Today’s prayer
Written prayerDear Lord, We know how easily pride enters the heart. It blinds us to Your truth. It draws us away from Your will. Forgive us for the times we trusted in ourselves. Forgive us for believing we knew better than You. In Your mercy, cleanse us. In Your grace, renew us. Shape our hearts to reflect Your spirit. Teach us to walk in humility. Remind us daily that we depend on You. Remove pride from within us. Replace it with gentleness. Replace it with meekness. Help us to see others through Your eyes. Fill us with compassion and love. Teach us to put others first. When we are tempted to lift ourselves high, bring us low before You. Remind us that true honor comes from You. Give us strength to choose humility. Let our actions reflect a heart that seeks to honor You. May our lives bring glory to Your name always. Amen.
