me into your heart and fill me with the light of your wisdom, which is the light of the world. In Jesus name, amen.
