Upgrading an existing subscription to a Family Plan

To upgrade to a Family Plan, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and request for refund (if applicable) from where you purchased the app (App Store, Google Play, or Pray.com website) before re-subscribing to the Family Plan.
- If you purchased the Pray.com app from Apple, you will have to reach out to Apple directly. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on all iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to Pray.com through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests (if applicable). - If you purchased a Pray.com subscription from Google Play or from Pray.com website, please follow the steps here:
Once your refund has been processed, you can go ahead and re-subscribe using this link: https://www.pray.com/family/.
