As Far As the East

As Far As the East

In today's episode of The Daily Pursuit, hosted by Tim Tebow, we look at Psalm 103:12 and David's image of sin removed as far as the east is from the west — a distance that, unlike north to south, has no turning point and cannot be measured — as a declaration that God didn't just forgive our sin but moved it somewhere we can never reach to dig it back up. Tim challenges listeners to name the old failure they keep returning to, and the next time guilt resurfaces, respond out loud: 'That's gone' — because reaching for what God has already removed is reaching for something that isn't there.
