Honesty and wholeness: Integrity implies completeness and undividedness—a quality of being truthful and faithful in small and significant matters, portraying a sound character.

‍Security and fearlessness: Those with integrity live without the fear of exposure. They have nothing to hide, leading to security. As Coach John Wooden rightly said, “There is no pillow so soft as a clear conscience.”
